This company is awful!! Do not use!! The cleaners do not do a good job they do not vacuum, or make sure that the couches do not have crumbs. If they do vacuum they will use your vacuum and never empty it. The handyman service is a joke. They forgot to go to a condo twice on us for cleaning!! This company will cost you reviews and honestly ruin your business. They will also not communicate properly with you. DO NOT USE!!!!

I am a VERY happy customer and pleased to rate Coastal Sunset Property Services five stars! I live out of state and they take care of my rental property. I never have to worry about anything and I have always had awesome service and they are the best. I have been using for over 2 years highly recommend them! Not only do they do the best job of any cleaning company, but they are friendly and super responsive to last minute changes and requests and their support is excellent!
