My neighbor hired Arborcare to remove a tree on her property which hung predominantly over my driveway. In a friendly move, we allowed them to use our driveway. HUGE MISTAKE ... they did not have sense enough to cut up the big branches to tote them away. They totally wrecked my garden by pulling very large branches with lots of leaves and nuts through my garden. There was very poor clean up even with them knowing this was not the property that hired them. Upon my cleaning up all the broken plants, I discovered they also broke a 7 foot tall ligustrum at the property line ... split it in two and it was no where close to the tree being removed. This was broken from hauling the tree trunk away and was from my neighbors yard. These guys are not professional, do not clean up, and wreck your property. I strongly urge all to find another tree company!

Charged literally twice as much as the same tree removed from my neighbor’s yard. I have contacted the owner, Jimon numerous occasions and have been told to be patient he would get back to me. That was 2 months ago. Now none of my calls or emails are returned. I would go elsewhere if you want a fair price and good costumer service. Extremely disappointed.

My elderly parents hired them to remove several trees. They broke 2 rain gutters, knocked over and broke their fountain & spilled hydraulic fluid all over their driveway. The only thing my 79 yr old father asked was for them to fix the rain gutters and he paid him in full. They never came back. I got involved and after a bunch of BS excuses, they promised to have it taken care of. STILL NOT DONE. Guess I’ll have to sue them.

Your truck is polluting with black exhaust. Not very eco friendly. Get it repaired.
