Did my front brakes there about 3 months ago or so they were affordable, friendly, and quick. I liked them so much I came back again today to do the back brakes. Did a great job changing my oil on my car and found no issues! Also got an oil changed for a reasonable price! However, when I went to go pay, their system constantly kept declining my card but then I check my bank account and then the charge goes in on there. They still acted like I was crazy and that it was a problem on my banks end and not theirs. They took no responsibility and really weren’t all that helpful so I would say that the customer service there really wasn’t all that great. I was also skeptical about how I constantly kept having to put my card in to pay. I even went to another machine to pay and it still did the same thing. I also kept getting emails to pay online so their pay system I feel like was pretty sketchy. After the customer service I dealt with today and the sketchy pay system, I will be going elsewhere for service on my car!

I got a flat tire on my way home from work and called NTB about 40 minutes before they closed, asking if they could get me a replacement that night. I only got there with 20 minutes until close and no appointment and the staff was very accommodating and had my tire fixed in less than 30 minutes! They were all very kind and really helped me out when I needed it. Professional environment, highly recommend this NTB!

Walked out of work at six in hilliard and had a flat. Drove to gas station to get air. Went to two closest places at Mill Run and both were either closed or were stating that they were closing and couldn’t help me. I didn’t know NTB was also there because I couldn’t see it from the street but I googled it, found it, and couldn’t have been more happy. Bart Miller is a very kind, gracious, and knowledgeable sales person. Great personality and I felt like I could really trust him and his opinions. His tech Johannes was thorough and brilliant. A great place to go if you dont know much about cars. They are straight shooters and you can trust them.

I live about 2 hours away and had blown a tire, but was able to limp my car to a parking lot adjacent to them. Bart met me at the desk, came and got my tire, and had it changed within the hour and I was on my way. Quick and efficient.

EDIT: editing to add that I had to come back because the tires were making a noise when I was driving. They techs and manager went above and beyond to accommodate my issue and found the issue to be a tire manufacturing/engineering quality issue. If I could give them 10 stars I would!I used to go to the Holt road location until their manager raised his voice to me in the lobby over a blown out tire. The technicians always took good care of my vehicle and prices were reasonable so I wanted to try to stick with NTB so I tried out the Hilliard location. Bart was wonderful to deal with on the phone and in person. I explained my prior issues at the other NTB and he sincerely apologized and the service from him and the technicians were outstanding. I really liked that at this location the one wall or the waiting area is all windows so I can see they’re taking good care of my car. They didn’t care that I purchased tires elsewhere, they were more than willing to accommodate the install and understood I had a budget I wanted to stay within, even letting me know there was a coupon online for my oil change. This location has gained a return customer.

The people are nice enough, but theyve got some bad policies. I went to get a tire patched and because the nail in the tire was slightly outside the outermost groove in the tread, they wouldnt do it. And it was still 2 inches inside the edge of the tread! And I had bought the full tire protection plan! They were trying to tell me I needed to buy a whole new tire! I went down the street to Discount Tire, and they patched it for free, even though I hadnt bought it from them. Im getting my tires there instead next time.

Took an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Then quoted me ~$515 for 2 break pads and rotors. During my long wait I was quoted $1-200 less for the same thing at 2 different local shops. Called Autozone to see what the parts cost and was a total of $100. Quite the expensive labor fee and up charge. Definitely will be going elsewhere in the future.

I can in at 2:30 on a Sunday, I had an appointment at 2:30 and they were so behind I didnt get to talk to Bart (who was very unhelpful) until 3:00. Once my car was on the rack they told me it would be done by 5:00. By 6:00 I finally got my car back. I had an odd size tire as my car is a Foreign car and they were very unhelpful in giving me any other options to find a correct sized tire. I will never be back, horrible experience.

I am very knowledgeable about cars, they actually showed me what was wrong with my car. It showed me how these overlooked components are critical to the driveability of your car. I had them do other work in the past and had no issues.It was destroying my tires I bought from another place that just slaps tires on and my brakes. Another shop just itemize an estimate. Nobody trust repair shops so you are going to have to do some convincing.When you get new tires or brake work have them inspect the suspension components of your car such as the control arm.

I took my car in for regular service and they noticed something extra that needed to be fixed. It was an inexpensive fix and they took care of it for me for free! It was a wonderful surprise! Comparable prices to other car places in the area, but great customer service!

This place was awesome! We lost a tire on the exit and got it towed there for only seventy bucks and when we got there, they already had the part there because they ordered it as soon as they found out about the accident. Then these guys got the car, worked past their closing time to get it fixed properly but quickly, and even stayed open later to let us finish our business which was buying a puppy. They let us bring the puppy inside to keep it warm while the papers were signed for it. Thanks guys! Youre the best!

NTB consistently is one of the best places I go to for any kind of thing I need. I needed a new tire, was willing to buy a new one ($70+) and asked the guy to look at my popped tire, to which he said they could just plug it. Earlier I had gone to Discount Tires, who said it was unpluggable and I needed to buy a new tire. I want to give NTB 6 stars if that were possible.

All I can say is this place rocks! I actually enjoy getting my car worked on when I go here. Rayma is the manager and she is outstanding. The mechanics at the store have been there for a long time, which means a lot to me. I trust them, to be honest I give them my keys and have them fix my car. That is how much I trust them.If you need auto repair give them a try, most the other places in Hilliard are not great at all.

So happy they were open till 7PM on a Sat. Ran over a nail and got stuck on 270. Got it fixed just enough to get to this place which was the only place open!!! So thankful they could fix our tire while on our way to vacation.

My first experience on 9/16/2019 was to have a tire repair. I dealt with Cody and Rayma White, along with CJ & Bart. CJ was the one to fix the car but the others were making sure it was done correctly. I was extremely thankful.They charged me nothing so I went ahead and purchased a full oil change. I was one of three customers on site. When I left I was 100% satisfied and made sure to tell everyone on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. (All have been adjusted based on below)Then this happened:The following day, I was taking my son to school and noticed that as I sped up, my steering wheel had a horrible vibration and was pulling to the right. If I were to take my hands off the wheel, my car would have went into the ditch on the side of the road in a second. This was my only vehicle and due to work and other obligations, I wasnt able to take it back to NTB until 9/23 at 5:54pm.This experience was the complete opposite of the 9/16 experience. When I first arrived, I spoke with Bart. He took me out to my car to get the mileage and stated, due to how busy we are, it could take up to two hours. No problem, I will wait. My car was eventually pulled in. Bart came to me stating that the tires were the problem and that I needed to purchase, all four, ASAP. I explained that when I had the tire repaired last week, Rayma explained to me that, Yes...I did need new tires but the ones I had would last approx 6 months due to the lack of miles I put on the vehicle. I explained this to Bart who not only disagreed but did so in a very aggressive manner. He was so kind before so I blew it off. I was able to catch CJ on his way in to discuss with Bart the problem with my Honda. CJ stated that the tire had been balanced incorrectly and that one of the balancers was missing all together. Bart was not aware of this conversation. CJ then proceeded with their conversation.Bart then approached me in the waiting area where he stuck to his guns stating that I need new tires immediately and pushed for me to get one of their credit cards. I blatantly said NO! I wanted the tires rebalanced, end of discussion. He proceeded to tell me it was going to be $9 per tire. He then stated that a tire repair does not include a balance. I showed him my receipt where it clearly states Policy patch and plug with balance. I stated that I wanted to speak with a manager, Now. He said that he was the manger and the balance was not going to be done and that it was NOT the issue. I walked back to CJ where he said that he was indeed going to balance the tire and make sure nothing else was wrong. Which he did. The car was fixed, I drove out, no problems as of yet. I continued to drive the car around the outerbelt. No problems. Took the car home and so far, so good. I am keeping my fingers crossed.After my first service, there was no chance that I was going to give less than a 5 star review. Unfortunately, I am now going to have to give them a two.Rayma White - Cody - CJ... All deserve a 5 star rating. If I were you, visit the store when Rayma is working. She WILL take care of you without the nagging of trying to get you to buy things that are NOT needed.

Ive been to NTB a few times since Ive moved to the Columbus area. The staff there is truly amazing and its very apparent they have a great leader. I would recommend this garage to anyone for any maintenance or issues that arise with their vehicle.

First time having an issue I go on with a tire issue and leave with missing valve cover. When call about it oh its no big deal, obviously if they didnt matter they never would have made them. Too worried about their milkshakes. I expect to leave with what my vehicle came with. Disappointed to say the least, as this is one has been great since a bad experience with the previous store I used to go to. Looks like Ill need to find a 3rd.

Go in for an oil change and they want to charge me for brakes, rotors, alignment, 2 tires??? Really?? So a $30 oil change turns into a $875??? Went to ricart and they said it was all good! Best $19.95 I have spent. Thanks Ricart.

Avoid at all costs. This place will try to force parts you dont need on you just to make a buck. Came in asking for a simple brake job only to be told I needed pads, rotors, pins, bushings, tires, and on and on. When I asked for just the pads changed customer service turn a sharp turn for the worse. Save yourself the headache and go down the street to Tire Discounters.

Chas was super helpful in helping me dial in what I needed for my car and helped me fit everything in to my budget. They also snuck me in to the schedule last minute. My car hasn’t driven this nice in quite some time. Big thanks to the staff at Hilliard NTB.

Fast, Friendly and Stress free services. Their staff was very knowledgeable and explained all services up front so i knew exactly what to expect in advance.

Although I have several good experiences with NTB, this is my second bad experience. First time they forgot to put the oil cap back on after an oil change and had to take our car back to the dealer to have the motor cleaned. Although they covered the cost, still was not pleased.My recent visit, took my car in for oil change & tire rotation. Informed them of a slow leak in drivers side front tire. Because of the slow leak, I didnt have a cap on my tire as I had to put air in it every couple of weeks. Got my car back after they said that I also had a battery that was almost dead and recommended a new battery and a few other services standard at 30K. Had them done and $300 later, left.Two weeks later my low tire presure light came on and went to get air expecting to put it in my left rear tire. Oddly enough, the drivers side front tire was the only one low and still missing the cap. Either they did not rotate my tires as they charged me or my left rear tire was suddenly cured and the tire they rotated to the front got a slow leak.If this task was not performed, what other task have they charged me for that wasnt performed.....
