I reserved a car for my wife at the this Hilliard location. When she went to pick up car they said don’t have the reservation. Screen shot of Email confirmation and reservation was shown to Phillip at the rental office and he said he did not see it. I called him after to check on the vehicle reservation I made through enterprise website 4 says prior. Phillip stated he canceled the reservation because they didn’t have any cars and there is nationwide shortage of cars, what???? I was so upset . He canceled the reservation without any prior notice I’m very upset at them please don’t rent from them they very unprofessionals. He did not have guts to tell my wife that he head cancelled the reservation he lied to them he did see the reservation. She shared the email confirmation with them. I will never give any business to enterprise again and don’t recommend anyone to deal these unprofessional people there.

Kat was amazingly helpful! The van was perfect for our family of 5 for vacation! My middle daughter is in a wheelchair so the room in the Chrysler voyager was great! $515 with unlimited miles for a 7 day rental u cant beat that price! Staff were all helpful and nice!!!

The Hilliard, Ohio Enterprise office was fantastic! I dealt with Mallory. She picked me up at my auto mechanics shop & brought me to her office in the vehicle I was to rent. The rental agreement was a breeze and I was on the road in no time at all. My rental was clean, new, and drove wonderfully. Upon returning the vehicle, I again dealt with Mallory— again— this was a breeze...she knows her business. I will definitely give Enterprise my return business.

We recently rented a car to drive out of state and when we got there the check engine light came on. We were told to go to the nearest location & swap it with another car. So 3 locations later we got another car only to find out there was an error message on the dash and the dirtiest windows Ive ever seen. We were told we could get another car the following day ..so that didnt happen either. We used your company several times a year but not any more. We will be going with another one from now on. Your customer service is lousy!

I selected quick start when I made my reservation but they were not able to accommodate that. No communication, so I went in and they didnt have my car ready. Also the online website where I made the reservation wouldnt let me select a return after hours but they clearly have a key drop box for that exact purpose. Other than those confusions, the service was fine.

Enterprise always provides the BEST customer service! We have rented from our local branch multiple times over the last year and the service is consistently outstanding. We had one issue one time when the vehicle we ordered was not available. They gave us a free upgrade and discounted the regular rate for the original size vehicle. They know how to treat their customers!

We were supposed to pick up our vehicle at 3pm, it was not ready or even at the location to be picked up. They said they called us, so we looked at our phone calls and they called 7 minutes before we were supposed to pick up the vehicle. So 30 to 45 minutes later they receive our vehicle and call us to pick it up and they were supposedly in the process of cleaning it. Finally, they give us our pre walk through and the vehicle was a mess and not the size vehicle we were expecting. It was a Nissan Armada and we were expecting a Chevy Suburban.

Amazing! I was in an accident and my 2010 F150 had to go in to a body shop and during the Covid-19 shutdown debacle. Thank God Enterprise was essential services, because I work in essential services too and needed a vehicle to get to work. Kat at the Enterprise Hilliard worked with the body shop behind the scenes and set up everything for me. Abby Malone met me at the body shop with a 2020 Lariat!! She was probably the nicest, most professional person Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. During this stressful time of everyone being on edge and super cranky, her constant smiling and willingness to be genuinely helpful was truly appreciated. I would give them both 10 stars if I could. Thanks to Kat and Abby, Enterprise has a new customer for life!

I should have listened to the doctor.I was dead set on renting a Suburban for our spring break road trip. I reserved two months early and stopped by the week of to ensure everything was in line. Alex assured me all was well and took more information to speed my process up on Sunday. Sunday I arrived and was told I would be getting a Ford Expedition. I shared my concerns about the needed cargo room with Alex. He said he held this for me knowing I had 4 boys and needed the room. I was skeptical but gave it a try. I had plenty of room for a weeks clothing, the boys, and my wife. The vehicle also had more bells and whistles than the suburban and way better on fuel. Check in/out was a breeze with NO hidden charges. I will definitely be back...unless I go buy an Expedition now!Thank you Alex...great representation of your company!

The only reason why I gave 4 stars is that they picked me up in a really smoky van and I let them know that I needed a car that was not smell of smoke! Other then that the manager that picked me up was very sweet and the check in was flawless. I didn’t have you wait long at all. The check in agent was also very nice and they had me on the way in no time. The car that I had was great and was clean and practically brand new! I loved the car so much that it may be the next car I buy. They called me to ask how everything was going. Pleasant and accommodating staff - I made a last-minute reservation/vehicle change, and they worked to process the change on the spot.During the course of the rental, I had a minor issue with the vehicle, and the staff went out of their way to provide service/support to rectify the issue and ensure I felt valued as a customer.Will use againDid use again - Another 5-star experience. My vehicle had a damaged tire when I went to pick it up. Assistant Manager Jaylan Davis immediately sent it out for repair and then found me a comparable vehicle at a nearby location so I wouldnt have to wait. Needed a car last minute. Went online to reserve. Was sent a confirmation. Dropped my car off at the shop and was heading to Enterprise to pick up rental. Got a call on my way that no rental cars were available. Yes, even after receiving a confirmation. I needed the car for a min of 3 days. I called into the local store where I was told Id be put on a waiting list. I tried to call the store later that day, no answer, no voicemail picked up. No call the next day, so I called the store again - was told no cars were available through the weekend. I get that no cars were available, but the pure lack of customer service or attempt to get me in a car is disappointing. I emailed 800# customer service, still no response. I simply want to know why theyd send me a reservation if no cars were available. Let me drop my car off (keys went into a lock box) then completely desert their customer?

We would give negative 5 if I could. Our company made a reservations through their customer service. Our vehicle was not ready, and they had zero vehicles available until late or next day. Everyone person we spoke with, from customer service to even corporate office placed blam on the system. Our entire work schedule and day was shot due to Enterprise and its poor service . If you want a car it might be best to find someone else, or you can end up like us stuck without a vehicle. Save yourself the stress and go with another company

I wish that I can give a zero to this branch, the manager behavior of this branch was so rude. I was having an issue she started by giving you a fake smile and start the process but when she see any issues with your reservation she start to till you this is the police look at it and give you the face that you should leave and we cant do anything. That happened to me and for a previous guy while I was waiting my turn. I have been a customer with enterprise for years must of them were helpful. They try to solve your problem and make sure you leave happy.

Staff were extremely racist and treats minority customers unfairly including the branch manager Kat Ammon. If you are a minority or a person of color, I recommend that you do not rent from this branch. It is so sad that in this day and age that we still have to deal with discrimination and racial profiling. I made a reservation on Monday and called in and talked to Kat asking her about the rate and what was required for a SUV rental for the weekend since my Nissan Pathfinder was being worked on at a local shop, she then informed me that since I was using my insurance I just needed to come in and pay for the rental. When I came in on Friday to pick up the car, she first said you do not have a reservation. I then reminded her that I talked to her and asked about the rental rate. She then said that the account said you may cancel, which is irrelevant to if I have a reservation or not. She further says you do not have a reservation but we can get you into a mini-van or an old standard SUV which would not fit my family since we are used to a Nissan Pathfinder. I told Kat that my reservation was for a SUV and that on Monday when we were on the phone you said that you would give me a larger SUV that would be comparable to my Nissan Pathfinder at the same rate as a standard SUV. Kat then stated that if I wanted something that was close to my SUV then I would need a major credit card in order to rent the higher grade SUV. As I was on the phone with my husband, I told him of the unfair treatment that I was receiving and that he would need to come in to used his credit card, Kat in return stated no I am not renting to you and you need to leave my office. From the first time that I step foot into the branch, I felt like she immediately decided that she did not want to rent to me and came up with multiple reasons not to rent to me. I have contacted corporate to file a complaint and will also proceed further by contacting the appropriate officials to have this woman fired. Although the branch manager has the right to choose who she wants to rent to, Enterprise should have a policy that treats all customers fairly. I am a Nurse Practitioner who happens to be of minority descent and I am appalled at the service that I receive at this Enterprise.

I always like renting from Enterprise! Their service is consistent, and their staff is friendly and helpful.We rented the Jeep Grand Cherokee for a week-long road trip to Maine. The rental process was speedy, and I liked that the rental agent walked around the SUV with me. I also liked that my rental agreement was sent via email. So convenient!The SUV was extremely comfortable and roomy, and we did not encounter any problems along the way.I really liked the Grand Cherokee, so returning it was sad for me. However, the return was speedy, as well.I will definitely rent from this location again! I highly recommend them!

There was a mishap with a reservation that fell on a day they happened to be closed. However, we called—although disconnections happened—an hour or so later we were able to pick up a car at the airport. It was a lot more expensive there, but after pickup they gave us a reimbursement for the difference. The lady that helped us at the Hilliard location upon return as genuinely apologetic and helpful. I’m thankful that even though our reservation had fallen through the cracks, on both the phone end and in store, the process to rectify the situation was smooth and we were compensated well. Ive been renting cars from your Hilliard, Ohio location for the past 2 years, but the last 2 times they have given me trouble. All of sudden there saying there unable to verify me even tho its shows in there systems that Ive been verified for my past rentals and none of my information has changed. Now I reserved a rental for a family vacation and they are now yelling me that I cannot rent a car from them without bringin a utility bill in, when Ive never had to do this before. I truly believe that I am being racial profiled by the manager who is new to this location.Also they never have the cars you selected and they will make you wait long periods of time while they take other customers in front of you who have walked in after you.

Terrible experience with Enterprise. Had to wait 45 minutes for a car to be ready and they were all out of the type I reserved. “Upgraded” to a full size gas guzzler and the SXM radio didn’t even work. I tried this place because Hertz was closed when I needed to pick up the rental, but I’ll just work around Hertz’s schedule next time. Never had an issue with them like I did with Enterprise.

The Hilliard Location used to be the BEST!! But for the past year or so has become the worst!!! There’s a worker in there who gives them a bad rep! Her name is Cat. She likes to pick and choose who she rents to and what she rents to them. She wasn’t trying to rent me a car at all to begin with, saying they didn’t accept my debit card, which I knew was a lie because another location used it the week before. So I told her to run my card and if it declined so be it but I wanted proof. So of course she ran it and it was approved. She was trying to give the wrong size car saying she informed of that at check out which isn’t true because I would’ve NEVER agreed to that specific car. All she kept saying was they didn’t have any cars, when really all she had to say was, we have one coming up in 5 minutes. I got the correct car and ended up keeping it for two weeks. So I dropped it off at night because I bought a new car at a location right beside them and thought it was convenient to do so at that time since I had work the next morning. Cat calls me saying there’s damage to the side rocker panel. So I leave work to see “proof” and there’s literally nothing to the eye and a few scratches to the touch. She said they would need to collect a $500 deductible for that “damage”. I know for a fact that I didnt cause it and she said she has no record of that “damage” but of course there wouldn’t be if you can’t see it and only have to be up so close to feel it to notice it. I’m reporting her for discrimination and will continue to make a complaint until my issue is resolved and there’s a resolution for her actions. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and sometimes renting for months at a time with NO PROBLEMS to be treated this way. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND WHEREVER SHES AT!!! #Furious

Ok riddle my this Batman... How is that your call center says I can pay with a debit card and not mention you have to have an in-state license to rent. So I took a 35 dollar uber to location, just to find out they wouldnt rent me a car, staff was rude and nasty about the inconvenience saying it wasnt there fault. Very very upset

Easy to rent. Remember to refule before returning, I forgot and got charged $33 for 1/2 tank of gas. The Bluetooth in the car we rented would cut out on every song. Other than that it wasnt bad. Will rent again but re fill the tank before turning it in to save myself $$

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Answered questions clearly. However, the car was obviously not cleaned / detailed too carefully before I received it. When I was taken out to inspect the car before leaving the premises, the trunk was popped so I could inspect it. There was a backpack in there. I asked, Whos backpack is that?? ... I did not get a reply, but the backpack was removed. Later (after driving home), I found a ball cap wedged between the rear windshield and the headrest of the rear seats. I also found loose change in the center console and an invoice for a previous customer in the glove box. I didnt feel the car was necessarily dirty, just some clutter left in the car ... but still, cmon. How long does it take to remove items left by another driver?? (And Id imagine that other driver was looking for his lost backpack and ball cap!) This car was rented and paid for by my employer (for work purposes), and it was no major inconvenience ... I was just slightly personally bothered by the lack of attention to cleanliness / tidiness of the vehicle prior to receiving it.

I had to wait longer than usual to pick up my rental, but I wasnt in too much of a hurry, and the staff was polite and friendly. The whole rental experience was great, I didn’t have any problems with the car. My deposit was returned in about 3 days after I returned the car, which I was scared would take a lot longer.

I rent cars here all of the time but had a bad experience today. Reserved a car I my name and on my corporate card for a direct report to drive to a client visit. Have done this at least 30 times with no problem but was told this morning that this cant be done. I was given no options by the store manager other than have the employee pay for it - all expenses have to go on corporate cards - and then try and move the charges. If their employees made mistakes in the past I should not be impacted by it now. A transaction that normally took 10 minutes took 40.

I rent from this location one weekend every month. Its like going to subway, they try to upsell you on everything. I get it, they are a business. However, it would be nice to walk in pay and walk out in 10 min without having to waste 10 more minutes listening to the same sales pitch every time. Also. If you have questions about your rewards points or benefits you will get a deer in the headlights look from them. I really only go to this location because they are the only location that is open on Sunday, which is when I return my rentals. If not for that I would go to the grandview location hands down.

Enterprise gave away our SUV rental for our vacation without any notice and left us with no options this fourth of July holiday. My experience was not positive. When I returned my car, the lady came to me and said I had damage to the roof of my car. The gentlemen who set me up in the car did not even have me look at the roof of the car. This situation was handled so poorly. Then I could not even an accurate receipt for my rental either. The car operated well, it was clean well kept. The folks at Hilliard were very helpful and informative. I would rent from them again. The vehicle I rented was just a bit uncomfortable for me in the seat. It just didnt suit me. Next time I rent, Ill just have to pick a different car. 5 stars fot the service.

Enterprise is Great but this location is very very bad experience. they look they do great customer service but its not. Only when the problem comes you know. so think once again the old location service is great but I dont know is the same people or not I had a very very bad experience.
