We ordered a custom sized door to our basement. The first door was an inch to tall. They re-measure... Months later we get a second door, its an inch away from latching. Someone comes out to re-measure... Wks go by, no call...we call to find out whats happening. Is the door almost ready?...no we havent ordered it. Basically they just gave up... we decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. In total they wasted six months time., and couldnt finish the job.Im still confused what the problem was because we had a door that fit(w a cat door in it), and just wanted to replace it w a plain door...They couldve just measured the old door, and cutting other than 90 degree angles is impossible.
