I would rate these guys a zero if I could. They are not a reputable organization and are not organized. I ordered a plane from them through Amazon. It came broken. They told me they would get me a new plane. Three weeks later it was still on back order. After a month I asked for a refund. They assured me they would send me a shipping label. A week later it still hadnt arrived. I had to call again and ask for the shipping label...on hold...waiting...assurances that they will email me immediately. At this point, they have my money, I have a broken plane and Ive probably put in sufficient time that I am now deeply in the hole. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

These crooks sell on Amazon but fail at customer service. They provide misleading ads then try to keep customer payments instead of issuing full and complete refunds when products are returned. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Where are the negative number stars?? These guys didnt waist any time taking my money .... but a month and a half later Im still waiting. Nuff said!!!!
