Our technician did a reasonable job but they are very unprofessional when it comes to management and billing. It seems as if they take their customers for granted. There are far better and more affordable options for pool service available in the area.

Clearly they are not able to scale with demand - called them 12 months ahead of a project and cannot even get them to return calls. Gave up

Weekly pool service was very good, great employee who did a good job. However as a new property owner I had a very poor service experience when I bought my new home and had some initial pool repairs done. It told several visits to fix a minor problem, only to find out the issues were not resolved. I had service back repeatedly over first couple months, and once things were finally resolved, I was over billed for repairs which were supposedly fixed just prior to us moving in. Conversations with customer service to talk through this were unprofessional even though I supplied emails documenting the overall issue. Good news I discovered this early as I’m just beginning as a new customer. I cancelled my agreement and will look for someone else.

Allow me to start with the fact I know NOTHING about hot tubs. We got an inflatable outdoor hot tub because we saw it at a friends house and it was exaclty what we needed.I went to YEAR ROUND POOL place and both, John and Jacob, were excellent in costumer service. Although we did not buy the tub from them, they sat with me and explained about alkalinity, ph, chlorine, etc.They didnt even know if they will get paid because I didnt say I would buy something from them (although I end up doing it in the end).The point is...they know their job, they are very good to explain things and in general especially if you are new with spas and hot tubs I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these guys. Thank you !!!

Great company i clean pools for yrp best from start to finish and beyond

Year Round Pool provides service for the community pool in HIlton Head Plantation. The young man who does most of the service is great -- always on time, always busy, and keeps the pool in best condition. (I never see him standing around on his cell phone, either.)

We get all of our supplies from these folks. The water analysis is very high tech and spot on. It is wonderful to have them nearby and we always know our pool is safe and in balance. Thanks for you friendly and professional service!!

I had a tremendous experience today at the HHI Matthews Street location. I came in not knowing a lot about pool replacement parts and only had a part number for the Quick Release Wall Mount. The associate, Jennifer, was very helpful in locating the part and giving direction on installation. I later called Jennifer with a quick question and she again was able to help me with the correct answer straight away. I am confident in Jennifers knowledge and will look to the company and their associates for help with my pool. She single-handedly earned my business for Year Round Pool Company, Inc.

I buy all of my supplies at the Mathews street store. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. I test my own water, but it is nice to have their reassurance I am doing it right and when I do have a problem they work through it with me.Great team!
