Ive utilized Maid Simple twice, both times with excellent results. The first time was for an apartment move out, and here recently for a deep clean of my current apartment. Ray Ramos was the person who came out this most recent time, and he was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job with the apartment and with the difficult portions such as in the kitchen and bathrooms. I will definitely look to Maid Simple first in the future for any apartment/house cleaning. Very impressed with their work.

I had Ray come and do the cleaning for our house. I have to be honest, there were some items that I didnt think that he would be able to get clean (e.g. Metal shower heads, very old sinks, etc.). Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Ray not only got those items clean, but he meticulously cleaned the entire house top to bottom in a very short period of time. It was like we had a new house. I was very happy with Rays service. He was very professional, and our house looked great when he left. The only thing I would change is using different cleaning supplies. My nose was very irritated for a couple of days after the cleaning. The cleaning smell almost reminded me of Axe deodorant. Next time, Ill ask for different cleaning solutions. Otherwise, great. I think well have him come every other month for a deep clean.
