The service at highlands ranch knee scooters was amazing! I had a recent foot surgery that I was going to have no weight on that foot for 6 weeks. I was able to rent a scooter on the same day I went if for my 2 week check up. I was nervous because I wasnt sure he would have a scooter that would fit me (63, 265lbs) I need one that I could ride around on grass and a hill because Im a youth football coach and he had 1 that was perfect for me! He will help you find the one that will work the best, feel the best and fit your needs. I tried to practice on crutches and thought Id either land on my face or butt! The knee scooter was the best after toe surgery. And Bens process is smooth, easy and professional from the fitting you to the best scooter for you to the payment and receipt for my insurance! I had Achilles surgery and the convenience of the knee scooter was worth every penny of the monthly rental.Initially I was going to buy one, wait for the shipping, have the kids help assemble, and then go through the hassle of selling, but this was way better.Ben made sure it fit my height and went through the steps on how to break it down if you needed to transport. I have a lower level and was able to easily hop down a couple of steps on my good foot and lift it to the lower level.It made getting around the house manageable and not having to rely on the family for every need.

So easy to work with. Plenty of different types and colors to choose from.More importantly, prices are less than half the cost of medical supply companies.

The people at this shop were awesome my wife went and picked this up the day after my surgery payment and set up were a breeze. After breaking my foot, I didnt know how I was going to get around and wasnt feeling confident maneuvering with crutches. This was a life saver! After my ankle surgery, I kneed-ed a scooter to help me get around but didnt want to buy one (and then have to re-sell or donate it). They make it extremely easy to rent, pay, pickup and drop-off. For $10 a week, its a great deal! The flexibility to keep it longer depending on my recovery was so helpful. So when I had a second ankle surgery, I called them up again and got myself another one!
