We went to check out cats to adopt. It was a thorough but not complicated process to go through adoption. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We ended up adopting a mama and her daughter!

We always have great experiences with the Grooming Department at this location. Amber and Maggie are among the exceptional cadre of groomers! Bandit has a great time at the Spa and loves all the special attention from everyone!

The store is clean and organized, there’s usually someone to greet you to either point you in the right direction or get help, which I think was a brilliant idea. I’ve gotten some fish from here- tanks seem clean and prices are reasonable. The only thing I didn’t like (and could be all pet smart stores) but the online price is lower than store price. They should be on the same page, and it’s annoying to have to ask them adjust it for you. Just my 2 cents!

The blond boy (Cameron?) in the fish department was super knowledgeable and friendly! He went beyond what usual fish department employees know. I really appreciated the info and advice he gave!

The cashier Caitlin was so awesome tonight, She told me about a promotion going on where if I downloaded the app and logged in I would be able to get an additional $20 off my purchase. She also showed me that I had coupons to use in my Petsmart account and made sure they got applied. Stellar customer service

It was our first time doing Doggy day care and I couldnt recommend this location more! We were in from out of town and kept our Catahoula there during the day they wore her out which is hard to do!

I just took in my 50 pound Labrador mix to get his nails cut and filed. I’ve always taken him to vets before because he’s very skittish. However, this time I tried Petsmart. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I made an appointment the same day. And it took maybe 10 minutes max. Smooth and simple process and Shae was *fantastic*. So great in fact, next time I need to get my dogs nails cut I will specifically see when she is working. She cut them at a perfect length and had no hesitation with my skittish dog. You could tell she was very comfortable in her job & great at what she does. On that note, I request Petsmart adds an option to tip groomers when using a credit card.

Store is well stocked with very helpful employees and more competitive pricing than most other PetSmart stores. The checkout process was also easy and they have contactless payment options which are nice from a security, convenience and health-related aspect. This will be my go-to PetSmart moving forward when I must drive to a physical retail store.

Clean. Well stocked. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Every visit Ive had is pleasant. Employees are eager to help, inform, suggest, and answer questions.

This is a very nice, clean, well organized store. However, I went there to get some dietary cat food, but they dont have any dietary pet food because they dont have a Banfield clinic inside the store. There is a small stand-alone Banfield clinic two doors down from the Petsmart, but they only carry a very limited supply of dietary pet foods. Bottom line, its a very nice Petsmart store as long as you dont need special dietary food for your pet. Theres plenty of parking and the store is fairly easy to find.

Went in specifically for dog houses as online it said they had the two models we want to look at in stock. The lady told us to try other stores and then refused to look any further. She advised it must be an online only item and when I tried to advise her that their store showed them in stock she refused to even look at it and said i would probably have better luck at a different store. Glad this petsmart was not in our neighborhood and will never step foot into it again.

Exceptional experience with boarding my cat overnight as well as taking my dog to doggy day camp. Very friendly employees. Spoke to Erin on the phone today to schedule camp for Hamilton and she was top notch, she even let me know we had vaccinations expiring next month which was so helpful. Store is always neat, well stocked, and has up to date inventory that changes with the season. Huge toy section for dogs is a bonus! Prefer this location over a location closer to home with the added amenities offered.Edited to add, I was very afraid that my dog would be naughty when he first attended camp and they were so patient with me. He did great and had no issues, I am certain due to the care he received while there. Its also very affordable, they remove some of the frills offered at the fancy camps and I appreciate that. My dog is honestly genuinely happy just following people around. Most up-charges at other camps are for the human more than the dog!

Our dogs really love the care that Brie gives them when they go in for grooming. They are always happy to see her.

Great selection. Terrible service. They act friendly enough but when it comes to actually doing something they would rather stand around in groups. The Fish department is decrepit and always full of dead fish and algae. No one wants to work there it seems. I get that everybodys busy with the cuter puppies and kittens and whatnot but the fish section is huge and its Rundown through neglect. On weekends this place is absolutely crowded with dogs and lousy owners, with no control. Avoid if possible. The people who live in this area are highly self-absorbed and self-entitled. Find another pet store or go during off hours.UPDATED: 05/20/2021I dont know why I keep giving them chances. Nothing has changed. I went by the store because my lady wanted to get something, real quick on our way home. I finally chased down someone to help us in the fish department. Dead fish everywhere. I wanted shrimp and a few red claw crabs. He got them for us no problem, for once I wasnt shorted on shrimp, but two out of the three crabs had limbs missing, and one had a claw missing. When I noticed, he apologized and offered me half off. Yeah no thanks, a crab with even one leg missing would die and get eaten by almost all the other crabs. Unbelievable, these self-entitled Highlands Ranch kids.

This location threw me off at first with its layout, but it was super organized and we had a great associate help us here! WES - thank you for helping us find the perfect dog food and answering all our questions! You are very educated and am glad to of had a great experience. I live in Parker and would be willing to drive back to this location just because of that! Thank you again!

This review is for the grooming area. I will not be back. I am not yet decided on it that is only for the grooming or if its the rest of the store too. I brought my dog in she is approaching 11 months old. Cinnamon loves other dogs but I have not had the opportunity to get her as socialized with other people as I would have liked. I explained this to the groomer and the groomer grabbed one of ther leashes walked up to my dog not getting down to her level and attempt to put the leash on without even saying hi. She did not even speak to Cinnamon. Cinnamon became nervous and scared and began barking at the groomer. The groomer claimed to be scared for her safety and declined to preform the bath and brush. This is NOT how you approach new animals. I will not be back.

This is a beautiful place. I used the self dog wash with ease. And the staff was very helpful since it was my first time. The store is beautiful and new. My dog had a great experience!!! And so did I!! We bought a few new toys and some new food and water dishes they had a great clearance on!!! I will defiantly be coming back!!! I love the atmosphere!!!

My daughter is interested in snakes. One of the employees here, Lore, helped show her different snakes and go over what she would need to. Care for them.I was impressed by her knowledge and how well she was able to explain things, to us and our 9 year old. We really appreciate her help.

PetSmart has always been my choice in shopping for my pets, and recently doggie daycamp for my one year old ( she has been twice). However, after trying to make a reservation for day camp for my 4 month old I dont think I will support this company. She had just received all her required vaccines, and I was hoping to get her started with socializing with other dogs and people. Apparently this company has breed restrictions though. 🙄 How you can be a pet store with breed restrictions is beyond me.So needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Somewhere where both of my dogs are welcomed.

I was shopping for some dental products for my dog and was immediately greeted with a smile and assistance. They had exactly what I needed. I also have used their dog wash and their doggy daycare. Our experiences have always been positive.

Took my maltipoo in for a bath and a haircut and from the moment we walked in it was terrible. The lady named Bree was rude when i asked if i could pay online before pick up, criticized my dog than being longer than the average maltipoo and was not gentle with my dog at all. She grabbed her by the leash and yanked her to the back room. My dog is now traumatized and refuses to go near that place. Word of advice for petsmart: hire employees who respect and like dogs.

We have been using their Doggy Day Camp for a year now and love it. Our pup gets so excited to go. They take great care of him and he always comes home tired from playing all day!

Always nice coming to this location. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. We had just gotten our puppy and they helped us out with getting everything we would need for the first couple of days. They have a great deal on a new pet coupon book. Prices are fairly competitive with other pet stores.

Absolutely horrible grooming experience. The groomer I dealt with was beyond rude and I would not trust leaving my dog in her hands. Walked out and will never be back which is sad because I frequent this location often for dog/cat food and supplies.

We have over 20 tanks.. And this place has been so helpful with products.. Ive had 4 heaters go out in 24hrs and they were very quick to fix the problem.. I only know few of the names but Wes and Bailey are great as well as everyone there bad with names.. But this is the best petsmart ever love these people great workers clean .. Thank you

Blake was awesome!! Im so glad that this location opened up close to my home. Both my visits there have been fantastic. Very clean and professional store. Blake a manager at the location, has been more than helpful and the definition of professional. This is my new pet store to frequent. It has a huge selection and variety, especially with what seemed to be at first a small store. I would definitely recommend it!!

Nice store and I am sure they will do well. However, I voiced a complaint to them about my self-service bath experience. I prefer doing my negative comments in private. But, after about 5 days, I received a return email from customer service that they forwarded this onto appropriate management. Another two weeks has gone by with no response. So, I will share some of my poor experience at its self-service wash. First, the tubs dont drain well, causing them to overflow onto the floor at the bottom of the door. Since they dont assign anyone to watch over the area, I left the room to get someone. That person checked to see if it was hair plugging the drains. Quickly she determined it was not and I was told it was a design flaw. OOPS. Guess it is okay for the floors to get flooded and people/pets possibly slipping and falling. Hope that floor drain doesnt get plugged and the water ends up on the store floor! Also, like I mentioned, no one was watching over the space. At other self-service washes I have grown accustomed to having people watch over the space, answering questions, making sure it goes well and getting the right grooming supplies. When done, the next dogs were coming in without the area getting cleaned or prepped for the next dogs. Are customers supposed to clean up after themselves? If so, that was not made obvious and at other self-service washes, that is not the case. The line to pay to get access to the wash was also unorganized. Line says enter here, the grooming register is in that row. But apparently, if paying for grooming, you are supposed to go right to the grooming register and bypass the enter here line? I got bypassed by three dogs by standing in the the Enter here line. Bottom line, go elsewhere for a self-service wash until this place gets its act together. Its a new store, so hopefully they will.

Nice new PetSmart with lots to chose from. Prices seem to be the same compared to other stores in the area. Friendly staff. Didnt get to use their other services (dog wash, new doggy day camp, etc) so I dont have much to say on that end.Less busy than the Park Meadows location so thats also a bonus.

Not impressed at all with this particular store. The stores layout is terrible inside and out. It doesnt at all seem very inviting to me. The only real visibility into the store from the outside is through the double glass sliding doors and those doors dont let you see much as they are kinda isolated, not where you would expect them to be. Otherwise it seems like its all bricked up and I dont think a retail establishment should be so closed off from the outside world like that. The inside should be clearly and easily visible from the outside... like they want you to see the products they are proud to sell. Previously, when this building was a Michaels store, it wasnt all bricked up if front like that. I walk into this building now and immediately feel like I want to leave. I live about 45 seconds up the street from this store but I dont think Ill be returning here. Whoever designed this store, inside and out, failed miserably.

Took my 2 dogs in for a bath and they look great!!! The both hadnt had a bath since Christmas and were shedding awful. When I picked them up they are both very soft, all the undercoat fur that was sticking out everywhere is gone. Kristina and Shaylee were awesome. Shaylee got my Chow Mix and spent 15 minutes just brushing him out before his bath. Will definitely be back!! Great, friendly service.

Let me start with this. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE! Walked in to pick pick out some fish with my 12 year old son. We decided on two rainbow fish. I told him to be a big boy and ask for help getting the fish while I used the restroom. When I came back he was standing by the door. I asked him what he was doing and what happened. He told me he asked a worker for two fish and the worker asked for ID to make sure he was over the age of 18. Obviously he wasnt but he said Im not old enough but my dad is in the bathroom Ill get him. The worker apparently told him to leave the store because he wasnt falling for that one again and walked him to the door. I will never shop here again. I recommend using any other store over this place. Rude and disrespectful

Nice, new store! We have visited a couple of times to pick up fish supplies. Our last visit, we purchased some fish. The employee who helped us was super friendly and gave some great advice to beginner fishkeepers! We will be back frequently, and love that we have another option besides Petco close to home!

BLUF: The staff at this location are amazing!I have been a customer of Petsmart since getting my dog 8 years ago and, having moved a lot with the military, I have experienced many Petsmart locations. This one is the best, by far. Its not as big as some others, but it is always clean and the staff here never fail to put a smile on my face. There is a young gentleman who works at the front of the store (I need to catch his name one of these days) who is the most friendly and helpful presence. I never knew picking up a bag of dog food could be such an enjoyable errand. I drop my dog off fairly regularly for day camp and the ladies in the back are so great. They know her by name and always fill me in on what antics she was up to in camp that day. This weekend I brought her in for her first grooming appointment at this location and Ariauna did an exceptional job. My pup is clean, her coat looks gorgeous, and most importantly, shes not constantly itching anymore from the dryness and shedding that springtime brings.Simply put, the team here will put a smile on your face and make your experience great. Every one of them deserves Employee of the Month, every month. I am happy to bring my dog here knowing that she is in great hands.

Went to your store today to get Advantix. The display is directly in front of the front door but you have to go to the counter to purchase it. I had to try to explain to YOUR employee what Advantix is, what flea/tick medication is, and had to walk her over to the display to show her. While in front of your front door my dog got away and out the doors. Two employees witnessed this and neither assisted me. True pet lovers. Thanks.
