13yr old car came out looking great. Reasonably priced, no nickel and diming for additional work like polishing headlamp casing, detail-oriented, polite and flexible with drop-off/pickups. Definitely recommend.

Our son purchased his first car a 2002 Subaru Outback. It had been stored outside by the previous owners for a few months, so it needed some TLC. We took it over to Mike after speaking on the phone about our concerns with the interior with mold and smell (the previous owners had a pet) he put our minds at ease that he could take care of it all. We took the car over which was very easy and spoke to him in person and he went through the car and talked us through the steps he would do. He also found a mouse nest and assured us he would sanitize and remove the nest for us. The next day when we picked up the car it was amazing inside and out. We couldnt believe it was the same car. The outside glistened like show room quality. The inside smelled amazing and he reassured us that all the mold had been removed and killed with the chemicals he uses. I also have to add that the car smelled citrus not harsh chemicals I was very impressed. The dash looked brand new and all the nooks and crannies were spotless his attention to detail is amazing ! He also did a rinse on the backside of the engine, because he knew we had a transmission fluid leak that had been repaired, but left some residual fluid on the engine. He did this out of the kindness of his heart and did not charge us. His prices are very reasonable for his time and quality of work inside and outside of the vehicle, the total was 250.00 well worth every penny ! My husband and I were very impressed by the quality of work he does and by the kindness and time he takes for each customer. We would highly recommend him for any car detailing work ! Wow! Really awesome! He passionately does a great detailing job and the car comes out new again as others have commented. This probably includes everything that a detailing can do and fix, at a very affordable price. I had both my van and car detailed at his place, and I would say its probably one of the best things I did to my car. Highly recommend this place!!

Mike did a great job; the car looks new. I highly recommend his business. It was hassle-free, easy communication, flexible scheduling and high-quality work. He even dropped me off at work after I brought my car to him in the morning and offered to pick me up at the end of the day. I havent yet had my vehicle detailed here, but I did interact with Mike by scheduling an appointment, only to cancel a week later because I traded in my vehicle earlier than anticipated. Mike was very friendly and professional, and very willing to make accommodations for my work schedule in regards to the drop-off/pickup of my vehicle. He returned my calls promptly, and was respectful of my time. I will definitely come back in the future.

Wonderful place to get an auto detail. I have a restored 1972 K5 blazer. Im very hesitant on letting anyone touch. But when it comes to new again auto detail I have nothing but trust. Im so excited to have my car back all shiny and clean!!! TERRIBLE customer service!! Sure he has a few 5-star reviews for getting cars clean…but beware Mike’s willingness to do what’s right for a customer can quickly turn sour. Mike makes big claims on his website about “Licensed and Insured”, “Expert Service Awards”, and “Ready to earn your trust”, I received NONE of these benefits from him after he damaged my car during his cleaning process. If you do take your car to this guy, be sure to ask Mike exactly what his “insurance” covers should he cause any damage to your vehicle, what dollar amount he is able to cover out-of-pocket, AND how he’ll work with you if any problem does arise. BEWARE! He’ll pressure you to go to one of his “Trusted Partners” he’s in cahoots with so unless you’re ok with that and don’t want to use your own trusted mechanic or a neutral 3rd party mechanic you’re more comfortable with, then you will be in for a giant headache from this guy.Do yourself a favor and go to an actual auto detail shop like Autobella, Gallagher, or West Side Detail; I spoke with all of them about my situation and they all said they would never put a customer through the headache I went through with Mike. They all carry legitimate, readily available insurance, and enough cash reserve to have just kindly paid for the repair without issue or further inconvenience to their customer.In my experience, this guy has the worst customer service and does a haphazard job cleaning cars, AVOID the grown man running a car wash out of his home driveway for a living.

Mike is great to work with, the price he says it will be is what it is. He pays attention to the details and is all about customer service, repeat business and referrals.
