My 11 year old had a blast. It was great for him and his cousins. We were in a separate room that fit 10 people. The adults still had room to talk and chat. Everyone was great with helping us with the party. Best thing about it, the kids enjoyed themselves. I will do it again.

Really unique experience, drove 2.5 hours for a rocket league Tournament then was asked to cast on stream after being knocked out. Pcs are becoming increasingly.out of date but will still get 60fps on most games. Would reccomend and will return within the month :)

They even host incredible live competitions, (COVID permitting), that are truly great! You can tell the staff really care about competitive integrity and the overall experience of everything they do. Fun and friendly environment, covers everything from casual to semi-professional play with top of the line machines and equipment. Food is a little pricey but other than that Game Arena is a great place for people to enjoy gaming.

This will be sort of a lengthy review, starting off with the community that is introduced the second you step into the facility, every single worker there is friendly, every time you ask them something or call the staff over too your pc they always have a smile on there face, especially spencer. Spencer is probably the most friendly worker at a business that I have ever went too. He is always offering a helping hand no matter what and never has a bad attitude. I have never had a bad experience while inside of the esports facility. I was one of there day one customers years ago and I still see the same familiar faces and I love that. all in all, “Game arena” is a amazing place to go too if you want too introduce yourself into the world of pc gaming.

Been here multiple times, mainly for Super Smash Bros. Melee events and every time they always deliver such well ran events, listen to criticism from previous events to further improve and provide a better overall experience. The food is surprisingly tasty and thought out(the chicken quesadilla is actually very tasty, highly recommend), prices all around are fair and cheap. If you have a few hours to spare and wanna play some games you dont have for PC or wanna game with your friends right next to each other, this is for sure the place.

Honestly, if youre a gamer or just someone who cant afford to pay for a high expensive PC experience but want to play the most mainstream games right now, this is the place. Im honestly happy to come here every week on Fridays for the Fight Night which basically allows you to bring your own PC or console and play fighting games with a lot of like-minded people as well. Theyre always there to teach and to play all sorts of games, so I highly recommend to come even as just a visit. Really nice staff as well and the food is served to you wherever youre located, no need to stand up or have your name called.

Went with 3 other guys who are not PC gamers and we all had a blast. Spent most of the day their playing a variety of new and old games. PCs can be setup with controllers which made my friends happy. (They do have a variety of consoles etc, but we were trying to play a particular game) They had some pre-made drinks that were good and super friendly host/staff. Highly recommend. Intend on getting one of the smaller private rooms soon.

I took my son and his friend here this past Saturday. They had so much fun I took them again today. THEY LOVED IT!!! The staff is great, the environment is safe, and the facility Is uber clean. If you have a gamer child as I do, this is like heaven on earth. The option to order food and drinks from their gaming PC is brilliant. I mean really? Getting waited on while gaming. They can play individually or as a group. My son isnt into sports. So as a Mom it was great to see him interacting with other gamers. Something that cant happen in my basement. I highly recommend!!!

There has quite literally only been one event here in which I was not cheated against. The judges or rules enforcement do not do enough. Cheating in Hearthstone events is why I do not wish to ever return to these events or these places. I have done Game Arena events at conventions and the cheating is the same due to staff not treating Hearthstone as if it has competitive aspects to it. I am thoroughly disappointed with Game Arena after visiting or participating in it a total of 5 times. THESE HAVE ALL BEEN PAST EVENTS AND THE ARENA EVENT AT A CONVENTION WAS JANUARY 2020. Good Game. No Rematch.

Great place to have some fun with video games on PC and Consoles. I went for their new VR setup. They only have one VR headset so far and a dozen games for it (Beat Saber, Half Life:Alyx, Super hot, etc). They also have snacks, food, and drinks avails for purchase.

Best lan center Ive ever been to, day pass is an amazing deal, food is reasonably priced. Have had zero problems and nothing but great experiences for the 4 times Ive been here.

Great facility, TONS of systems (4 rows of 14 plus the Arena?) everything is very clean and high quality. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. I showed up randomly during the middle of a busy tournament and they found me a spot and took time to help get set up with an xbox controller. Thanks guys!

The staff members were very respectful and accommodating to my 12 year old son and his friends every time I went there ( 8 and counting) . Naturally the kids have a lot of questions and concerns but the staff always and consistently answer their questions without being condescending and are very patient and polite. I have seen the place packed out and they somehow find a way to help everyone while providing a very fun experience for everyone. First rate equipment to game on including the gaming chair to sit on. Looks like a wonderful place to have a birthday party for the kids. Very clean and a totally safe environment (important to me) throughout including the restrooms. Food/drink offerings are healthy and good and were reasonably priced. Columbus Ohio is lucky to have this kind of establishment with such a dedicated personnel! I highly recommend this business!!

I dont even know where to start. THIS. PLACE. IS. AWESOME. A facility so clean that you could eat off the bathroom floor. A super chill environment to meet new people with the same interests as you. Friendly staff that is more than helpful, and easy going. The amount of things you can do there is mind boggling. Theres just so many things to play. Excellent, clean equipment, in a fun environment with great prices for what you can do there. And the food is excellent. THEY HAVE FRIGGIN BUBBLE TEA, GUYS!!!! I had a great time meeting new people and experiencing Game Arena at the last event, and will most definitely be back at least every other week!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive thrown my birthday party two times here and the staff has been nothing but wonderful and so helpful.I love how clean and organized this place is. My favorite game to play here is gang beasts and I always share it with all of my friends.I love checking out their food menu but I have a sweet tooth and love carolyns bakery i believe is what it is called.

You can play games on store accounts, or log in to your own. They also have food and drinks available and you can order from whatever computer youre on. Theyll bring your food to your station and have you pay with cash or a credit card.

So what i like about this place is where you get to use their equipment. They stay on top of it. Cost wise it a pretty good. They do have game tournament there and to get in cost wise is good for your pocket. Staff is great. I would go there again but with a group and get down on some games. Downside is cant bring in food or drinks. But they also serve food there and a stake n shake is close by. Other then that its a great way to meet people. And have people join you while playing a game.

Great service very nice I had a lot of fun other than one computer I was on didnt let me sign in at first but after they fixed it they gave me a extra hour to play its a great place to go and have some fun on a pc with friends.

This place has so much going for it in the eSports field. Though the venue does seem a tad small, the space is utilized nicely to make sure everyone/group are comfortable. Internet can hold up to everyone playing their own games on the 40+ gaming PCs, along with a few active streams going. The cafe area has a good variety of drinks (pop + alcoholic ones), along with insanely good food with prices that are super fair. I wish Michigan had a place like this.

I visited here a couple weeks ago while filming for a short documentary. We called ahead to ask, but when we arrived the workers and the players alike were super kind and helpful! The place is huge and has a wide range of consoles to play on and snacks to eat! Its a great place and if I lived closer Id probably utilize it more often!

Great place, they are professional. Prices are very fair, and coming for the all day pass on Tuesday for only $10 is super worth it. As an adult, it can get pretty noisy at times with the huge amount of kids playing accelerating games like fortnite. Apart from that its a great place to play, and try out a bunch of new games.

Its a really good place to go if you want to play with your friends and its pretty cheap and super clean. one downside is that you cant bring your own food and drinks but they have a cafe and its pretty good but it takes a while for the food to come out but its hot and fresh so I dont mind and I recommended it to anyone who wants to make some new friends or play casual games or compete in friendly video game tournaments. 5/5

This place is fantastic. The equipment is top notch, the food is great, and the people that come here are like minded and friendly! The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is one of the women who works here is going absolutely mental every time i’ve seen her. She is always screaming swear words at the top of her lungs, threatening to dq people constantly, insulting particpants to their face, and she just has a very aggressive tone. I understand that managing a lot of people is difficult and stressful, but she handles things very unprofessionally and frankly, it puts a damper on the entire mood. She literally goes around virtually verbally abusing everyone. Otherwise, all the other staff is friendly and the experience here is very fun. Highly recommend.

Clean awesome place to go to! I visit GA weekly to join a weekly super smash bros tournament. I cant say enough about how well organized, clean, and friendly the employees are.Ive never encountered any problems here, and with comfy Maxinomic seating and Hyper X headsets its a great place to bring your kid obsessed with Fortnite or yourself to enjoy a good game of PUBG.The venue has several TVs streaming the hottest streamers like Ninja, The Doctor, ZeRo, Nairo, etc. The venue also offers food inside, while it is abit exepsnive, it is also super tasty and cooked to order.The venue also just started serving a selection of alcohol, including an option to spike many of there drinks as well as some mainly beer and cider brands, Angery Orchard being my personal go to beverage.Im excited to have a venue like this in Columbus, and honestly cant say anything bad about it, its clean, and doesnt smell like body oder like you d expect a venue full of neckbeards to smell like.The only thing I could possibly suggest is to hire on some more staff for the weekly smash tournaments to run food and help check people in, these events are starting to get huge!Hats off to the management here, as there is almost nothing to complain about.
