This place has rude, unprofessional staff. They will charge your card for a membership that you opted out of auto renewal. I am shocked that it has the reviews it does. If you have a problem and want to speak to the manager plan on being on the phone for hours or talking to different people that cant help you. Used to be a fan, but its a joke now.

The pharmacy here has a very helpful staff. If you are Plus Members with Sams Club you can enjoy additional savings on certain pharmaceuticals in the pharmacy. It is worth talking to the pharmacist to find out.This Club is usually well stocked and clean as well.

I love this branch of Sams club. Well organized and product variety is better than the branch on Sawmill. I usually go to buy our groceries and living supplies.

As Sams Clubs go, this is one of the nicer ones.The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, as are the merchandise aisles inside.The store was clean, well-lit and adequately stocked.

This Sam’s club is so organized and well managed I feel so welcomed every-time I come here. They also have a Chef Shammy garlic butter there that is so amazing my kids absolutely love it I use it on almost everything. Check it out if you love cooking

This place isnt that bad, but Im taking two stars off for two annoying things. First lets start with the good:The tire department is the best. They do get really busy, and wait times can be quite a while, but they do great work.The floor staff is helpful and knows were things are if you cant find them. This is a great help if you dont come here all the time.The store is generally well stocked. If a product isnt on the floor, theyre probably completely out of it.Cons:They insist on checking your membership card on entering. This is the the most annoying and ignorant thing in the world. If they asked if you had a membership, that would be fine, because the customer would then know they need a membership in order to check out. Instead, they have to see your card (which might be expired, they dont check that), then when you check out they need the card again, then someone needs to check your cart before you leave. So why check the card when I come in the store? Especially when I cant buy anything without a card and you even pay someone to make sure no one is stealing anything. Dont have a card and still want in? No problem, tell them your thinking of getting a membership and want to look around first. This is why this whole exercise is pointless. Stop checking cards. Start greeting people and asking if they have a membership. No one wants to dig through their wallet while trying to start their shopping.Second annoying thing: Why do you have the equivalent of used car sales men trying to sell your customers cable and internet. Every time I go here I get ambushed by, Who do you use for internet? Thats none of your business. Why dont you put up a sign saying what your current offerings are and Ill determine if its better than what I have. I dont need to be approached by a sales person who doesnt even work here to sell me a completely unrelated product than what I come here for.

Always clean, friendly, & effecient!Its been so long since Ive been there, & I understand in the post covid environment were in, wont allow for the nostalgic sample booths, but I feel like they were replaced by individual sales people, holding an Ipad, waiting for us to walk by and ask something like, Hi, are you currently using AEP?I always respond, in a friendly manner, with a smile like, Thanks, but I already have one.This phrase works with everything, try it out! Lol

I went to this Sams Club looking for a specific shelving unit that wasnt available at the club nearest me. When I discovered the unit wasnt on the sales floor I asked an employee (Anthony) if they had any since the website said they did.Anthony and his co-worker Steve discovered theyd just received the shipment in the day before I arrived but they hadnt been moved to the sales area yet and were buried under other items. Anthony and Steve proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes or so digging out the pallet these units were on just so I could buy one that day.I am very grateful they took their time to help me; many people would just say we dont have them and take the easy way out. 5 well-earned stars thanks to Anthony and Steves excellent customer service!

Everything is organized and clean, with plenty of areas to get masks and hand sanitizer for use in the store. Using the app to scan and checkout is a breeze and is honestly how I will shop there from now on.

I didnt have a good experience. I had called previously before driving all the way out there about an extended warranty I purchased there on my item, I explained in great detail what the situation was. When I got there I was told something completely different and that they do not handle extended warranties in store and I needed to call Square Trade directly. They just have poor communications and wasted my time and gas. I just dont recommend buying an extended warranty from them if they will not honor it there.

Gas was 30 cents lower than other stations.

New process to pick-up item ordered online. Not clearly communicated. Convenient but first time may take longer. They moved the pick-up to reserved spots in parking lot where they bring items to your car, which are are marked but only visible when you drive past them south of the store enterence. Have to use Sams Club app to pick-up now. Sams club has good prices and this store is pretty good at having the shelves stocked. Not all items are available for home shipping on website and have to be picked up. They are trying to offer more services and in store pick-up is still a work in progress.

I went to the Hilliard Rome road Sams club as I was approaching the entrance to the building there was this family with a puppy maybe 2 months old and a older dog that was chained with a car chain walking into the building. By all means I have no problem with service animals 🦮 but they do not ride in the 🛒. This was brought to the manager on duties attention Shand about the dog being in a food cart. I asked Since when are 🐕‍🦺 kept on a car chain and rides in a shopping cart. His response was “I can’t ask him anything about his animal. And walked away. I called the GM to express my dissatisfaction with this incident and how the manager handled the problem and the GM was very nonchalant and said we can’t ask the anything. So my response was but you can ask for shirt, shoes, membership purchase limits for a membership that I pay a $100 for to shop here? The GM said that is different and I’m finished talking call 1800 Walmart and hung up

When at self checkout I had to wait for assistance for a long while.... eventually even had to wave some of the employees down but overall is a good place to shop at

I do online pickup. Pull up, check in online. That simple. They bring your order out in 5 to 10 minutes.

Do not order for pick/pull!! Bought and paid for a new TV and was given one that was used in a new box. Clearly previously used once opened the box!!

I always love shopping at Sams! Great prices, friendly and helpful staff, the pizza is delicious and cheap ($8.99 for any kind if youre buying the large... Totally worth it!!), frequently stocked, buy in bulk while getting great deals. Its my go-to for grocery shopping.

As someone who LOVES Sam’s food court, I was super upset to be turned away at the door for not having a membership card. In the past several years, I’ve not had to have a membership card to simply grab a pretzel and yogurt. The lady at the door was persistent and rude. I’ll continue to grab my snacks elsewhere. Even a google search says I do not need a card to use the food court, pharmacy or optometrist.

Sams club is great. You can get everything you need, in bulk for a month or more. They have k-cups for your Keurig like the Dunkin Doughnuts brand. I got a 72 count box for $32.99. Compared to Giant Eagle where they only have a 32 count for $24.99. Plus the clothes are great and the summer clothes are on clearance. If you dont have a card thats ok. You can now buy one day passes instead of buying a pass for the year, which is almost $60. If you dont go very often the best bet is the one day pass. They only charge you %10 of your total amount.

Scan and Go is the best thing since sliced bread, no waiting in line, except to get out the door.Clean club, well-stocked, except for pandemic hoarder items like Makers Mark toilet paper and paper towels and we cant blame Sams Club for panicked jerks, can we?

I have been to this place a few times and it was please me a lot all way get what I want and not too many people when you check out.

Not as crowded as I expected and was able to find some great Christmas deals!

We are seniors and Sams has early hours on Tuesday and Thursday. My only issue was they were still stocking the shelves. A couple of areas were empty for what we wanted.

Very upset with my experience at Sam’s Club yesterday been a member for 10 years my husband and I walk-in yes he’s black African-American and several other people walking in front of us and behind us and the only person they asked to show their card was my husband the lady was very rude and just respectful to him Not happy with this experience.

Picked up a bag of frozen biscuits and eye vitamins. It was a quick in and out. Not much traffic in the late morning.

Very busy, get the app and scan as you shop. Checkout is quick and easy.

Bet one I’ve been to not bad usually pretty clean and not to packed when I go. Just difficulties finding any associate when you need help at the electronics and stuff don’t get bothered to much with the att and spectrum guys are there.

The curbside pickup is a joke. I should have know by the way the signs were not aligned with parking spaces at all. Then after 30 minutes I tried to call. Waited 5 minutes of ringing before sometime told me they be right out. 10 later, called and hung up on twice. Thats when I realized I they were picking up and transferring back to themselves multiple times.After 45 minutes, they finally transfer me back to the lady in charge of curbside. Despite what customer service assured me, she knew nothing about my order.It was ONE ITEM... masks for my elderly parents.Thank God she needed a smoke break because thats what she did. Brought them out, pulled down her mask, and started smoking sitting next to the building.An hour of my time. For one item.Oh and the best part? Sams club doesnt have any customer service link or phone number on the order, so the only other way to let anyone know about this is.... Here.Or spend another hour of my life calling into their general customer service line.How far theyve fallen......

A warehouse bulk items store. Not everything is automatically a good deal, also remember the price of membership when figuring the annual savings. Now that the kids have moved out, my 2 member household doesnt need as much food items etc. Seems like Costco has a larger variety of items at about same prices.

I have been pretty pleased with Sams Club! We got our membership just prior to all the pandemic lockdowns. Once you are used to how they stock you can find things easily and they had stock of many things other places ran out of. The store also managed well with social distancing and orderly store function. It has definitely been worth the small membership fee. We will keep going back for a significant percentage of our groceries.

Quick in and out for what I needed. Always able to shop quickly during the week. Like many places, weekend is very different. Plenty of parking unlike other locations in the area.

Getting so tired of having to come in when there ready to have people work. Never a fork lift worker there to do paper towels and toilet tissue down.

They brought back the food samples ;).

Had everything I was looking for and was in and out. Cashier was very friendly, quick, and helpful.

Waiting outside in line in 90 degree heat is awful. The reason...theres onlyn2 check out lanes open most of the time. When I called the store I was told they were going to all self checkout. The manager was no help. Get more people on those registers. Some people do not like the self checkouts. Some of the elderly have a hard time using them.
