I used them for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. At first I thought they were expensive but watching how hard they worked to get this couch clean..., they are worth every penny! The guys they sent were great polite and professional. I’ll be using this service again for sure.

Great company, fantastic employees. When we came home to find that a broken pipe had wreaked havoc through the entire house, High Tide responded within an hour and a half of the initial phone call (we live in Beaufort) The employees that came to our house over the course of the next 11 days, were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. a special shout out to Jose and Aurelio, who are the gentlemen we saw the most of. They were careful with our belongings while packing for us, and kept us informed of the damages, etc., every step of the way. The office staff is polite and professional as well, and a special shout out to Pam, for carefully explaining the process we were facing and keeping me informed along the way.

Very disappointed. Sent rugs to be cleaned and was told it would take 3 to 5 days, now I am still waiting for my rugs to be returned and am now being told it is to 10 days. Would not have sent them if I had know in advance. Will not send a large order in again. I havent received my rugs so I dont know if you have done a good job, the survey was sent way too quickly, and the rugs are being cleaned way too slowly.

High Tide folks cleaned our bedroom carpet a two light colored couches. They all look great. The crew were very careful and clean. They did a great job!

Quality: The quality was poor - In removing the old flooring they damaged the walls and woodwork.Value: The work they did was overpriced and the quality was poor.Professionalism: High Tide is the worst you can find. The estimate was written for an insurance company and was not written for the general public to understand. They started work without authorization and it induce me to sign a contract they led me to believe my “insurance will cover it” but the insurance did not cover it! The walls and woodwork had to be repaired and repainted from the damage High Tide did. When I complained, they were very rude to me.THESE ARE VERY BAD PEOPLE - STAY AWAY!!!

High Tide Water Restoration company were insanely fast. They immediately went to our house after we had a pipe burst and soon after everything was all back to normal. Although it was pricey, it was better to be safe than sorry.

I hired this company because another Restoration company left me hanging, they got to the property in a reasonable amount of time and did a good job trying the property out however during the process of Repair the office manager threw me under the bus when discussing problems with access to the property. Alexis made up lies that I was trying to keep them out of the property.Be careful with high tide Restoration, they don’t follow through with their commitments and they can cause problems with your insurance adjusters as they did with mine

As a property owner, property manager, and former condo association board member, I have seen quite a few leaks and/or floods over the last 8 years. I have been in the front seat to observe the quality of work done and experience the customer service companies offered. I have personally had 3 experiences in my own home when neighbors leaked into my unit. The first time, another company was called by the neighbor and they were horrific from the start all the way through to the finish, doing a lot of damage to family heirlooms, personal items, and expensive antiques they packed up.As a result of my experience, the second time I had a leak from my neighbors, I took the lead and called Rainbow International. Though it was a challenging time that caused me to have to move out of my home, the experience was far different. The level of customer service and care, the level of care and consideration for my personal items and my home, and the quality of work was INCREDIBLE. The two experiences were polar opposites and as a result, I have recommended Rainbow to everyone in need of this kind of water mitigation assistance.Another leak from my neighbors this month caused me to need the assistance of Rainbow once again... and I received excellent care from start to finish. Though it was during the hurricane evacuation, the owner took my call and was responsive immediately. The techs who were in my home were personable, friendly, respectful, and kind. My communication with the office was with Pam (who also assisted me last year) and she is amazing.If you find yourself in need of water mitigation assistance, this is the company to go with here in the Lowcountry. There were a lot of stains in the carpet of my rental property. The guys with High Tide did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpet. They were so intent on getting the stains out. They went over and over the areas until the stains were gone. They were also so professional and polite. I will always use High Tide for all of my property!

Very responsive business. Carpets now extremely clean, though they are 10 years old, they came out like new! The team was exceptionally professional, answered my questions, and were very efficient. The crew has been working on my neighbors place and they scratch my car at first they acknowledge and apologize I only ask them to call their management and find out what kind of procedure they have in place for these situations without demanding anything after they called the management they turn around and totally dismissed and denial everything I believe the crew was two honest gentleman‘s which I cannot say the same about the management I have learned my lesson I will never Use this company myself.

We had a plumbing flood at 11:30pm one night and they arrived at 2AM, within an hour of when I called. They did an amazing job drying everything out and saved our drywall and hardwood floors. They also cleaned carpet and upholstery that had gotten wet and got some stains and dirt out that I thought were permanent. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

I have worked with Rainbow International on Hilton Head now for a few years and on multiple properties. They have been an important part of a team of contractors my company uses because they are able to deliver what they tell you and on time. Rainbow International has done small carpet cleaning jobs, mold removal, and a flooded home caused by a leaking toilet line. I can honestly say when you call for an emergency, I was able to have someone on site within 30 minutes. I would recommend using these folks any day!!

The guys that came were very professional and polite. They had to use a portable unit to clean our villa. The carpets were filthy. Hadnt been cleaned in years. We were very suprised and happy at how wonderful they looked when the guys were done. Thank you so much for doing a great job.

Rainbow International is the only carpet cleaning company I have used since moving to Hilton Head seven years ago. I have never been disappointed in the quality of work and attention to detail. Most recently, the cleaning was done by Alberto and Nico, who did a terrific job on carpeting that had been soiled by my dogs. In addition, both young men were polite, considerate, and eager to please. For example, when I was struggling to put the booties over my shoes, Alberto immediately perceived my difficulty and assisted me. I call that above and beyond!

Carpets came out amazing and the stains were gone. They either moved furniture or put plastic protectors under furniture legs. The technicians were wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend this company and am having them back to clean a white sofa.

Incompetent. Room flooded in mid April. Today, July 14th, still waiting on flooring. I picked it out in early May and was told it was ordered, but apparently not.... Also, when room initially flooded, we carried wet mattress to porch to get it out of house. I asked multiple people with Rainbow to carry it off and several agreed, but it never left porch. After 3 weeks, we took it to dump, but the porch already had black fungus from the wet mattress sitting there so long. I could go on and on. Hopefully they will fix some of the issues and I can pull this review.

Weve always been pleased with the service we receive. The workers make sure to tell us what they are doing, work especially hard on any areas that are particularly stained and make recommendations about future service. On occasion, when a stain has come up after the initial cleaning, they have returned to handle it the next day. Great service!

Rainbow International and specifically, Pam Meyer, came through for me in a most stressful and catastrophic situation. An an out of state owner of a condo on the Island, significant water damage occurred from my unit to the one below because of a tub leak. After two estimates, I spoke with Pam. She was the only one who addressed the possibility of mold and mildew. I agreed with the assessment, and immediately authorized the drying equipment and the repairs. All of the work was completed within 3 days, and the owner underneath (as well as myself) were completely satisfied!! I saw the finished product about 2 weeks later. By the way, Rainbows final cost was right on target with their estimate, and it beat out the two others that had totally missed a very critical component. I would recommend Rainbow and Pam highly, and they would be my number one go-to should I have a need in the future! Kuddos! Great job!!

I just completed a job with Rainbow that they handled from start to finish. They came in to do a remediation project on a villa that had water leaking from the unit above. I learned that not only could they take out all of the water damaged materials, but put the unit back in working order with new walls, ceiling, carpet and tile.Communication from the office was great!
