Incredible customer service and value. Like many others I contacted Certified Computer Systems based on the excellent reviews and was not disappointed! I had been having BSOD errors on my PC for over a year and was ready to pull my hair out! Michael is extremely knowledgeable and honest, which can be hard to come by in this business; I told him what was going on and he gave me my options over a single phone call. After analyzing my log files he pinpointed exactly what pieces of hardware could be causing it and gave me sound advice on the cheapest course of action. I had a broken laptop screen. I contacted Certified Computer Systems about getting it fixed. My options for fixing or replacing the screen were clearly explained, along with the cost for those options. I ended up dropping my laptop off on a Tuesday and getting it back the next day with a new previously enjoyed screen. A one day turn around was not guaranteed, but because of the availability of parts it worked out that way. If I need a system repaired, or if someone asked me if I knew of a computer repair service, I would have no reservations about recommending this one.

Last night, my husbands computer flatlined (blue screen of death, and then wouldnt boot up). This morning we called CCS for help, and the guy walked my husband through some small tests to see what could be wrong. He was super helpful, patient, and explained things easily (i was listening in to the whole thing as i held the flashlight). After about thirty minutes of ruling out all the small things, he told my husband it was one of three things and told us what to do to test those possibilities. Later we did one of those and emailed him with the results of that and he confirmed that it was indeed the psu. He saved us a lot of stress and time. Great service, really nice and helpful, and would definitely recommend to others.

I called because of a problem I had with my new PC. He gave me the best path to take without thinking on how he could benefit from my problem. He guided me through the process and explained to me that since the computer was just recently bought, it is the merchants job to make sure that I get the best technical support and that they shouldn’t charge me for anything.
