Ralph took care of our laptops quickly and professionally! He advised us on gaming computers and helped us transfer the important stuff my teen couldn’t live without. Well worth the cost and we will continue with Ralph when and if we need more computer help.

Ralph is hands down the best there is on this island. He is responsive and not only that while everyone else asked me to give them a couple of days for them to see my laptop after it crashed, Ralph said “drop it off in about an hour and I’ll work on it” even though he had other ones to repair he acknowledge the fact that I was in a panic lol. Within about 4-5 hours I had my laptop up and running again and to perfection. Thanks Ralph again you are a life saver.

I recently used Island Computer to repair an older MacBook Pro. Ralph quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repairs, and returned the computer in about 24 hours. Really friendly guy. Pretty funny too. Repaired my Mac in a little over an hour at an affordable price. I didnt have to wait for weeks to have my laptop repaired. its been a while now, and no complaints yet. it is almost like my Mac never got damaged in the first place.
