Called the number to ask a question or make an appointment and it goes to a voice mail that is full. Great business practice to have a full voice mail box. Read the reviews of this place before you consider getting a TV repaired here. I like most others will go somewhere else.

I called Royce to take my TV for repair. I waited until they were opened and called on a Saturday to make sure I was going to the right location. I called twice and wasn’t made aware I needed to have cash. I unload my TV and Royce had his assistant to help me get that TV in the shop. So I see a sign that says you have to leave a non refundable $60 deposit. Fine but he wanted cash, because his debit/ credit card machine didn’t work. Sadly that’s not my fault nor do most people carry cash unless you are made aware in advance which I wasn’t. Royce wanted me to go to an ATM to get cash and come back for him to check out the TV. I refused and I took my TV and was able to get Rafael to come to my house pick up my TV repair it and return my repaired TV the same day! Don’t patronize this business unless you have cash on hand to pay for services. Sadly he seemed like he didn’t care about whether he got your business or not. Find another TV service repair shop for better service and customer service! I have never posted a review but the horrible customer service experience I received was worthy of a review.

I called for an in home estimate and paid the $55. The repair guy said he would follow up with me and come back with another worker for further diagnostic testing. It has been about a month now with no return. I keep calling and the guy says that he is still trying to get a hold of another guy to assist him ? This company has only one man working all the jobs whom is clearly overwhelmed. When the guy was at my house his cell phone was constantly going off with people calling about repairs. Now when I try to call the phone calls are going to his personal cell phone which his voicemail is now filled up and you cant leave a voicemail. I just give up! Im out of my $55 deposit. I will just trash my TV and buy new one. Hard lesson learned.

Royces TV sales and repair service is awesome! Mr. Royce is very nice, very knowledgeable, and very honest! He tells you just like it is. If it can be fixed hell let you know. If it cant be fixed and its not worth your time and money he will let you know that as well. And to top it all off, his prices are super reasonable! I highly recommend Royces TV and I will definitely use him again in the future and refer as many friends and family to him as I can.

I had a problem with my 60 inch 4K TV prior to going to Royces I went to two other shops and they turn me away because they couldnt fix the problem I was recommended to Royces by friend and Royces fix the problem. I havent had no more problems with my TV ever since. I want to go to no other shop other than Royces TV. I will recommend this shop to anybody that is reading the review.

The Store Manager is honest and awesome. His customer service is great and very direct/ straight forward in explaining what the issues are and the best solutions. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you Mr. Howard !

Howard is the best and he has outstanding customer services skills. He is honest and he will tell you if your tv is fixable or not. He is a people person and his prices are really reasonable,wont break your pocket.i will recommend him to everyone.

Another great experience with Royces TV this past week. I got a beautiful new 55 TV and Howard installed a HD cable antenna so I could get channels for free...without paying for cable! Every time Ive come in or have called Royces TV they are always professional, helpful, and never steer me wrong.

Had a 72 TV that 2 other shops told me was unfixable. It had white spots that made it unwatchable. Was pretty resigned to having to buy another TV when I was referred to Royces TV Sales and Service. The owner, Howard, fixed my TV and for a reasonable price. Service was also pretty quick! Thanks, Howard!

Took my TV in for service. Was told that it was repaired and charged me over $250 dollars. I took the TV home and the same problem was still happening. Took it back and was told that they would check to see what the problem was. Received a call a couple days later saying the TV was working now. Took it home and again the same problems was still happening. I paid over $250 dollars for nothing. Stay away from this place because they lie and still never fixed my TV! Terrible terrible experience.

Ive used Royces for TV repairs for years and had always been extremely satisfied with their thoroughness and pricing, but I was more than pleasantly surprised to use Groupon and EBates to reduce the already great price on a new set! Some Jamaican guy was rude with me over the phone because I asked whats the process for the repair and do I get back my down payment of 60$ if I feel the TV is not worth being fixed. I wouldnt spend a dime penny or niclel here at this business.

He is very reasonable with his prices. He has a customer for life.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, i just called to ask a question and the man was yelling for no reason .. i asked can he fix my tv screen and he kept saying ITS NOT WORTH IT IM NOT FIXING A 32 inch and wasting my time ....... the tv was my toddler daughter tv and he wasn’t being professional, helpful, or nice DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!!!
