Thank you Emily for being the first person at any of the Spectrum stores, to have the patience to deal with my issue! It’s taken two months to finally get things resolved and I don’t think anyone else would have taken the time like she did! (At least everyone I’ve dealt with the last two months between multiple stores… has not) these 5 stars are for EMILY!!! Thank you!
Spectrum has the worst customer service. Every year at renewal I can count on my monthly bill going up $20 - $40. Why cant it just stay the same price? Then I have to call, spend an hour on the phone, talking to 3 different people, explaining each time why Im calling, verifying my identity each time, just for a simple request. Keep my bill the same. Then they say theres nothing they can do. Then I ask for discounts, then they get it back down to the original amount. Super annoying.
Very nice store. Went here to exchange a modem and router. I was greeted by a very nice customer service lady. We made the exchange and she explained exactly what I needed to do.......instructions and so forth. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.
Incredibly long wait to get helped. Everything I come to one of these stores it is woefully understaffed and wait times are ridiculous, just to do basic functions like pick up or drop off equipment. Or even pay a bill. Customers had to wait over an hour just to pay a bill.
I went to this location to return my router after cancelling my services because of a move out of state. i have never had a better experience! the staff was so incredibly friendly and personable. The way Ty was speaking to myself and other customers was exceptional. i walked into the facility expecting to have a hard time and was very pleasantly surprised!! THANK YOU!
Service seems to stay up better than most internet providers Ive had, but they raise rates without so much as an email, just start auto-charging your card the new price for no new features. Also constantly hassle you via email and phone for their cable and phone services, nobody wants that stuff.
At least they greeted their customers walking in saying it be 30 to 35 minutes or be with you as soon as we can. Was there for 30 minutes before I left cause the line never moved. Got a job to go to and did not realize this was an all day event here. The only reason they get 2 stars cause they greeted people
The lady that works there on 9/2/21 was very unprofessional and very rude. I will not go back to that store.

Left without being helped. Waited almost an hour to return equipment and there was still 3 people ahead of me. Only one persons working. Had appointments elsewhere so had to leave
Do NOT use this company all they do is rip you off after your “promotional period” is over. They Jack up your bill and when you call to ask for another promotion they have nothing for you. They take advantage of hard working people!! Even the BBB doesn’t help when they charge you for services not rendered, shameful that this is what the almighty dollar does to people!!
Closes early make sure you get here at least 15-30 minutes early if you need to get anything done here.

The guy at the store doesnt know what customer service means, he gave me the modem and didnt even tell me I had to call the new service dept to activate the service, so I had to spend an hour and half on the phone to figure this out, and after all that waiting, they had to send a technician. Im starting to rethink even going with spectrum at this point.
Worst company in history I have there phone and internet and both are horrendous. Rates change without any notification, the customer service tells u lies often when u need help they just make up excuses of why it’s not working and they won’t fix your equipment I strongly urge u to not use this company for anything!!!!
All of the other bad reviews for this place are true. They have horrible customer service. National Spectrum Mobile customer service is very helpful but never go to this location.

Im happy with my service and cost
Very slow service. CSRs are here literally doing nothing at all. Why arent they helping. I just needed to drop off equipment (because I canceled my service) and I have been waiting for a half hour so far with one person still ahead of me.
Not happy with the way tech came in set up in one room when I ask for three room and did not give us any information about wyfi 😡
