Not very impressed. Clothes came out wrinkled and they almost lost three of my shirts. Not sure how they keep track of the number of items for each order but I didnt feel confident that I was getting all of my items back. It was worth a try but for the price i feel my clothes shouldnt have been wrinkled. Give them a try if you need help washing but they will most likely come out wrinkled.

First time going here and let me tell you.. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL! The lady who was there literally walked me through everything.. from getting a card to loading the card, showing me the washer and what to do, and then the dryer as well!!!! Really appreciate all the help she gave me! Also it’s super clean and not like any laundromat I’ve ever been to in the past. Definitely my go to!!

Ive been to laundromats all over the country but this one takes the cake. It has a feel of a day time lounge where you would kick it with your friends. Its spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The equipment is top notch, cash free. Tap and go and I mean that literally. Its NFC cards used in conjuction with the machines not to mention you get a reminder when your laundry is done via your phone. Theres room to fold, places to sit. Clean restrooms. Its the place to go. 💯

I would give more stars if they would let me. WE travel for a living and use laundry facilities all over the west coast. Hands down the best laundry we have EVER used. Sparkling clean, well maintained, owner was friendly, helpful and takes pride in her business. Folding tables were awesome. Bathrooms were clean, reasonably priced. When Im in town, thats where we will go.

This place is excellent! Absolutely clean, modern, and maintained.The payment system is completely unique in my experience, Ive never seen this before. And its great! There is the smallest of learning-curves, but that doesnt matter, the fellow behind the counter dropped everything to answer a couple of questions when I had them. The main wash was SLIGHTLY more expensive than I might have expected, but in the end, I didnt even mind....I almost wish I were going to be in the area longer so I could use this place AGAIN.

This place is super clean! The machines are new and efficient, they have the place ventilated properly! The staff is very nice and werent bothered when I asked questions about how things work, here.Lighting is good and the floors are always being swept, the baskets disinfected regularly. It has been a long time since I have had to use a laundromat. Im so glad I tried this one!

It’s been years since we used a laundromat. We went in expecting to use quarters to wash a dozen comforters and instead, it was automated. The facility was clean, relaxing and welcoming. Nicole, the owner was not only helpful but her customer service was exceptional. Thank you, Nicole for making our trip back down “laundromat lane” so worthwhile.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Extremely clean. Well priced. Attendants on duty. There are several laundromats closer to where Iive but I drive from Vernonia to come here. I wont go anywhere else.

The Laundry Room in Hillsboro is my favorite laundromat.Yes. I do have a favorite laundromat. I drive my happy rump across from East Beaverton to West Hillsboro to wash clothes here.The floors are spotless. That thin layer of dust and grime at the laundromat? Yeah. Not here. The very polite attendant (!!!!!) wipes down the machines and sweeps and mops and tidied multiple times a day. The washers get the clothes so clean. No yucky residue or film on the clothes when you pull them out. No sticky dried up soap dripping down the machines. No used needles hanging out in the dryers. No rusty or sticky carts that you don’t want to put your clothes in. They have flawlessly spotless machines every time. The dryers actually WORK without adding time over and over again. My clothes dry in 20 minutes.My favorite part is that the chairs aren’t bolted down, and instead they are nestled up against huge folding tables. I grabbed a chair and drug it over to the dryers when I was loading them because my back hurt. I put it back of course, but I could move the chair in the first place.AND NO EFFIN QUARTERS. You can load your laundry card with cash or card, and at any denomination that suits you.If you don’t have a washer in your house, I feel you. It sucks. Go to the Laundry Room. It sucks less.

This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to! Immediately I was greeted and shown how to use all the brand new machines. Not only were the machines fast and efficient but the store was also spotless. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful I will definitely be coming back!

This is one of the cleanest, technologically helpful Laundry Rooms Ive ever seen. In fact it has to be number 1 in my book!!The attendant was extremely helpful. He knew the answer to every question I had and I had many of them. Some I asked just to see if he knew. He did know!!! I love the larger machine options. The dryers dried quickly. I had to add a a little bit of time to each quadruple load but dry in record time they did.The card that was programmable and easily added money too....texted me when each load was finished. IT TEXTED ME WHEN EACH LOAD FINISHED WASHING AND DRYING... Consider that for a few moments. There was no guessing. I could have gone to any of the other stores and been back to change stuff over instead of trying to do the mental time math. I finished 14 loads in an hour and a half. They were all clean, dried and folded. Any other place Ive been to would have been at least 4 hours. Probably longer. I feel like I found a hidden treasure in the middle of town.There were only 2 things that could have made it perfect. Back into the parking spaces. I struggled with getting a loaded cart over the curb.And .. my little dog is 16 years old and it was hot and she usually goes Everywhere with me since my husband died. She was not allowed.

1. Prices are more expensive than others2. You have to buy and use their cards3. You have to preload it from their machineBut if you have a lot to do the machines are quicker than others and they have an on site care taker that keeps the place clean so it more pleasant than others.Plus side items include large tables for folding blankets and Big screen TVs with wifi

Literally my favorite laundromat (which is actually saying something, I’ve been to quite a few lately)— perfect compromise of being accessible to people who want to pay with card and people who prefer paying with cash for laundry. I love their special pet settings, and doing laundry here is always crazy fast. I also really appreciate their dedication to cleanliness and covid protocol, like, it’s spotless in there. Plus, there’s free WiFi, so it kind of fills that coffee shop-shaped hole in my heart (thanks, pandemic) by virtue of me being able to get some work done on my laptop in a chill environment while my laundry runs. The Laundry Room really went and made going to the laundromat enjoyable, huh

Holy cow, what a great laundromat. Impeccably clean. Very helpful employees. every single machine was in service. And theyre the latest high end machines that give you lots of options like adding an extra rinse, and the machine texts you when done! I could relax in my car and not worry about keeping track of the machines.

Incredibly clean, modern machines that clean clothes very well. The staff was outstanding and very helpful as it was my first time here. They walked me through the machine settings, and the process with the payment cards. It was a very streamlined experience, and I will recommend this to anyone who is in need of laundry services in the future!

This was my first time in a laundromat in over 20 years, due to a broken dryer. My son and I figured things out and got our loads going relatively quickly.I was then harassed repeatedly by the power-tripping child attendant. Board said Niki.This may have been due to the fact that I pointed out (kindly) that there was a washer with standing water in the dispenser. It took two tries to clear it out. We were the first self-serve customers there right at 7am, so that was something attendants missed. I would not have bothered to complain online about this; mistakes happen. However, afterwards, the attendant harassed me multiple times where the issue was unclear. When I would explain myself, he would say I know. When I asked for clarification, he said there wasnt a problem. He thought it was appropriate to point out to me that there was a camera. Another possibility is profiling, as I am vaguely an uncommon sort of ethnic and he was very much not. I am a professional (engineer) and was outside in my car when not working very hard on my laundry, which I care about much more than the way the attendant was handling the wash and fold. This treatment was outrageously disrespectful and unacceptable.See below owner response, defending harassment for watching and taking proper care of my clothes and using the restroom, always masked and minding social distancing. Again, no clarity on what I may have done that was actually wrong- because there is nothing.Also, I am now having allergy headaches from odors on my laundry: artificial scents that I do not use, cigarette smoke (non-smoker), and exhaust fumes. All signs of poor cleanliness and ventilation.We are sorry you feel that way is not an apology; more like gas lighting. Experience was what I would expect from a sad business in a sad strip mall.

An A+ laundry facility.The Laundry Room Westside is the best self service laundry I have ever used. As soon as I entered, Nikki came over and showed me how to use the machines, and get the most cleaning for my dollar. She also showed me how to load the Laundry card for payment at each machine...absolutely brilliant! No more bags of coins. The machines were spotless, as was the floor and folding tables. Her laundry room business is cleaner than most hospitals!By the way, during COVID Nikki takes universal precautions to keep you safe.I dont like doing laundry, but the laundry room westside and Nikki made it a great experience! Highly recommended.

This place is, hands down, the best I have been to... the facility and machines are perfect, the system and process is seamless and easy, and the staff is wonderful... such a great place...

This is a hard working family business and they deserve the business. The premises are always well takin care of as well as there is always a staff member on duty. Everything is clean and I’ve seen each staff member help customers graciously. Very efficient machines. I go every other week. The modern refillable card payment makes it so easy. The washers seem expensive but wait until you see how light on your wallet it is to dry. Super wonderful spot

Best I have used in a long time. Machines are great and attendant was really helpful. They have the really big washers and dryers for doing blankets. Got everything done in an hour. Went in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day and only one other person was doing laundry. Of all the other laundromats in the area I highly recommend this one.

There is always plenty of washers and dryers. I never have to wait. I like using the laundry card instead of coins. Its always clean. The staff is kind and helpful.

Brand new business. Everything is clean and shiny. All the machines are computer operated too. If this is your cup of tea youll love it here. Me, not so much. I dont like computers because of all the data that has be imputed and what people do with your data without your permission. Therefore I say caveat emptor.

Best laundromat in the area. Machines are high capacity and in good working order. There is always an attendant onsite during business hours. There is a dedicated machine for pet bedding. No quarters needed but you will need to load a card. Discount for loading $20 cash. Dryers are very inexpensive and quick drying. Folding tables are very large and there is plenty of seating available while you wait as well as stools available at the folding tables. Several large screen TVs. Just ask the attendant if you want the TV switched to something specific. Theres also a kids corner with books and seating.

Helpful staff and equipment works. You get in get out and its clean. Again, staff is actually friendly and willing to help. The technology is convenient.

I was blown away when I walked into this laundromat for the first time. I expected new washers and dryers but the decor was awesome. They have wifi also. It is a card system so forget the quarters you wont need them. Bonus for every $20 you load onto your card you get $2 more addled for free.

Very few people enjoy doing laundry, especially if you have to go visit a laundry mat. The new Laundry Room in Hillsboro is a VERY clean and efficient place to accomplish this necessary chore. Wahers & dryers are state of the art equipment. No heavy change required. You receive a card, like a bank card & load it up, add monies at their easy to use kiosk. Washers & dryers are available in many load sizes and all use the card to operate. It keeps track of your account and is even used to access the rest rooms. The personel there are very helpful and really nice. Prices are reasonable.

Perhaps I did too big of a load, but I had quite a hard time with the dryers and getting my clothes dry. I had to take home wet clothes because they closed minutes later. I will try again with a smaller load and see how that goes. It seems a little expensive as well.

I knew this gem would get busy fast!!! When I drove up yesterday, a sunny Sunday, it was so packed I was like oh boy here we go! But I got inside and even though it was packed with people I immediately got 3 machines, did not have to wait to dry, and didnt feel crowded for a second!!! I couldnt believe what a relief it is to be able to go any time and busy or slow you find clean open machines, friendly faces behind the counter, and I love their reloadable card system! No more bags of quarters or multiple card charges. Just reload and go. This place is so clean which is paramount for me. They have specific machines for animal bedding so you dont have to worry about that. If someone breaks the rule just use the free 2 minute sanitize cycle before you load!Also, this year is my first year in a studio with no washer and dryer and I made the rounds near Orenco out into Hillsboro and Beaverton only to be disenchanted by otherwise wonderful places that have ancient dryers that take an hour to dry, or a space so cramped you get to know the other strangers reallly well, or dirty washers from nasty pet bedding or who knows what. This is the most well rounded and superior laundromat. And their dryers are so much faster!!! No more damp laundry going home!The owners are so kind and they taught me how much these amazing workhorse machines can actually hold. I also really appreciate that their laundry supplies are not exorbitantly priced. Yes they have a reasonable markup, but it is reasonable. So when I accidentally left my detergent and things at home it didnt break the bank to buy a full size detergent, bleach, and softener! And the wool balls really work. I washed my 2 favorite *dry clean only down jackets on a comforter cycle, and then used the wool balls with 2 low heat dry cycles and they came out just as amazing as a $30 dry clean each! That saved me $60! (*not saying wash any dry clean only item here, just my experience with my Eddie Bauer Down Jackets :)Best laundromat on the Westside! Or any side really! 🥰💝👍🌞
