This summer I secured an office here as an experiment. Its been great and I am considering extending my stay here based on the experience.The whole space is very new and has been well maintained. I appreciate being able to work in my office or in the co-working space depending on the task at hand. The amenities are always well stocked and the space is intimate enough that I dont feel lost in a see of other tenants.Chelsea, the office manager has been very responsive and helpful throughout my time here and keeps the place running very well.

Let me just start off by saying that Chelsea was amazing. I came in to tour the facilities for an upcoming photo shoot and Chelsea was incredibly helpful and understand from step one. I could tell from how she was received by the other guests using the break area how loved she was by the clientele. The facilities are well maintained, as it is quite a new building it has just about anything that you could need but the thing that makes you choose this location has to be the welcoming staff.

Office Evolution has been everything I have hoped for in an office space. From day one the office manager, Chelsea, has gone above and beyond making sure everyone has what they need to be successful. Great atmosphere. On the first Monday of every month there is a meet-and-greet with pastries and goodies that allows the tenets to meet each other and mingle. This place makes coming into the office enjoyable!

Been working in these spaces since mid spring and they are NICE! Comfortable, clean, modern... all that one can ask of a work space. I love this place! Office Evolution provides a hip, professional environment where I can focus on work and not worry about minutiae or upkeep of a brick and mortar location. I worked with Chelsea to secure space for our teams (local and from Vancouver) to meet together vs Skype. Since neither location has a meeting room, it was nice to have comfortable surroundings and extras like beverages, etc. Chelsea was easy to work with, selected the right room for us and made us all feel welcome as if she were OUR employee. Excellent customer service - and affordable too!

With both of us working remotely from home, having the office to go to when needed has really been a game changer for our family. Office Evolution is THE BEST place for meetings. Our networking group needed a clean and safe place to meet. We were able to do a hybrid video and in person Covid compliant meeting. The rooms are bright and airy. Theres coffee, tea and other refreshments available for purchase . And plenty of parking. I cant say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed.

I have worked from my home office for over 4 years. Once I had two kids in elementary school distance learning from home and my partner now working from home as well, I started looking at how we could accommodate all of the different uses and needs our home needed to fill and ultimately decided I needed something out of the house. I looked at adding an office, I looked at a custom ADU in the back yard, I toured every co-working space in and around Portland and ultimately landed at Office Evolution and I am so happy I did. The facilities are clean, simple and functional. The staff is responsive and supportive. There is fresh coffee, FAST internet and plenty of parking. I feel super grateful to the Office Evolution team for working with me to find a space and program that worked for my needs.

I am a software engineer and recent graduate student who has been working remotely full time. My office setup at home isnt ideal in terms of ergonomics and distractions, so I was looking for a more professional workspace. Additionally, I felt emotionally drained going from my bed to desk in my PJs and rarely leaving my home due to Covid. Usually, Id go study/work in a library or inside a coffee shop (where there are outlets), but these places are currently closed. This place is a great change of environment and an awesome and affordable resource for professionals and students. I highly recommend it! Its helped me feel more focused/ productive and mentally I feel happier having a place to get dressed and go to.About the space:They are located on the third floor of a new corporate building, the space is clean, quiet, and beautifully designed. The space is not too large so you dont have to worry about it being crowded/busy or noisy, and social distancing is also in place. They have a nice kitchen area with a variety of healthy and sugary snacks for purchase (at reasonable prices) and coffee and tea is included with membership. The lounge spaces have desks with dividers, some taller tables by the windows, and some larger booth type chairs as well. Theres a small telephone room too with a little desk and chair if you need to take a phone call while working from the lounge. The place has 24/7 fob access, or you can opt for a plan based on hours. They are very flexible with their plans. I personally signed up for a month-to-month and the process was really easy, fast, and the cost was totally reasonable. There are also personal offices, shared offices, meeting rooms, and conference/ presentation rooms available.About the staff:Chelsea, the office manager, is very kind, professional, and sweet. Shes easy to talk to and provided great customer service in answering my questions and getting me situated with the place. The owners John and Jennifer were also extremely kind and helpful. This is a great little business run by really nice people that are super easy to interact with. I felt very welcomed here.Whether youre a student who needs a quiet place to study, a small business owner who needs their own office space away from distractions at home, or any other professional who is looking for a quiet and clean workspace without a lot of setup or commitment, I highly recommend this place!
