My son, now 16, has been going to Dr. Pham for his teeth for over a decade. Dr. Pham and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. During the pandemic, they handled patients and families with extreme care, making sure that we were well-informed about and carefully following safety precautions. Since my son is a teenager, they gave us the option of having him only come into the office while I waited in the car with the hygienist or dentist coming out to the car to discuss any concerns or to touchbase. I loved that! We are trying to help our son learn to advocate for himself and he is now comfortable interacting with staff/doctor to made sure his needs are met. Also, when he was younger, Dr. Pham made sure that he was getting sealants on his teeth. When he did have a cavity, Dr. Pham made sure that it was not pain-free to fix but also provided special glasses and headphones for him to watch a movie while filling was being done. My biggest worry now? Finding such an awesome dentist for adults!

The personnel at the front desk are helpful and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. The issue is having six or more kids scheduled for dental procedures under general anesthesia on the same day with the same dentist. This results on having the succeeding kids wait for more than an hour or longer past their scheduled appointment. As pre-op, these kids have not had any food intake nor water for hours, then have to wait even longer. In addition to this, the dentist, which is Dr. Hai Pham, seems to be stressed and overworked.If this dental office is having too many dental procedures done each week under general anesthesia, is there a problem with its dentists putting kids at ease with less invasive procedure?

Worse office ever. I gave them a second chance and they failed. DR. PHAM is great by all means. But his staff are horrible.

Ive been taking my kids here for years. Outstanding service and all staff from front office to back office including providers are always so sweet and provide excellent service! Highly recommended.

My son got 2 teeth pulled yesterday at Dr Phams office. She was so kind, gentle and understanding of my sons nervousness. It was an overall great experience and Im so glad because Im pretty sure he will need more teeth removed per his orthodontist. He was very proud of his teeth in the little tooth box the Dr gave him and proudly did a show n tell at school this morning. :-)

Cant say how great they are with kids that have special needs! So compassionate and kind, every one of them. Dr. Pham has always been great and their office is setup very child friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist especially if they have a special needs child.

My daughter had her first dentist appointment and it was a wonderful experience! From the very friendly front desk to the hygentist that put my daughter 100% at ease to Dr. Pham who was very informative and great with my daughter. Dr. Pham was wonderful. My son had to have dental work done under anesthesia and Dr. Pham was very reassuring, kind, patient and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him and his practice.

This was my 2 year olds first visit. The dentist and the dental hygienist were fantastic with my son. When he started to get a little apprehensive about things they did not push it. My son was very excited to pick out some treasures after his appointment!

Dr. Pham is amazing! My wife grew up fearing the dentist so it was very important to us that we find someone who could help our girls be comfortable with going to the dentist. Dr. Pham did much more than that, they love going to the dentist and actually look forward to it. They even remind us that they need to brush their teeth so they can stay in the no cavity club. Hi 5 Dentistry is an AMAZING office. Both of my children LOVE going to the dentist. Dr. Pham knows how to speak kid language to the children, while explaining to adults as well. The office staff is positive, and upbeat. While we never wait too long to get in, the reception area is totally child focused! I have recommended Dr. Pham to several friends who feel the same way!

It is a wonderful office for children. It is clean, bright, and friendly nurses. Also, there are some toys offered to patients before leaving. Dr Pham, a Vietnamese dentist, he is fun, nice. My daughter like him much.

I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Pham at Hi 5 Dentistry for over two years now. Every time we go the kids are so excited to be there! They act like we are going to Disneyland.My daughter who is 4 now used to be so scarred to go to the dentist. That all changed after seeing Dr. Pham a few times. He used amazing patience with her and on her 3rd cleaning she actually jumped up into the chair on her own!I recommend Hi 5 to everyone! Even if you think there is no way your kid will let anyone touch his or her teeth. You will soon be amazed!

So far I have had a wonderful experience with Hi Five orthodontics. My teeth have never looked better! My only complaint is that one time they didnt seal one of my brackets on properly, and by the time I got home it had fallen off. I hadnt even been eating anything at the time. I live in Chewelah so I had to drive all the way back up to Spokane the next day (which was a bit annoying since I live and hour away). But all in all things came together alright.

My son had a very traumatizing experience at another dentist office at the age of 3, after this experience he refused to go back to any dentist. But I was referred to Hi 5 Dental and after taking my son there for the first time, his experience was so pleasing that ha has never complaint about going to the dentist anymore. He is now 8 years old and loves Dr. Jeanette.

Our family loves High Five Dental and Dr. Pham! My Daughter Emma had extensive dental work done by Dr. Pham. He was so kind and his staff is always helpful and pleasant. Our family highly recommends this office if you are in need of a pediatric dentist.

We got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Pham today for the first time. My son is almost 3 and we decided to go in for his first dental check-up. Everyone at the office was pleasant and Dr. Pham made it a point to let us know that he is here for us regardless of the time. My son was nervous at first to have people working in his mouth, but Dr. Pham was patient and put my son at ease. After we were done, and we were on our way home, my son said to me mom, thats good dentist. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Recently, my two year old son crashed his tricycle (I suppose I should take some responsibility for that) and cracked his front tooth. He took it really well, but I could tell right away that it was a bad crack. I sent pictures to an out-of-town dentist I trust and she confirmed that my son would very likely lose the tooth. It was the weekend and we reached out to pretty much all the pediatric dentistry places in town. I just have to say: Im so glad we ended up seeing Dr. Pham. The crack was widening, exposing nerve, and a sharp point was starting to bother my sons tongue. No one said it, but I suspect that Dr. Pham opened up the office early just to get us in for the necessary extraction. When we walked in, I honestly felt like the entire office existed only to make our family comfortable. There is nothing quite like handing off your little one to someone else who is going to knock him out and operate on him (or her) but within minutes of arriving I was completely comfortable. They are just a great staff. Our son was back with us and in the recovery room long before any thoughts of panic could have started and looking back on it, Im sure the whole thing could not have gone any better---under the circumstances. Dr. Pham and his staff were so wonderful and I felt I owed them this review. All the dentists we looked at had wonderful looking websites and Im sure they are all good, but if youre not sure where to take your little one, let this review be the tie breaker.

My child has been to see both Dr. Pham and Dr. Janette. Both are AMAZING! However my daughter needed some dental work done and she was not allowing the Drs to do their job. Shes seven. They told us she would have to be sedated. This to me is a scary for any parent. After dreading the day it finally came. The front staff and Dr. Janette with awesome. So I am not sure if this woman I am about to complain about is part of the High Five Dental Business or part of the Anesthesiologist. But After the procedure which wasnt more than 45 mins we were allowed to come back to our child. Seeing your child still sedated and unresponsive and then slowly trying to wake up is nerve racking. My child tossed and turned moaned and groaned with her eyes rolled back. All of which is normal. However, the staff who was in the recovery with us basically after only 20 minutes of my child try to wake up fully had suggested we were okie to go. I had my mother with me as well and she suggested to the lady that we wait until she is more awake. My child still would open her eye big for a few seconds and you could tell she just was not there still at all. She started to cry which again is normal. It the fact this woman wanted to just get rid of use really made me angry. She really had no concern for our daughter or the amount of time it could take for her to come out of it a little more. I understand my daughter would not be able to recover there until she felt fully fine. But to my feeling pressured to leave we wheeled her out in a wheel chair to the car. Now mind you my daughter still could not open her eyes and focus for more than three seconds. So we waited in the car for 20 more minutes just until till she was a bit more alert. Btw who do I see taking off to go to lunch??? The Woman Staff Member who was trying to push us out. Looked like she wanted to go to lunch and we were holding her up. Again these doctors and staff are amazing. This lady should just wasnt professional

I have been bringing my son here for 4 years. As of September 2016, I will no longer be bringing my son to this dentist. Dr Intrachat wanted to drill and crown on of my sons baby teeth. I am glad I went with my intiution and got a second opinion. The anger I feel at this dentist not being proactive and providing alternative care is justified. She preys on the fear of parents and makes you feel inadequate. There are alternative measures that can be taking without going straight for the drilling of childrens teeth. If the dentist would have checked the acidity of his mouth, she would have known it was high. She could have recommended toothpaste and mouthwash to decrease the acidity and avoid all unnecessary expenses of drilling and crowning a tooth. Shame on Dr. Intrachat for seeing dollars over the well being of a child! I will never reccommend anyone to go to Hi5 Dental again! Beware for you Childrens health and do research to provide them better care!

My kids have been with Dr. Pham since he started at the Aloha office. We all love him and his entire staff.

Dr. Pham does a great job making kids feel safe and comfortable and really takes the time to explain things to parents. Our experience has been extremely positive at Hi 5 Dental!

After searching and trying many pediatric dentists out we finally found the perfect dentist. Dr. Pham is so absolutely wonderful with children. His staff is amazing. I could not say enough good things about them and would highly reccomend Dr. Pham to anyone. My son who is very shy and skeptical of dentists absolutely loves going to the dentist and feels safe and cared for. This is an amazing place!

My son has loved to visit Dr Pham since he was 3 years old. He really enjoys the positive attention that he recieves. Everyone at Hi 5 dentistry really know how to speak to children and provide a calm reassuring environment. They do not push the children beyond what they can handle.We drive 1.5 hours to see Dr Pham and they have been able to accommodate us if we need to have a procedure done so we do not have to return for another appointment.My son is old enough to see my local family dentist now but we will continue to go to Hi 5 Dentistry for all of his care.

My 2 year old son was referred to Dr. Pham for a dental procedure and all I can say is Thank you. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations, the environment at the office is just what kids need to calm their little nerves. Dr. Pham and the staff were great, their main focus was on our son and making him feel comfortable. They are also great to the parents - calming nerves and letting you know what is going on with your child, step by step, very knowledgeable about the questions we had. We drove all the way from Salem and would recommend Dr. Pham to any of our close friends, family and co-workers to take their kids to Dr. Pham.

My kids LOVE Dr. Pham!! We have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Pham and his office! They go above and beyond! My 5yo son just lost his first tooth and the very first thing he said is, Take a picture, I have to show and tell Dr. Pham!

I took my 2 year old daughter to Dr. Pham for her very first visit to the dentist. At first, my kiddo was mesmerized by the kids kitchen and the movie playing in the lobby (there were WII games too but she is too young to play those). After we got into the exam area, it was as if we entered the kids wonderland of dentistry!!!! Toys and balloons were everywhere. The staff all had smiles on their faces. And, my daughter had her own little bag full of goodies awaiting her. Since it was her first time, my kiddo was a little apprehensive when the hygienist attempted to clean her teeth, but when Dr. Pham came in, he was able to handle my little one in a way that she didnt even know what was happening. All I have to say is, TAKE YOUR KIDS TO DR. PHAM!!!!!
