We are new to the area and needed find a reliable company to perform our swimming pool maintenance while we were not yet moved in. Each week, we received a comprehensive report of the services completed as well as pictures of before and after the service. They come every week and are professional and reliable. Would definitely recommend their services!

Called twice and spoke wit their customer service representatives and gave them all of my contact information. Also contacted them through Angie’s list. They never returned my calls or emails over a 2 week period. Very disappointing, but I found reliable service elsewhere. Would never use a company this non-responsive

Pool Scouts is a great service for those of us who have swimming pools. As a new pool owner they took the time to share with me the pool filtering system operation and condition. The technicians arrive per the agreement.I recommend highly the services of Pool Scouts

You know its great service because your pool is beautiful all the time. Lowcountry Pool Scouts come out right on schedule ... they clean the pool, blow the deck, add whatever chemicals are needed. They email me a report on the spot with the before & after pictures ... again, now my only job is enjoying the pool! Not cleaning it ...

Incredibly professional. The owner responded immediately to a problem that occurred with our pool (not the companys fault) and solved the issue. Would highly recommend.

Set up the appointment for service and was told, “maybe Thursday, but definitely Friday”...by the Owner. Nothing Thursday. Nothing (including phone call) from them Friday by noon. Called the office again, and had to give all of my information again. Was assured the Technician would call me about the repair service. Nothing once again. Scouts Honor! BS! Not good service/follow up.

My family has always had a hard time locating a good reliable pool service in Pooler. Pool Scouts was very accommodating in getting our pool serviced. Nile, the Pool Tech who is currently here, is doing an amazing job and is very friendly. 🙂My mom is very pleased with the service, accountability, and customer service she has received overall. Pool Scouts will definitely be our go-to for any pool service we need in the future. So thank you for being able to come out here and help us. 🙂

Niles always does a great job.

Ray and his crew are very dependable, hardworking, and always resolve any issues that we have. The pool looks amazing when they leave! We have used them for over a year now and highly recommend them! We are part time residents and they even send us a report with pictures of the pool before and after so we can see what they did when we are not there.

Ray and his team are very accommodating and easy to work with. Frank and his assistant are always reliable, punctual and courteous. They exhibit care, conscientiousness and passion about their work. The service overall is very competitively affordable. I particularly like that the chemicals are included in the fee. That aspect along with their consistency and professionalism sets them lengths apart from other providers.

New to the area, but Ray M. runs a company that I know wont disappoint. His team knows what they are doing and are more than happy to explain to the owners what they need to know about pools and keeping them clean. After all, thats what they do for a living and they are super good at it. You like a clean pool and not have to worry about all the machines and chemicals that help achieve that goal, no? Well, you owe it to yourself to call Pool Scouts and let them do the dirty work. You wont regret it!

We are new pool owners and wanted a company we could trust to help us keep our pool clean, get it ready to swim, and teach us as well. Pool Scouts has been great, and they are friendly and courteous. They are reliable, and we love the electronic reports and pictures we receive after each visit.

They cut my liner

We purchased a home with a pool, it was in bad shape. We hire these guys to get it in shape. They spent 3+ weeks and the pool was still cloudy and still turning green. Discussed this with them and they explained they were doing a great job. Fired them and hired another company, it was clear in 2 days and we could see the bottom and pool looked amazing. Would never recommend the Pool Scouts to anyone. Very disappointed after spending so much $$.

Terrible company. First few weeks went great. Then terrible job afterwards. Pool has algae the day after they leave. Terrible customer service and low knowledge. Avoid at all costs.

Great staff! Friendly and knowledgeable service

Terrible service! Our pool was always green and constantly dirty after the claimed they cleaned it that day. They would show up & dump chemicals in the pool and say they vacuumed it. The skimmers were always full with debris when they just left from cleaning it. We constantly had green algae growing in our pool. They repaired a line at the pump that is now leaking again. They broke the timer in the panel & lost pieces to repair it. They never showed up the same day weekly. We have chemical stains on our pool decking and furniture. The manager constantly had excuses as to why our pool service was poor. He told us the green algae was happening to everyone in that area. The first few months we received their service we had recommended them to friends and they too have canceled due to pool service & a green pool. We have made several attempts to reach out to the owner with no return call.
