Sarah was so pleasant to deal with. She was always in communication with us and kept us updated along the way. We bought a new home and they were able to work with our contractor to take measurements before we even closed. They made it out the day of closing for install. We could not be more happy with their work! It is difficult to find a company that bundles all work into their price and does plumbing. We even forgot to get drains for our faucets and they came the day we had them delivered to complete the job. We highly recommend them if you want someone with quality work who is affordable and quick!

Initially found them on FB market place and thought their price per square foot on quartz was too good to be true! Boy was I wrong. Visited their beautiful show room in Hilliard. Surpasses the big box stores in every category! One of my projects included a water fall edge, which turned out amazing.

Kitchen N Bath Depo did a great job installing our new countertop. Everyone from the showroom staff, installers and plumber were professionals and pleasant to work with. It was only a few days from the time we selected our granite to them installing it into our kitchen, including a new sink, garbage disposal and water filtration system. Highly recommend!

Just a fantastic experience from start to finish. I heard about Kitchen n Bath Depot from a friend and saw what an excellent job they did for him. The owners and sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable and provided exactly what I was looking for. The installation crew was friendly and fast and done quickly with no mess for me to clean up afterwards.. The price is unbeatable for the granite I chose. Because of the length of the counter the top was in two sections but the seam is almost invisible. (I cant see it) Excellent service and installation! I will be using them in the future for a bathroom remodel.

Three things that set them apart:Speed - We went in on a Wednesday, didn’t get the keys to our new house until Sunday, they came to measure Monday, installed on Friday. It also only took them an hour to take out our old and put in the new. We were able to get our beautiful countertops with installation, a new sink, and plumbing completed so quickly!Price - We felt so comfortable and happy with what we paid for what we got. Great experience with Sarah at Kitchen N Bath Depo. I originally found them through Facebook Marketplace ads. After going to numerous showrooms in the area, I was given quotes for 4 - 8 weeks from template to install. Sarah stayed late on a Saturday so that we could come look at their inventory. Even with my quartz being out of stock, showroom visit to install was 6 days! I would highly recommend working with them.

There is only one description about this company and it is ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGI was referred to them by a recent customer and their price was extremely reasonable. I contacted them about a slab I seen on their website that was available. They did not have any in their showroom but had it the next day for me to look at. Friday I picked my slab, Monday they measured my countertops, Tuesday afternoon they were done and installed. Theyre installers are very professional quick and did a wonderful job. And they cleaned up after themselves and left my kitchen spot free. I cant say enough about the customer service that I received with his company, they were absolutely wonderful to work with.

I found this company while doing some research on granite countertops. All the companies I sent emails and left messages for they was the first response. Not only the first the owner Jay took time to answer all of my many questions without any sales pitch. When I scheduled the appointment to see and choose the granite I was running way behind that day. I called to let them know that we may not make it on time. Sarah the other owner told my wife and I to drive safe and she would wait for us. So first answering questions and going out of their way to stay open to help us is really rare these days. This companies customer service is amazing. The day Jay came out to make our template was a Saturday afternoon once again to accommodate my needs. My wife and I took out old cabinets and reinstalled the new ones (our first full set of cabinets) ofcourse the cabinets were not quite square. This man took the time to explain how to fix the issues that needed done. At this point still not asked for anything for his time. And the moment came to give us our quote and he shocked us with the most reasonable price. Also they have helped us with many other questions. We decided after to add tile up to the cabinets and the supplier for the tile we want first came back with a high cost so instead of just jacking up the price they gave us advice where to find similar products at our own cost and offered to only charge us labor after we find what we want. I know its a long story I would just like anyone who reads this to know the quality of company theyre going to be doing business with. Honest, fair, kind, helpful and HONEST.

Showroom was full of options to chose from. Estimates were lightning fast and precise. Team was very kind and knowledgable. We noticed they use VERY high tech equipment compared to others ive seen. My slab needed a seam and you cannot find the seam!

Jay was amazing. I sought out three quotes, he not only beat out the others, but was also available to start work sooner. Great showroom. He completed two bathrooms and our kitchen in one day. The customer service was through the roof. He even came back to fix a plumbing issue that had nothing to do with his install.

On a Saturday we went to two stores and found overpriced ugly granite. My mother-in-law recommended that we got to Kitchen N Bath Depo after hearing about our frustration. We showed up at 2pm on that Saturday (they close at 2pm) and we picked out our perfect countertop in 10 minutes and it was significantly less per square foot than the other place an of much higher quality and look. They measured that Saturday and installed on Tuesday!!!! Fast service, great price, great selection and quality.

Waiting that long was not an option for me. I was lucky to find this company. They were very very friendly and professional helping me select the right counter top for my project. Measurement was done within the same day and installation was two days later. The whole process from start to end took only three days. I was very please with the end result. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome! We had a small job in front of our fireplace and other places had either turned us down or gave us very high estimates. We went to the Kitchen N Bath Depo showroom late on a Saturday. They were actually already closed but let us in anyway to look around. We picked out a stone and they came Saturday evening to measure. The installation was done on Monday! Knowledgeable, quality, price and timely installation...No need to shop anywhere else!

From my initial call, to template to install, total of 3 days! The staff is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! When the installers showed up, they took care of my house and set the kitchen up with great care towards my property. Shortly after the install was complete, the owner showed up to check the quality of work, which was, of course, top notch! Will definitely be working with them again in the future

Don’t bother shopping anywhere else for your countertop needs. I started shopping around on 8/8/20 and went to 3 places. Sara at Kitchen-N-Bath Depot was by far the most attentive out of the 3 places I priced. I went in looking for a white quartz with thin veining that I saw at their suppliers warehouse. They don’t typically stock that particular style but Sara said she could get it for me and give me a good price. The slab I wanted was delivered to their show room on 8/11 for me to make a final decision. That same day they came out to measure, and the following afternoon they called to ask if I was available to have it installed 8/14! I couldn’t believe it! The price was also lower then the other 2 fabricators I received quotes from that gave me a 6 week time frame. I use to get my counter tops from Lowe’s, but I’ll never shop anywhere else after this experience!
