The rep Faith was an absolute joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable, walked me through all the options without a hard sell tactic, then took the time to switch everything over to my new phone - and even added my screen protector and new case. Overall an excellent experience!

Great service! I broke my phone and was able to get a new one same day, I had many questions about prices and my monthly bill and Ito was very helpful he answered them all. He was super patient and understanding he didn’t get agitated when I would go back and forth with different questions or change my mind which was great because you don’t get that customer service much anymore. He told me about a great plan option that met all my price needs which was an upgrade in plans. So I left with a new phone and new phone plans for my whole family! I’ve been a customer for over 8 years and today was the first where I left feeling happy and with a lower monthly plan rate! Which was really awesome thanks again to Ito and at&t for great service!
This store is great! We went in and came out with new phones for my family. Our sales rep was Ito and he did an amazing job at helping us trade in our phones and get new ones. Highly recommend!
The reviews I read of Jordan Atkins and this store seemed too good to be true, but I was desperate after having absolutely wasted hours on the phone with worthless AT&T service through 611. But Jordan was every bit as advertised. Helpful, thoughtful, insightful, totally solved my problem (which was essentially putting me out of business during my working vacation), a real superstar. Thank you Jordan and thank you to whatever AT&T rep had the brains to hire you and offer your services to someone like me.

I cant begin to express my appreciation to Jordon for his outstanding customer service. First, he was very helpful in helping me obtain a replacement phone for my newly purchased decectivr S-21. When I received the phone, he personally switched everything from old to new. HUGE help!! But what he did the day after stands out most. I had a few glitches and I needed help. As he was going on break, he saw me and asked how things were. I mentioned my glitches. he took time from his break to FIX my glitches and I was on my way. THANKS Jordon...you rock!
I showed up to the store a little after 4 to find a sign that said closed for lunch form 5-6. Ok no big deal even though your hours online say that you are open until 8. So I came back at 5:10 there was one person helping another customer. No big deal, I walk around for a minute looking for a phone case (the reason why I came there in the 1st place) and another customer walks in. The guy working said “there is a wait of about 30-40 minutes per customer, I’m the only one working today.” What the heck? How do you run a business like that? I’ve been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years. Horribly managed store and I will not be coming back.

On the Island for a sun break and decided to swap out two iPhones. Jordan at the store is aces. Knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and will steer you to the most appropriate data plans. He understands the products and plans. Plus, he skillfully handles the technical transfer to the new phones. I’ve been an ATT customer for over 20 years, Jordan is the best representative.

I had to come by the store several times this week trying to add a new line and transfer an existing number with my fiancé’s previous carrier. Veronica got me started in the process and finally helped me put together and follow through with the pieces I needed to make it happen. I’d also like to mention that the manager, Gabriel, noticed on my last visit that he had seen me repeatedly and took the time to specifically dig in to my needs and connect me with the most helpful person possible.I tell anyone who asks about carriers in Hilton Head that my cell phone reception and the customer service every time I walk in to the physical location at AT&T is unmatched. This absolutely aligned with my previous experiences.It takes a special crew to make in person service preferable over doing it online.

Jordan Adkins is the total reason gor my 5 star rating, i have been ready to cancel at&t service twice due to run around and 100 transfers to the wrong department with phone support both times jordan made me feel that my business was important after being to the point of insanity with phone support. He was Amazing on both occasions and i recommend he handle all your custer relations training. He is brilliant.
ATT Hilton Head South Carolina is a one stop shop and has everything that you need for cable, phone, and internet solutions. I like being able to take care of everything in one place and have the customer service that they provide to be able to help in person and answer all of my questions. These sale reps are really nice and easy to talk and work with . Gabriel the assistant manager was so generous and made sure he helped me to the best of his ability . Jordan was super helpful! He helped my fiancé and I switch carriers and update our new phones seamlessly. My fiancé a few days later decided to switch the color of his phone and Jordan set us up with an appointment. With the appointment we had no wait. He was professional and knowledgeable and made the whole process much easier! I would definitely recommend working with him!

Bill and assistant manager were,so friendly. I needed to exchange my phone I had just bought in MichiganHaving good trouble with Samsung Galaxy edge 7. They exchanged it for a new one. I went to the store based on AT&Ts phone tech support. The told me to request a new SIM card. The device was working at the time but had become increasingly slow. After I left and found out I now could not connect at all. I called customer support back. They told me my unlimited plan had been changed and I would have to file a grievance report to see if my plan could be re-instated because the plan has been disscontinued after my participation of 3 years. Another example of a very large company using computer programs to control employee behavior that has no relation to what goes on in the imperfect real world.
I went in with an issue with my iPhone. It wasnt connecting to at&ts network. The saleswoman was visibly upset with me once she knew I wasnt there to buy a new phone. If her look could speak it wouldve said youre dead to me.I know we have quotas to hit, but seriously there is such a thing as the slow play. Crush the customer service and people will come back to you.Ive read some other scathing reviews about this store, as of right now I would say they are accurate. I think there must be some bad management driving the sales people to be pushy and disgruntled.Pull it together AT&T at shelter cove. We need ya.Oh, and i left a 2 star review here because once we finally established that I wasnt going to buy a new phone, she was able to expertly and immediately fix the problem and I was out there door in one minute.
The crew at my Hilton Head AT&T store sat with me and patiently worked out all the kinks of my new phone. I believe in leaving things to the professionals, Jordan and Timothy are the real deal. Check it out for yourself, customer service is not dead yet!
Rude and ignorant! Tim refused to give my husband his card or give him the names of the employees in the store. Dont deal with them ever! Verizon is always the way to go if you want competent service. By the way Tim, getting the Corporate number was easy! Why are you trying to hide names instead of helping customers?

The people that work in this store are low class and should NOT be representing AT&T. They are completely clueless on how to do their job. Be warned that they do not care about customer service and only care about making numbers for the store. They will nickel and dime you any chance they get. All the AT&T stores that I went to in California were exceptional. Why is this store lacking so much? I have never had an issue with AT&T ever until now. Unfortunately this is the only corporate store in the area. NOW I see why everyone hates AT&T here....because their only option is to deal with this ghetto store. Dont bother complaining to them, as they dont care. Be prepared to get told to call customer service on the phone as they hand you a card with the number on it.

Im a new customer and currently have 4 lines all iPhone 7 plus. My mom was not comfortable using the iPhone,so I went to the store at Shelter Cove Towne Centre, 34 Shelter Cove Ln #160, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 to purchase her a basic flip phone. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a lady named Lori.I explained my situation and she asked if I were adding new line. I said I needed to activate it on an existing line.She responded by claiming she would not sell me a phone. When I asked why she claimed because of low stock. I responded in shock you can add a line but not sell me phone for an existing line. Her response was to go to Walmart or Kroger and purchase one there. This service is completely unacceptable in my eyes. I guess they have sales quotas and my service doesnt matter.

I came in to talk about minute overages and why they were happening. Possible nights and weekends change or no more ATT free calling? Well they basically told me that couldnt help me AT ALL and that Id have to call customer service. Even after I told the lady that I had already called them and they kept transferring me and putting me on hold for over 40minutes. Which of course I payed more overages for! Im no longer paying a few hundred dollars (4lines) a month for inferior cell reception and unlimited data(which really isnt unlimited). Verizon here I come!
Horrible customer service. Went to at&t to buy 2 iPhones and switch from Verizon. Was waiting 40min for someone to help. Seams like Jordan did not really wanted to help me and my wife to choose good deal for us and sell us iPhones, which we preorder online and just wanted to pick un in the store. He told us that we need to cancel order online and do new order in the store, which end up costing more money. However, provided very confusing information about the payments, all the time prices was changing. Also in front of us when we was waiting 40min, and when we was talking to him, he was joking with colleagues and buying phone for himself, instead of helpinh us and provide good customer service. After when he didnt finished explaining about deal and answering our questions, just give us his business card and said you guys can think about it and come back tomorrow, let me know if I can help - even thou my husband dont have phone already for 3 days, because his phone broke, and we really needed to purchase one.Very unprofessional! I hope this at&t store can find good sales people who will be professional and know how to provide great customer service and help their customers!

The Salesperson i had to deal with gave me insurance for my iphone 6 which was 99.99 but he said i would only pay a couple of bucks per month. And He changed my data plan from 10 gb( which was $100 ) to 30gb( which is $225 ). I have been scammed by a person who is supposedly represents AT&T. What a joke. His name is Alex from the Hilton Head Island AT&T store. Plus my monthly bill is $667.51. Please Help.

The lady treated me like an idiot and my family and I could tell she was irritated because we were not there to purchase something. She was very short and not helpful by any means. I do not recommend this branch. She acted like I didnt know anything because of her lack of knowledge. Very displeased by the service and the way I was treated.
We had a very bad experience with the AT&T Hilton Head - our customer service rep Lynette was not truthful and we ended up with charges we were told we would not incur. I would not recommend doing business with AT&T Hilton Head.
