It was exactly what I needed! My therapist was great and definitely experienced. Very clean, everyone wore masks, and it wasn’t overly crowded. So glad I found this place. If I’m in town again, it will be the first place I call!

A group of friends and I came here this past week and had a great spa day! The three of us had the facial, body wrap and massage. Each lady did a wonderful job and the place was peaceful. Each lady had tons of knowledge and explained the facial very well. I personally fell asleep during each service. Highly recommend and the manager/owner is a wonderful human. Loved talking to her. Will come again

As a veteran in the industry this review is 100% legit on everything from beginning to end. First, the personalized attention and accommodation given by Vicki was excellent. Appointment reminders and changes were made with ease. Location is great. Smell, seating, and front desk were very welcoming. I booked two 80 min. massages (DT and hot oil). Koko was amazing. Her flow and connecting strokes were perfect! She listened to my body and took care of all my aches! Since I am a therapist its important that a massage is customized to my needs not just a basic massage. My body, mind, and spirit was rejuvenated! Shannon was great a well. My only recommendation is to provide white noise machines in yhe rooms. As some clients forget they are in a quite space. I highly recommend this location!🧘🏾‍♀️😍

Koko and Astar were spectacular! Hubby and I did a couples massage for our honeymoon and man were we spoiled!!! These ladies were knowledgeable about what they were doing with our bodies, recommended bio freeze to me for my back pain, and left us feeling relaxed/loose/ relieved! Would absolutely return back, specifically for these ladies!

I booked a massage here on a whim (luckily they had a last minute spot for me). My therapist was De’a Owens and she was absolutely amazing. Her pressure was perfect (I’m tall and 240lbs for reference), and she was extremely knowledgeable in what she was doing (she worked small muscles in my back that other therapists have ignored). I left my massage far better than I entered and I really appreciate De’a!

We did a couples massage and our masseuses did an excellent job and were very professional. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back

Got a deep tissue massage from Lisa! My first ever massage and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was calming and I felt awkward just lying there so she let me talk to her during it which made me relaxed more!

Went with my mother for a body treatment and facial. They handled our melanated skin well. The owner and aestheticians were knowledge and courteous. The only thing missing was a locker room and shower.

We got a last minute couples massage with De’a and Astar and WOW! They were both excellent. We also added the warming massage oil which was very relaxing. The spa was clean and they were prompt with water and met every need we had. Highly recommend!

The deep tissue was too gentle for and my partner. I thought it was just me but he confirmed it once we left. Not my favorite massage in HH but it was decent. The staff were friendly. The place is easy to find and very well maintained. I would probably try a different service item if I went back.

I came to HHI for a romantic getaway with My husband. Its our first time visiting. We selected a timeshare while here, so of course we where required to a 90 min seminar! The seminar ran a little into the time of my appointment at fountain spa at 5pm. I called Ms. Vickie to ask if I could reschedule and gave my sincere apologies! Immediately she ( Vickie) got loud and immediately demanded I come in but only receive half of my time! But be charged the entire amount! She stated she would if she where me come get the remaking 23 mins but be charged the same amount. It scared me a little! I had to catch myself! Hold on! What did I do wrong? I called back told Ms. Vickie I was canceling the appt! And no she could NOT charge me for services I havent received! She said well ok and hung up! So no matter of fact HELL TO DA NAW! Book at your own risk! MS. Vickie was not professional! She didnt even try to make things right! It was her way or no way. 8Now after weeks of the incident. Vickie is still trying to charge my card for services I DID NOT RECEIVE! Vickie was completely wrong and I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to visit!

I went to get a massage today. The staff were professional and nice. They had a good selection of upgrades. The place looked clean. I had Dea (I hope I spelled it correctly) and was one of the best massages I have ever had. She made sure my needs were met. I will be going back there again.

Dia is technically one of the best I’ve experienced. Perfect pressure and touch. She is very knowledgeable and showed me exercises to practice at home. I highly recommend her.

While visiting my sister for her birthday we went here for an afternoon of spoiling. EVERYONE IS WONDERFUL, very thoughtful, courteous, and polite. They made us feel very welcome. CoCo did my massage! Extraordinary! CoCo was very friendly, I truly enjoyed talking with her. However, they let you lead the conversation so if you just want peace and quiet you get that as well. Worth the visit!

WORST MASSAGE PLACE EVER!!DONOT GO HERE! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE PEOPLE.NEED A REFUND.We went to Hilton Head Island from Atlanta for a vacation to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday we decided to go to this spa for a couple massage.We booked an appointment and were a little late as our car broke down and had to leave back for Atlanta post massage. We did inform the spa about the same and the reason of our delay.As we entered we were straight up sent to the room without informing us anything by the receptionist.The therapist were in a hurry and barely made efforts to care about our concern. We came here to relax but felt worst. Our therapist were Astar and Kelly. The massage was absolutely disappointing paid $185 for 15 min massage which was not worst than average.We asked the receptionist why were we informed about the time and she was extremely rude and dint even answer our question.All she said was your credit card is been processed.We should have been at least informed before the massage or have a little talk.Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior.Waste of time also ruined our entire day and trip back to home.Need to contact the manager or owner and need a refund.You guys spoiled our special day.NEVER COMING BACK.DONOT GO HERE GUYS

Needed a massage, got a same day appointment which I was able to schedule online (big plus for me), Astar did a excellent job and completely solved my ailment. The space is very calm and Zen-like, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend giving them a try!

As soon as we walked in the spa we felt so welcoming, we was greeted by our name and was offered water. These ladies made us feel so comfortable. It was so relaxing and refreshing. One of the best deep tissue massages Ive ever had, and I get massages fairly regularly. My hubby and I did a package w/ a body wrap and massage combo and it was fantastic. My massage therapist was Janise...she was phenomenal. My hubby said the same about his massage (his therapist was Madalyn). The space was clean, calm, and relaxing. Definitely visit this place!

Awesome place! Would definitely use them again. Got a massage from Madelyn. The staff was great, the lounge was awesome (served me water before massage and hot tea after ) . Was a very relaxing time. Also... some people sometimes feel ripped off when they pay for an hour massage and end up getting like 30 minutes. Not here.... I timed it. 52 minutes of massage. Will 100% go back if Im in HH again!

I initially booked an appointment for an eyebrow wax. Then later added on a massage, and Im truly glad I did! The scheduling was very simple and straight-forward online. There wasnt availability with the online scheduling to book myself to go from one service to the other, so I booked them an hour apart. Shortly after booking, a member of the Fountain Spa team reached out and asked if I wanted to couple the appointments together. That was the first thing I was impressed about.Secondly, the facility is on the top floor through a circular courtyard by Local Pie, which I had been to several times on the island yet never knew anything existed in the courtyard. The spa is relaxing from the moment you walk in. Lights are dimmed; staff voices are pleasant; aromatherapy to a perfect amount.I went in immediately to get my eyebrows waxed and was encountered by a very knowledgeable esthetician. She was efficient and did a great job. I was then offered a basket to put my belongings in and a robe to change into. The massage therapist came to get me from the room and I promptly went to the massage room. There was relaxing music playing and a cup of water ready for me on the counter. I snuggled into a very comfortable massage bed (the insanely soft sheets and actual comfort of the bed were unlike any other massage experience I have had).My massage therapist, Astar, was very personable (not very common in my experience with past massages) and attentive. She actually listened to my feedback and requests instead of insisting she knew better. Astar is a great massage therapist who has extensive experience. I would hands down get another massage with Astar and will suggest one to anyone who asks!

Fountain spa does not have lockers. Staff carry your items in a basket from room to room. Our purse had $700, credit cards, license missing. Please be careful of your belongings. Ruined vacation!!!!

Although their menu says they offer manicure for $20 but a women told me over the phone (very unfriendly and rush) they dont have this service :-(
