Decorative Coatings Refinishing worked very fast and efficient to complete our job. What was not mentioned they re-glazed our bathtub to a beautiful pearl white. The contractors were friendly, courteous and respectful of our home. They did a good paint job to our basement and utility room. They were on time each day and cleaned up after the work was completed .We have another job for them to do later this year. My husband and I would recommend them highly.

Had them come in to do some tile work and grout cleaning prior to put my house up for sale. While the grout work was average he decided to do the tile replacement the way he wanted rather than how I asked. He proceed to use tiles from another bathroom which are different colors rather than leave the small cracked ones alone and just do the major cracked one. Those left the tile with multiple colored tiles on the floor which he said You dont like?. Who would like that, not the future owner. He then proceeded to say he would fix it for free the next day only to tell me he cant and it would cost me another $150 to epoxy the whole floor which looks absolutely terrible not only with the product but how sloppy he did the job. It also messed up the grout work that was previously done. Would not recommend this company for anything!!Replying to Owner: I explicitly separated the white tiles for the master bathroom and the beige tiles for the spare bathroom and told him to replace what he could. I received no question or concerns regarding the mismatched tile prior to it being done which I had been very responsive through chat and could have been avoided. Also there were still cracked white tiles in the master bathroom that could have been replaced with the ones he used in the other bathroom. As for my late response is due to the fact that I did not want them to come back only to make things worse like with the epoxy coating that was not properly done as dirty and particles were on the wet epoxy that dried in as well as epoxy on the bathtub as there was no type of tape or covering that would have created a straight line. We needed to but the house up for sale on May 12th so it had to be left. The work is done, you got paid so it is done. I am just writing about my experience so that others will not make the same mistake that I did.

They were very professional and got my work done in a timely manor. It was the added touch that i needed to get my condo sold. Great value for the quality of work.

Keith has been to my house twice, once to re-surface my tub and clean the grout, and then another time to fix a grout issue in the bathroom that I had caused. He was very great with communication the whole time, complete with text and e-mail reminders. I purchased from Groupon and promptly made an appointment a month out. Not only didnt they show up but they didnt even call with an excuse. A bad way to start! Groupon did refund my money but I actually wanted the service.Id suggest passing this offer up, no one ever answers the the 571 phone number however return calls come from a 240 number. I suspect this is a part time business???I will be more than happy to give this company another chance and change my review if they actually show up this time.

There is one other previous Google review for this company. My experience is exactly the same, cant add or remove anything. Its unfortunate because I was looking forward to have the work done. I need to have Groupon refund me immediately.
