I always visit this UPS store for notary service and Jennifer does an excellent service for my notary, she is very professional and helped me out with documents. She is very experienced and knows if any documents are missing from the check list. I got an appointment before closing and I had to get these things done right away and she was so patient and helpful.

Jean is very professional in helping me in international shipping and Amazon return. She’s very nice and sweet. Very good experience

Jenns awesome Notary Service in town - I have been going here for Notary, Fax, Oath, Printing and mailing work since more than a decade. I liked the staff and place overall. Very minimal, but very efficient. Went in to return an Amazon package. Didnt have to print out a label. Didnt have to repackage. Just return through the app and get qr code for UPS associate to scan. I was in and out in 1 minute.

Love this location! It’s my favorite! Jenn always takes great care of me! I have also had other employees that have done a great job for me! I find when sending packages, my packages arrive on time and in great condition. I highly recommend this location!!

I had a package delivered to this UPS Store and received a notification that it was ready for pick-up. When I got to the store the UPS rep was unable to locate the package and told me maybe it hasnt been processed yet. Not sure what that means or why I would receive the ready for pick-up if it wasnt processed. He didnt even look at my ID or ask for the tracking number. It seemed to me that would be more looking and researching for my package to him. I now have to go back tomorrow after they do there so call processing. What a joke.

Very efficient and I was in and out quickly.

Given all the chaos of COVID and the incredible amount of shipping that needs to be done this location did an amazing job of handling a queue of about 12 people. Jennifer was so nice to the 5 people she interacted with in prior to me, and was a pleasure during our entire interaction. She laid out all of my options and costs and made sure I had the most cost effective shipping and packaging. I very rarely ship anything, but moving forward if I have shipping needs it will be with this store.

Jenn helped me mail two packages and she was extremely informative, she knew everything when it came to shipping. She was very kind and nice too; I hope management appreciates her because she deserves it!

I frequently visit this location and every time I go in with copious amounts of packages and labels the woman with the red hair ALWAYS goes above and beyond exceptional customer service! She is so patient and kind and always finds ways to make shipping easy and cost efficient! I thank her enough to for the incredible assistance she CONSISTENTLY provides!!!!!! I had to stop into the UPS store today to handle some things concerning the death of my mother. I had been pushing this off and dreading having to handle this, because as you can imagine I am still grieving and making copies of my moms death certification and license is the last thing I wanted to be doing. I would like to say that Jennifer was very helpful and kind, and made sure I got everything I needed done in a timely manner .

I wanted to reach out and give a thank you for Jen tonight! I had a bad experience with a third party Amazon purchase and by the time I got to Jen was beyond frustrated. Thank you for not taking my frustrations as towards you and helping me out.

I went there to handle some prints for work and to have something notarized. Some type of system was down but we’re still very helpful. The notary there was super kind as well. Definitely will be doing all my work prints and docs at this location even tho it’s not the closest! Thank you!

I had stopped into store 1599 Saturday morning and unfortunately the systems kept crashing. Cameron and Jenn were doing everything they could to make sure customers were well taken care of despite of the rude behavior some people were showing.They faxed my paperwork and squeezed me in for a notary appointment. Definitely customer focused! Will be coming back to this location in the future.

This place is not even close to my house but since they staff is so friendly and specially Jenniffer is super helpful and very knowledgeable lady, I prefer to drive to this location and send my packages, I would like to thanks UPS for having staff like Jennifer who is very knowledgeable and friendly😊 thank you so much Jenniffer for all your hard work😊

This UPS Store on cemetery rd was amazing! I was bounced around all over town to get a notary done. When I walked in they did tell me they don’t do it past 4 O’Clock but there was a lady I believe by the name Jennifer she was so kind and so understanding that she did it for me! Not a lot of people go out of their way to help someone I truly appreciate them!!

I had selected this UPS Access Point location for an order that required an adult signature. Unfortunately this location charges a $5 Pkg Storage Fee even though my package had a sticker on the side that said Do not charge customer. Just a tip advising anyone else who may be thinking about ordering something and opting to use a UPS Access Point for delivery/pickup. Not sure about if other area locations are charging as of yet.

UPS is a ripoff! I had a 3 page fax sent to me, only to find out that both the sender AND receiver have to pay. It cost $9 for 3 pages. NEVER again will I use a UPS to fax anything. What can brown do for you? Rip you off, thats what. Customer service at this location was decent.

Had to have something notarized and Jen helped me so much. I was able to get an appointment with her after I got off work right before closing. I had to get these things done right away and she was so helpful.

Too expensive- $6 For boxes, shipping is also expensive. Even ground is far more expensive than the post office. Customer service was good

On Feburary 21st..I had a friend come in to ship my skis to me. I paid $330 for 2 boxes...$100 of that was to ensure GUARANTEED delivery by following Tuesday. I even had my friend go in before 6:30pm so that it would be picked up by the truck and on its way out. It was pay the $100 or I could risk not having them delivered on time and pay less. Yesterday was Tues and I only recieved one package. You could say I am beyond upset.Why did I pay $100 more for only half of my gear to show up on the date it was promised?! To pay that kinda money should ensure/guarantee like they said it would. Very disappointed. I am sure nothing will be done about this, I will just have to wait, I wont get any of the money back I paid for my packages not to arrive when I paid for them to arrive. What a joke, I feel ripped off.

Went here to return an amazon purchase that was already in its original packaging and got charged by the owner for an additional $40 in packaging because he said my packages couldn’t be shipped how they were with no explanation for why. Was completely unapologetic.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and only one person in line in front of me. Received quick, efficient service and was out of there within a few minutes. Store is clean and fully stocked with shipping supplies. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I went here to print out some invites - overall it was a good experience. I emailed them the PDFs i had and wanted 8 pages printed - they told me itd be 15 minutes.When i came back to get them the quality of the prints were great, and the only real reason theyre losing stars is because I would think it would be standard to have a paper cutter at a place like this. The worker informed me they ordered one but it wasnt of good quality and that they were getting a new one. Told me to go to staples to get them cut - which is about a 10 minute trip. Luckily i called there first because they were going to charge over 3 bucks a cut.

Notary services are awful. Customer of mine needed documents notarized and the supervisor flat out refused unless we sent over 12 additional documents. She tried to say the document was illegal and our department pulled up OH state law to confirm that it was compliant and sure enough it was fine. Her explanation made no sense and she said the only way it could be done is if she notarized a total of 13 documents, which of course he would have to pay additionally for. When we called back to see how we can work it out she was incredibly rude and even put me on hold for over 15 minutes and then hung up. I had to call back and eventually she said she is not going to do it unless it was done her way.My client went to another UPS store in Dublin and the notary, who clearly knew what he was talking about, got it done in 5 seconds.

Store staff are completely unreasonable. Combative, interruptive, and will just say “we can’t” and not try to help. Told me doesn’t matter if I get billed by ATT because I don’t have an account number (despite not needing one previously). Told me can’t get confirmation that my package was sent. Not interested in helping on that. Girl with long brown hair and glasses. I suggest working with someone else. Avoid this company if possible.

Do not use UPS as a notary! I went to have a statement notarized, handed it to the lady, and she literally said theres nothing here to notarize lol. She launched into this long explanation without giving me any real instruction, when I asked her to explain, she literally told me Google it. So I did and found a number for a service that meets you, needs nothing other than the document you need notorized, and when I asked him if I was sure that that was all I needed he said you went to UPS didnt you? he explained that they makes these kids become notaries as part of their jobs, but dont teach them what that actually entails and give them a bunch of unnessary procedures to follow, my guess is for more money?? Was such a waste of time and a hassle. Just FYI
