Bubba is the best! We shipped a pallet of art work and boxes of photos and documents from Hilton Head to our home in NM. It took us months to pull the family together to upwrap and sort everything, but when we did, we realized what a fabulous job Bubba did. The paintings and prints were carefully protected in bubble wrap and styrofoam corners. Nothing was broken or damaged. Everything was in perfect condition. Bubba was in touch along the way. The pallet arrived when expected, and the truckers came down our long driveway and helped put the pallet in the garage. It wasnt cheap, but well worth the price. Thanks!

What a terrific company! They received a large table I had custom-made and shipped from New England, provided white glove delivery with complete unpacking, placement and removal of packing material. They did a great job! On time, professional, careful and courteous. Fair price, too. I would absolutely use Bubba’s again and highly recommend them!

Bubba and his daughter and crew just moved my things from Cashiers NC to Hilton Head SC. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. The communication was excellent. He showed up right in time and was very careful with all of my furniture. They had to repack it in storage and did a wonderful job. Professionalism is excellent! I would not use anyone else now!

We only had a curio cabinet shipped to Bubba for final delivery. While they were dealing with Covid19, they still took great care of us. The men were nice, courteous and experienced. The piece was fairly large and required changes in handling to get it off the truck, up a couple of steps, through a 3 door, protecting a hardwood floor, into its final location without damage to anything. Definitely recommend Bubba.

Bubba transported a HUGE grill from South Carolina to our home outside of DC and he did an excellent job. All of the components were carefully packed, everything arrived in perfect condition, and he was very responsive via email and text/phone. It was a very late night for him after a long day on the road with nasty Virginia traffic and he still made the delivery happen. We are so appreciative and will use his services again.

Bubba is amazing! We have worked with him twice, firstly as a receiver for furniture coming from various vendors which was then delivered and set up at our home on the island and secondly for a complicated move from Connecticut to the Island. In addition we also had furniture and possessions going to three different locations in the Boston area, Bubba came up from HH loaded a truck for Boston on a Friday afternoon, delivered everything safely to the correct location on Saturday morning, loaded everything for the island on Saturday afternoon and safely delivered everything to the house on Monday. We werent going to be back to the island until later in the week, Bubba had a map of where to place everything and did it perfectly! Needless to say it was a very stressful time for us, Bubba handled it with good humor, professionalism and great care. We cant recommend him highly enough, whether for storage, a local move or further!

Bubba did a great job of moving some furniture for me up to Massachusetts. He stored it before the move, communicated well and the furniture arrived in great shape as promised.

After not receiving my package from Hilton Head Shipping and Storage I called and had to insist that they look up the tracking of the package. I was then called back by Hilton Head Storage and told FedEx had deliver it to the wrong address six days earlier, where upon he went on a little rant about FedEx and told me they would be contacting me. Later that day I drove to the address where Hilton Head Storage said FedEx had mistakingly delivered; it was a vacant abandon house, I retreived the package from the porch. I then called Hilton Head Storage to inform them I had found the package and that FedEx had not made a mistake but it was he who had put the wrong address on the package. At this he became defensive and said it was FedEx responsibility regardless if he put the wrong address on the package. When I told him I felt he should refund me part or all of his fee, he became abusive saying he was not responsible just because he wrote the wrong address and did not care that I tracked down my package. He then continued that he did not care if he got a bad review because he had several great ones. So Hilton Head Shipping here is your bad one.

Fantastic experience - highly, highly recommend! We have used Bubba several times to pick up and deliver furniture for us from our home in Virginia to our condo at Hilton Head. He is reasonably priced, careful, trustworthy, responsive, very conscientious about being on schedule and taking good care of the furniture. Hes also stored furniture that weve had shipped to The Mailbox & Shipping Center in the off-season, and delivered it during our next visit. He has also assembled a couple pieces weve had shipped for us before delivering them, and done a terrific job with that, too. They are totally professional and honest, and Bubba & his family are wonderful, pleasant people to work with.
