These temporary agencies have all the good jobs in their back pocket so you cant go to these companies and try to get a good job you have to go through a temp agency which charges you per hour for the amount of time that youre out there on the in the field working it just doesnt seem very fair I dont think that temporary work is good for Oregon cuz it chops your resume all up.

I dont care for this place. They first tried sending me to jobs that didnt match my job description or pay rate. Secondly I accepted a half way decent position that still didnt pay well, I heard of another company that was hiring so I inquired about the better position & was was denied because I was already placed at another company so that left me no room for growth. Just recently I had transportation problems & was unable to make it to work. I was told that since I didnt give a two day notice, that I will be unable to use express in the future. I dont really care since Im a student & will soon make plenty of money doing what I want but the point is, these people pick & choose who they give the good positions to & its not based on ur resume or application. Bottom line is, this place is a waist of time. If u want to make minimum money at a job that doesnt fit your personality then this place is PERFECT for you. If you want to make enough money to survive and keep bills paid. Go to school and apply directly at the company. These people will NOT back you up. I previously missed 1 day of work in almost 3 months because my starter in my truck died & these people must have called me 4 times to ask if I would be going to work the day. Never asked or showed the slightest concern of my situation. Be smart now and walk away from Express!
