I contacted Castel Cleaning Services for an estimate to clean my home twice monthly. They sent an estimator promptly to my home the next day. Unfortunately, I had to call them four days later looking for my estimate which was provided over the phone (it was high compared to a subsequent quote that I received). I was told that I would receive a contract to sign shortly. That was many days ago. They really have poor follow through skills and clearly did not want my business for whatever reason and wont get it either.
