My favorite neighborhood laundromat. New name/management since I started coming. Updated washers now take cards. Machines wash well. Though dryers are older they work reasonably well. 24hrs too!

I have been visiting this laundromat for over 10yrs. The workers are always available. They are cleaning lint baskets, wiping down machines or sweeping the floor. TVs always work & the music selection is AMAZING!!! I told the guy working today, that I love the music, every visit!!! Its always a great experience. Even without the sitting because of the current worlds situation.

This place is always clean, machines and dryers are great,the prices are very reasonable the customer service is phenomenal

I used the coin change machine for the 1st ever time this evening {Fortunately The Attendant Was Present} It Took My $10, Made The Sounds, But Nothing Came Out.He Called Over To A Manager & The Resolution Was To Give Me $10, Close The Machine & Hed Be Reembursed When The Shift Changes.I Was HAPPY.

As clean as 24hr laundromat can be. Parking is tight and people will park anywhere. I go super early in the morning because they are always a lot of people in here even before covid. Washers are newish and dryer get super hot.

I give it 4 star because people keep opening other peoples washers and dryers but other than that it is good

I really enjoy coming here. The customer service is fantastic from Jenny and Alfonzo. As a senior living in the community the machines are clean and affordable. The place is clean and well lite for safety. This place was recommended to me by a neighbor

Spacious and quiet. Nice and clean environment. Plenty of machines for washing, snacks and drinks vending machines on the premises. Vending machine with detergent and laundry bags. There were several change machines and a machine to convert small bills. First time washing here and I would consider patronizing again in the future.

I have attended this laundromat since it opened and I have never had a problem. The staff is polite, the site is clean and one of the largest in this area. The attendant that works during the day is nice, helpful and I got my refund. I prefer this one because I like it!

Would have gave them a better rating if not for them not enforcing Social Distancing inside facility. Ive been coming here before they installed the new washing machines ans kept coming even after the Pandemic hit. The older Jamaican Laundry attendant lady didnt play about people being inside without masks on she would loudly tell people please return to your vehicle once your clothes have been put in the washer/dryer to help keep people safe I applauded her efforts. Needless to say as weeks have gone by and maybe shes not there everytime ive come there are way to many people in there at once. Some have on mask some dont. I have gotten tired of the one laundry attendant who is an African American Woman tell myself and other patrons whats not her job when she is asked for assistance. Whenever I run into the any of the other Attendants I let them know the issue as ive been coming here for a few years. Outside of those issues I like the place it affordable however as stated above would be better if they worked those snags out a bit

This used to be my favorite laundromat a few years back... I’ve been coming here since it was called No Rulez it has steadily declined over the years!! They have finally replaced the machines with newer ones, but they claim that they are much more efficient which I totally disagree with. They now charge u more to wash, I spent $7.50 on one washer and the machine gave me around 20 min of wash time, not to mention there was still soap in my machine after cycle stopped!! like really? Sad to say this will no doubt be my last visit here. Not worth the trip anymore... You’ve been forewarned... FAREWELL 👋🏾

EVERY time I come here a machine is jacking up my whole process and not working. Im tired of searching down the employees that are never here. Please dont come here. Ive given this place way too many chances. Call me a fool for this one.Pic: The soap that I put into 2 machines, that the machines never used. A waste. So now my clothes went through a whole session without soap, 🙄.

I attempted to use two different types of credit cards on a six dollar machine this evening at 8:45 pm. The cards would not swipe. The employee assisted me. A few minutes later, I received fraudulent charges several times for a McDonalds in Brooklyn, NY for mobile orders. Please investigate so that others dont have this experience.

Its hot inside and machine did not wash nor dry clothes all the way. You have to dry a regular load for at least and hour to make sure your clothes are all the way dry.

I disagree with what the lady say about the staff. They keep the place clean and tidy. If you lose your money they are always willing to help. The lady is very nice and friendly. People should stop giving negative report if you.dont like it then dont come back.

I gave 2 stars for the staff being helpful. I will never go back. On every visit, Id put cold wash cycle for my dark clothes for work and would touch glass of machines and it would be hot water. Ive had to get refunds etc. Not worth the trip

The pictures posted are old. The laundry mat has gone under a New Renovation 🤗. New machines. Machines that uou can pay with your debitcard.

The facility is ok it serves the purpose, however the machines need a full cleaning themselves. When opening up the washer door I noticed dust and grim on the door and around the seal. I used three washers and they were all the same. Not sure if the young lady on duty is aware. Customers are using the machines and spending their money so the machines should be clean with a comfortable feeling. Pulling out clean clothes on a duty washer isnt sanitary.

Jenny is always helpful when I come to this laundromat. It is clean and I dont have to spend a fortune to dry.

This place is way to small for a laundromat! If you wash clothes here, you will bump into something or someone. Theres no ATM machine inside. The machines look old and dirty.

Seriously no joke but the staffs are rude and dont give you your money back for paying when you wash something and its also annoying how the women is rude and mostly misreable but she really needs to be kick please guys dont come there the women scratched my mom and hurted her

Worst laundromat Ive ever visited! Filthy, roach infested, broken equipment, broken tiles, broken carts. No attendant on site. Washers and dryers stole our quarters. Stray cats living in parking lot. Youve been forewarned. Visit the one in Oxon Hill, a little more expensive but much cleaner and you wont come home with bugs!

Many machines were down but the ones that I used worked great.

When machines do not operate correctly, the attendant is nowhere to be found and if you do he tells you to call the number on the wall, they do not call until after your 3rd or 4th call to them, then they send you a check for what they think you should get not what you lost. In addition, the dryers make your clothes smell burned and do not dry them completely. Dryers take several cycles and thw smell gets worse before the clothes get dry.

It was dirty. And they dont have the 1.00 quick wash anymore, for the small machines.
