You had my taxes for 9 weeks and they didn’t get filed. You still cannot tell me if an appropriate extension was filed. Then continued to charge me full price for the preparation after I filed a formal complaint with H and R Block and the regional manager had to do my taxes, after the due date. I never spoke to my tax preparer. I called 6 times and never got a return call in the 9 weeks you had my taxes until a formal complaint was filed.

Over 30 plus days and still haven’t been contacted about my taxes. Called this location. Lady with last name Thomas was extremely rude and unprofessional. While asking a question she hung up on me. Only asked for a time frame of contacting back with information. Asked for my documents back and was refused. Will be contacting corporate and the IRS. Local authorities allowed a police report. It’s illegal to withhold an individual’s property. And especially when it involves private identification. Why am I not allowed to have my documents back when it’s been over 30 days since I requested for my taxes to be filed at this location. If your not capable of handling the job. Own up to that and let someone else do the job.

Ive used block advisors every year for the last ten or so. Its especially useful to have my filing process expedited with access to previous documents and personnel information. Otherwise the secure cloud organization and SMS reminders are useful in an increasingly web based work-day.

Michele is nice and typically gets back to me in a timely manner. My tax return is accurate and I get me refund quickly most years.

The service I recieved was excellent. The advisor was an expert in the tax process and completed the task in less than 90 minutes which would have taken me days. I normally file my own taxes with HR Block software but my new business taxes were not something I was willing to file without a professional.
