I have worked with Rhonda and her team for several years, they are great people and easy to work with. When you can choose to work with someone, its nice to work with thoughtful, caring people.
The staff at Staff Finders are second to none. I have used many recruiting firms throughout my career, and Staff Finders is by far the most attentive, responsive and appreciative of the work I do for them. My recruiter, from the initial contact, has been so friendly and helpful and always gets the answers to whatever question I have had. He has even updated me when he didnt have updates just to keep me in the loop. He is always proactive in securing contract extensions for me and getting feedback from the client and sharing the feedback with me. The President/Owner of Staff Finders has also reached out to me on several occasions which makes me feel more a part of their organization. I am so impressed with Staff Finders, and am looking forward to a very long relationship with them! Thanks again!
Ive worked for Staff Finders several times over the years, and recently they have exceeded my expectations in sourcing jobs for not only me, but several friends of mine. They are always cordial on the phone and attentive to my questions. I am especially impressed by some of the new staff they have working in the office. I enjoy working with Staff Finders because they are smaller company than some of the others in town, but in my experience that has resulted in a higher level of customer service and better job offers. Also, their new office is great!I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a job in the Portland metro area. They are also placing people in other states, but I simply prefer to work in Oregon.
I liked Staff Finders. Soon after applying online I was told to come into the Office and was filling out paper work and given a job that same day. I started the following week. They were very nice and always called if something came up that I had to be aware of. Only issue I had was on my first day I was told to come in at 6am but training didnt even start until 9am. So I had 3 unpaid hours of me waiting around.
Edit 7/12/16: I had a conversation with the owner of the business. She was very cordial in our talk and her apology seemed quite sincere. Im sure she has taken action to make sure that this sort of thing never happens again. I will not take down my original comment, but I will say that if I ever needed a job, I could see myself giving them another chance and employing their services. :)It was by far the worst interview experience Ive ever had, which is surprising considering theyre a recruitment firm. I got in there with a couple of minutes to spare to fill out paperwork. Later, in walks a lady, and I find out the time slot had be double booked. So instead of speaking to the person whom I was scheduled with, I was handed off to some other staff. Strike number one.The male staff who I was handed off to was hugely disrespectful. Instead of talking about the job or me, we started off by talking about his other Asian friends. He then goes on to talk about a Vietnamese fellow who had previously been employed. Strike number two. Finally, he takes a glace at my resume. Immediately, the criticism begins. He thinks because I graduated from a certain school, I should somehow have KSAs in everything he deems useful. Because I didnt list certain programs/software on there, he automatically assumes I dont know. Yes, so for this position, I probably should have listed them out on my resume, but thats in essence what the interview is for--to find out about me and my qualifications. Also, because my college has a bit of prestige to it, he demanded for proof of certification! Worse yet, because of my Asian descent, he assumes that Im automatically into video games. He said something along the lines of, someone whos into video games should have good knowledge of using database software. At this point, there are so many strikes that Ive stopped counting.Look, maybe Im not the perfect candidate, but Ive never been so insulted in my life. Youre the ones who invited me to the interview, so if Im such a bad candidate, then you guys did a crappy job of sourcing then. This was a huge waste of time for both you and me.
Absolutely fantastic people. Excellent job placement. I love working through them.
They treated me well and when life came up they were very accomodating.
Not only did I have to walk these people through their job, but after a week I still have no time cards. This is the saddest group of people ever. If you can avoid it, dont use them. Every staffing agency gets the same work orders. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Great people to work with:)
You post a job saying people in beaverton can only apply so bias and i think fringing on discrimination of right to work
Set criteria for my search and never heard from them again.
