Someone at this facility hacked my debit card and purchased an iPhone to be delivered to this location. I do not live in GA. I live in Texas.

I don’t like the fact that I’m driving down the road and someone that drives that vehicle follows me and rides my butt the whole time. I speed up and they catch up so I slow down and they still stay on my bumper. Poor driving !

Poorly run patient transport. The supervisor missy took out her anger and frustration of a mother on a five year old little boy in her attempts to deny him transport. One would think that someone supplying this service, would assist in whatever way possible to help a small child but instead she impeded his care, blatantly lied and was less than helpful.

This COMPANY is HORRIBLE my daughter had a 1040am appt. Her pick up time was scheduled for 925am. The young lady came to my door at 8am..I talk to the young lady I informed her of the time . She calls her base I dont know who the UNPROFESSIONAL person was ( I WILL GET HER NAME) she spoke to. She said she called me to tell me I was going to be picked up early...LIES!!! Then she tell the young lady to tell me I have 10 mins. I got right on the phone called RIDE ASSIST & GOT another ride for my baby VERY IMPORTANT APPT.If you are being treated as such dealing with DORIS TRANSPORTATION you call RIDE ASSIST and request for them to send you a different company. Then they had the nerve to make it seem like I cancelled the pick up. THATS JUST SO THEY CAN TRY TO STILL GET PAID..Not on my WATCH.

A driver passed me in a no passing zone driving well over 80mph in a 35mph zone with no regard for anyones safety.
