We spoke with Wesley the owner after arriving at Hilton Head Motor Coach resort and he got us on his schedule. He showed up promptly (actually early to set up) and discussed at length what he was going to do for the price. His employee came by shortly thereafter.I cannot say enough about these nice young men and appreciate the care they took to help make our coach look so much better. They even took detailed pictures of the roof and sent them to me to show me everything looked good on top when they were cleaning up there.Wesley is growing his business and is serious about quality and professionalism. It is nice to see the entrepreneurial spirit he and his team has.

We had our RV washed at our site. These guys were punctual and did a great job. All of the chrome was super shiny and the paint looks great! I will use them when we are in town.

Wesley came on time and was very professional. Did a great job on the RV. Wash and wax was perfect. I’d recommend him unequivocally and if we are in the area again will definitely have our RV detailed with him.

Did a great job on my coach. I was not there to watch the coach being washed. However, Wesley (the RV detailer)sent before and after pictures. Very happy with his work! Tip if you wash and or wax your RV around 4 times a year ask about their annual pricing plan. You can save a bunch with this simple question.

Great job washing our RV. Did a terrific job at an affordable price. I went with the annual plan. Also, I have a big tip. Remember to ask about their monthly leaf blowing service to your keep your motorcoachs roof clear of debris. This service is great if you keep your coach parked in one of the island RV resorts.

Made appointment to have our coach detailed. They were supposed to be there at 9AM. Waited til noon and called. Wes said his crew didn’t show up, but from my understanding, it is just him and a helper. He was very apologetic and said he would come the next day. I said no problem, just come and make it right. He texted me the next morning and said their was a chance of rain so he would do it on Friday at 9 AM and we were his priority for the week. At noon still no one came and I started calling and texting Wesley. He would not return my calls or texts so 2 times no call no show. We have been staying at Hilton Head Motorcoach Resort for 10 years and get our coach detailed every year. Cross Island Detailers is a bad choice to represent such a nice resort with such poor customer service making appointments and not showing up.
