I went to this carwash on September 3, 2021 and I went again today September 11, 2021. Unfortunately it has half washed my vehicle for the second time. So I will not be using this carwash again. I was in Fort Campbell and belonged to a carwash club membership for 5 years there and it never half washed my car or my SUV at all. You go through this carwash so fast no wonder it half cleans my vehicle. The employees are nice so I can give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but as far as the carwash service from experience of belonging to club membership before I have to give this a ⭐⭐.

The guys here are so amazing theyre funny n make even on busy days the wait worth it the female lady who works always is fast and actually cares about making sure your car come out clean through the was . With our package they know our cars automatically that we dont want the tire shine I love it 😁😁😁😁

This is not a bad Car Wash but it sure wins when it comes to being in the worst location ever. The line of waiting sometimes wraps all the way around the Car Wash ending up in the middle of the main road. I don’t have any complaints about the employees, they’re hard workers and anyone who stands there under the sun all day gets props from me.

Besides never being able to contact anyone by phone at all they are a great car wash. Always smiles from the employees and they keep car towels and windex available. I think they should do vacuum checks more often than they do but overall 4*s

I have a membership here. Only sad thing is that when they get busy the line moves into the road and mixes with the Chick-fil-A crowd. Also, when they get really busy, the machine can mix up the car wash orders. Like giving me the person behind me their $10 wash instead of my $25 wash.(the workers can fix this) Other than that, great wash, good vacuums. Very nice workers.

We paid almost $30 for the car to not really even be washed. It got wet and soapy, and then you have to park and re-clean the windows and mirrors with paper towels/rags because they didn’t get washed really. I can buy a bottle of windex and paper towels to wash windows at home, and not waste my time at a car wash that doesn’t even work well. Super disappointed, and to top it off the guy kept pushing for us to buy the subscription for a car wash. No! I am not paying more money for unlimited service that doesn’t even do what it’s supposed to!

They were great. The gentleman took his time and scrubbed the bugs off the front. Very satisfied.

Gets suuper busy, havent gone through the wash yet but the vaccumes are excellent! Which is important with all the sand around here.

Not overly impressed. Went with the $20 option and the front of the car was still a mess. I dont mind water spots and whatnot, but it looked like the front of my car was hardly touched. The body looked pretty good, but Im not planning to be back. Perhaps if you have a truck or SUV you wont have a problem. For reference, this is a Hyundai Sonata. For $20, Ill invest in a bucket and sponge and start doing it myself. Ah well.

This place is great but stays too busy so we try to go when it is not so busy. We went around 8 and they already coned off half of the lanes so we couldnt dry off our car. I would expect to dry off my car if you are getting money every month for full service.

These guys have an amazing team super nice and convenient and the manager is super involved always greets me with a smile and very professional...both my vehicles have never been this clean in my life ..

It was nice...however when I pay 25 for a wash I expect a full pre scrub like all the cars in front of me. They scrubbed ONE mirror. Not even both. My car was covered in pollen. Overall I would not oay $25.00 maybe 15.00 for the high end service :/

I paid $15 yesterday for my car to be washed/wax and I used the free vacuum. After I came through the car wash to use the vacuum I noticed my car still had dirt on the rear near my tag. Where they had supposedly scrubbed before I went through. Only two of my tires had shine. My windows and windshield still had to be cleaned off after they supposedly scrubbed it before I went through the car wash. For $15 I shouldn’t have to do anything to the outside of my car. I’ve used another place for $7 in statesboro and my car was cleaned and waxed better. Never again. I’m glad I didn’t sign up for $24.99 a month cleaning.

Very quick wash. Easy to use. This place will be very busy on the weekends and military pay days. During those times it can be hard to get in.

I love this car wash! Unfortunately, I dont live in Hinesville but once a month we make a trip to TSC and Tidal Wave. The employees are always so nice! Since we dont live close enough to utilize a monthly pass I dont have one but it is well worth it to get one! All of the washes are great, Ive tried them all. Obviously since I get mine once a month I have found the Ceramic Sea Glass to be my favorite. My jeep stays looking clean for weeks even if it rains.I also LOVE the fact they have free vacuums, spay cleaner and microfiber cloths for you to use and they are all covered so you arent baking in the sun while you are cleaning.

I like the fact that they provide a place to dry off and vacuum your vehicle. They also provide towels to dry off your vehicles. Its an efficient establishment. I like going there.

This place is great but really busy, especially all day on Saturdays! I go on weekdays after the lunch crowd has cleaned out.

I’ve been going to Tidal Wave since they opened and have always had a great experience until recently. I don’t know what’s going on but my vehicle doesn’t seem to be rinsed thoroughly. It’s like they’re using more soap or something which leaves more water spots. It’s nothing that doesn’t come off by towel drying but still an issue for me having a black vehicle, especially if I don’t have time to dry by hand. I will say that staff is always friendly. Love the provided towels and vacuums.

This is a really good spot to go to get your vehicle washed. The staff here work diligently and as a well liked machine to get customers squared away and taken care of. I wish they wore nametags so I could shout them out individually but those that were working today October 10, 2020 around 5pm were on their game. Keep it up!!!

The employees working the line are always attentive. Even when the line is out of the parking lot, they give the grill, windshield and back of the car a little prewash. The facility is always stocked with clean rags and spray in the vacuum bays, the trash is never overflowing or smells bad. Best automatic carwash in town!

Wouldve given 5 stars but the staff can be a tad friendlier. However, I love paying the monthly fee and getting my car washed as many times as I want. Plus I have no problem drying the extra wetness off my car because a calorie burned is a calorie earned💕 My only real complaint would be the drying towels smelling so bad in the summer months. May dont put so many out at once and they wont spoil so soon💁

We love the new car wash option with the sealing coat. My car just got some cosmetic changes due to an accident and tidal wave auto spa made it shine like new! I also like the way they have closed some of the vacuum spots to give a bigger space with the virus going around.

Love this place. The staff is incredible and my car always looks fantastic. Bays are stocked for cleaning and the vacuums are awesome!

I gotta say, the girl with the pony tail who often times works right in side the entrance to the tunnel and does the final scrubbing prior is awesome. She outworks all of her coworkers and always has a smile on her face. I go here just about every week and I always hope she’s on the clock because she does the best job by far.

Bug removal is horrible and theyre leaving small scratches all over the car from the brushes.

I purchased the 25$ “ceramic” deal and could have gotten a better wash from a bunch of cub scouts outside autozone. The truck is extremely dirty still, zero shine and my windshield still has stuff all over it. Wouldn’t suggest this car wash to anyone after this.

There is one employee that is absolutely amazing. She works really hard and always does the full pre-brush job. I have the club membership and its okay. However, its no where at all as good as a hand wash. The machines cannot get the nooks.Put it this way, if you just need a light clean, or have time to go every single day it may be for you. Otherwise, you will need to do a good hand wash first and every other week or so, depending on your driving habits and environment.

Stoped by yesterday to cancel my membership before leaving I was told it was canceled woke up this morning to them pulling out the cash from my bank Im completely annoyed I was told it was canceled i will be contacting my bank

I am a member. When tidal wave charged there prices they didnt email me or update me personally about the changes. My bank was just charged the 80$ ish vs the 30$ ish for my 2 cars. I mean what was the point in given them my email if that would not benefit me... i was credited the differents. But even that should had been avoided. Any changes to my account should be authorized. So Unprofessional. There should also should be a way I can go in update my account or pause my accout when am out of town. Without having to walk up to the booth.

If there was another car wash in the area like this one Id try them. This place leaves a residue on my car. I was a member and employee of a wash just like this one and if I could bring them down here I would just to get the proper wash for my vehicle. The only reason i keep my membership is because i work with children and i like a hand print free clean car but I only go through now when I have time to wipe it down fully.

Wash missed way too much. Did the $20 wash and it missed the sides from the rear door handle back. It was untouched. How? Youre on a track so theres no way I could be in crooked. Two days later I gave them another shot. Only did the $15 because I didnt want to waste anymore just in case it wasnt a fluke. It wasnt. Missed the rear sides again. Place was packed, so I didnt talk to anyone there. I would Not suggest this wash at this time. The vacuums were the only plus.

Customer service needs work. Personal issues or employee relations, should not dictate how someone rendering service deals with customers. I did receive a lackluster apology with irrelevant excuses attached.As far as my car washing experience, it would have been nice if different nozzles were provided for the vacuum; nozzles that are easy to switch out for customers to vacuum the awkward spots in their vehicle, that would be a world of help. I was not satisfied with the wash. I had to come home and wash the car by hand the get the dried love bugs off my car. $20 not well spent, on another side of town, I can get a handwash and vacuum for $20.The location is very inconvenient and poorly thought out, from the way it impedes traffic and not big enough to satisfy the daily demand at the peak times.This was my second time here, I usually give a place two chances. I will not be returning based on customer service and the quality of wash.Update: my issue was with the assistant manager.

Love it have never had a problem with them

I rate this low simply because the wait is very long. The small lot is not capable of handling their clients very effectively. Far too many times Ive tried to visit other shops in the center and I cant get through because the parking lot is bogged down by the car wash customers. As far as the employees, always friendly, and cant complain about the wash.

LOVE Tidal Wave! I drive for Lyft so keeping my car clean inside and out is a must. The wash itself is always great, but what sold me was the vacuum area with towels and cleaner to finish the job on the inside of my car! The staff is always very friendly, and sometimes the wait can be a little long, but that just shows how much people love this place! Especially with all of the bugs in Georgia, springing for the monthly package is a great deal to keep your car looking clean every day!

Got some of the pollen off, other than that it missed a whole section of my vehicle (which most automatic washers do) and left globs of wax and pollen caked on top of my SUV. I wont be using them again, not worth $25.

I received a coupon for my first wash free and it was for the best available, $20 Buff and shine. I am not completely satisfied, it did a good job but like the other reviews said, its a good thing there are free towels available because there are some spots that were missed. My biggest complaint is that the center of my rims were untouched! The staff is really friendly and they did a good job prepping my vehicle. The best part of the whole experience was the vacuum area because of the free towels and the covered area. Theres a bunch of spots to work on your car after the wash and thewash itself is very fast. Its a new place so still very clean and looks nice.

Great service and a great value I have the monthly deal and love the ability to go every day . However they need to do something about the tire shine section it leaves tire shine all over the tire that spins off allover the side of my truck. I have asked the techs but they dont have any answers in fact one man told me he only pushes the button. So having said that management needs to train the staff better and while they are at it fix this issue.

The car wash does a good job but... RIP if you have a black car. The swirl marks are ridiculous! The person at the beginning of the wash who brushes your car will brush a filthy car in front of you and take all the dirt and put it back in the soap bucket and go to the next car in line. If you go through listen to the sound of the brush when they wash your window you can hear the dirt and sometimes see it. It’s awful! But the vacuums work like a charm.
