Dwight and Rob provided the most AMAZING customer service. I was able to schedule my appointment effortlessly in minutes and the job was completed within the week. The technician who came out, Ronnie, was the consummate professional - calling the day before with estimated arrival time as well as the morning of when 20 minutes out. He arrived on time, was pleasant, and facilitated the shredding efficiently and effectively leaving me to enjoy the remainder of my clutter-free day. I will definitely be using Shred America again for future shredding needs.

After my initial request, Claude was my first contact. On the back end, there was Ronnie, the technician who arrived to do the shredding. The entire experience was EXCELLENT. The procedure was seamless with great communication, prompt arrival, and impeccable service. After my curious neighbors saw the clean, white, tech-ed out truck, they wanted to know the company and asked me lots of questions. I recommend Shred America without hesitation.

Shredding service providers that come to your home at an affordable price are a real godsend. Otherwise you have to haul boxes of files and confidential information to a UPS or some other retail outlets which is impractical. From start to finish Shred America was professional and friendly. The truck arrived in the projected timeframe and was clean and capably managed by a father and daughter team. I was even able to watch the files being shredded which gave peace of mind. Dwight and his team were fast, friendly, and on time. This is a great service! I have tried waiting for shred events in the area and it’s sometimes hard to find them- especially during COvId. No more searching for shred events and no more hauling boxes of shred anywhere. The team shows up with a large bin, they dump your shred in the bin, roll and to the truck and shred it while your watch- safe and secure, and they were done in less than 10 min. I’ll be using this service from now on!

My first time using this service. Working from home since March 2020 has generated much paperwork in my HR position. Lonnie Sr and Jr made the process absolutely amazing. In less than 15 minutes they had the job done and even showed me the paper being shredded! Very highly recommend!! The company even provided a certificate of destruction. Nice for legal purposes!

I highly recommend using shred america!!! I will definitely tell others about it. I had Ronnie come and help my great grandmother shred her papers in the driveway. He was very nice and on time. He called 30 minutes before arriving and was here right on time. He allowed us to watch him shred so it felt very secure. It started with Eric Silver and his impeccable scheduling, knowledge, and professionalism that resulted with Bryan Ruscoe doing an outstanding job shredding our many boxes of paper we accumulated throughout the last 40 years. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout this process. He was extremely efficient and patient to explain the process to us...made his customers very comfortable. Reminded me of the professionalism shown by our military on active duty. Will definitely recommend these services to others and will not hesitate to use Shred America again in the future!

Randomly came across this company—so happy that I found them. Called in a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me for an immediate pickup/shredding appointment on Monday. Our company hired Shred America to come and shred paperwork at our office yesterday. I was told by the company that they would call and give us a 2-3 hour window of time to arrive the day before our scheduled shred date and then call and update the day of shredding with a 30 minute time of arrival. We never received a call nor an email advising of the arrival time. Yesterday (the day of arrival) came and still no call or email so we contacted the company to inquire about their arrival time only to find out that they would NOT be here yesterday and that the next available date to come was the following Tuesday. I already had things set in motion for their arrival i.e. people moving boxes from storage to shred and gathering up other materials to be shredded. I could not cancel them because they had already arrived to begin their job.Not only did they not show up on their appointed date and time, they did not even have the common courtesy to call to cancel and reschedule. Apparently Customer Service and Client Satisfacation are not important to their company. When we finally reached someone yesterday morning (after numerous attempts to call and email) they finally advised that they had a job on a military base yesterday, therefore, they would not be able to accommodate us yesterday.Keep this in mind if you are a small business it is very apparent that they do not value our time or scheduling. We firmly stand behind our military here. The owner himself is a Retired Veteran, but this is highly uncalled for, unacceptable and unprofessional for a company to handle business in this manner.I certainly hope that Shred America takes a step back and looks at the values of ethics and crediblity their business is expressing to small local businesses.I want to give a huge thank you to a local company, ProShred of Richmond, for getting us serviced with only a one day notice and scheduling someone to come today to shred all of our documents.
