Great company. Honest with their opinion of what can and cant be saved. Honest with their prices and unbeatable when it comes to knowledge and experience.For the two 1 star reviews, a couple of notes. A hole in your ceiling IS NECESSARY if you have water there. Its the only way to get it out and get the area dry. If you have MOLD then youve had water for quite awhile. Its a messy process. Should they have left a mess, no. But based on your ridiculous complaint about your ceiling Im willing to believe that you may have made that up.Carpet replacement and sheetrock repair is the responsibility of your owner or, if youre the owner, its your responsibility. EK cleans carpets, offers mold remediation and water extraction. They can repair carpet and replace pad to an extent. But they are not a carpet installation company nor or they a construction company.You had a flood or a serious leak...inconvenience is par for the course. As for when they were supposed to return i know from experience that all sorts of issies outside the control of the company can lead to delayed follow up. Including property managers who lose keys and difficult tenants.Given that you have major issues with their work but no appreciation that they got the mold causing water out of your ceiling means you dont know what youre talking about.

The owner showed up and cut a hole in my ceiling. Left sheetrock in tub and tracked white sheetrock dust all over my carpet and left for 6 hours. Then different guy shows back up 6 hours later, not knowing whats going on. Tells me they will be back Friday to get blowers and fix carpet. Now they say they might be back Monday. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AND IVE BEEN A PLUMBER FOR 18 YEARS, WHO SEES LEAKS ALL THE TIME. I recommend SERVICE MASTER OUT OF BLUFFTON SOUTH CAROLINA

If i could rate zero stars i woyld. Very unprofessional, disorganized and disrespectful. Left my bedroom and bathroom a total disaster cut an unnessicarry whole in my bathroom ceiling causing leaks throughout my entire bedroom left sheet rocl and isolation laying in my bathtub and bathroom. Was told they was going to get more equipment and they would be back wothin the hour and 6hours later after several phone calls complaining they finally showed back up with blowers to dry out the carpets. Was told they would be back within 48hours to get there materials only to find out that they would not be back for several more days leaving us unavle to use our bathroom or bedroom. And now i have to wait for carpet to be replaced and for the drywall and sheet rock to be fixed and have the mold removed. Will never recommend this company to my enemy!!!
