I had what I believed to be black mold in my basement some weeks after my basement flooded. I called around for a quote and everywhere I called seemed to be extremely pricy and companies were not responsive. I was able to get same day service at a great price. James was out that SAME day to help and has made multiple visits since then to ensure we have been taken care of. James and his team are so friendly, helpful, professional, and extremely thorough. Any questions we had were explained in full detail (and on a level we could understand). He and his team REALLY CARE! They finished the tear down process within one month (now working on the rebuild with another company). By far the best company I have ever worked with, not only for water damage and restoration. We had a leak in December and used a different company and were charged an astronomical rate and had a terrible experience. Talking with James he made our second leak disaster as painless as possible and gave us down to earth courtesy and ideas and how to make the whole process as painless as possible.Would recommend this company over any other for this situation.

James came to inspect previous water damage in a house we just purchased and was extremely thorough walking us through his process. The inspection was free and after spending more than an hour with us he didnt recommend any further action but offered to come back at any point if we had further questions or concerns. He came out in poor weather conditions to examine the roof and the interior leak in our garage. He provided mitigation for the water leak, including fans and heaters to help dry us out. Fantastic Service. James (owner) and Chad (team-lead) were both on-site. Both were personable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Team was here within 4 hours of notification of our unexpected issue, provided prompt analysis of the problem, and had everything resolved and dry within 3 days. I am so grateful I called this company. The owner came out on New Years Day (!!!) to help us mitigate a potential mold problem and water damage we found in our new home. From the very first phone call and in person he was very compassionate and wanted to help us feel safe again in our own home. It is a very emotional thing to go through, and he made us feel so much better. He gave us an exact arrival time, not a window, and showed up on time. He assessed the situation, and curtained everything up so carefully and securely to protect my family. He ran multiple tests; showed us the damage; purged all the damage out and went above and beyond to get it back in shape. He spent 3 hours at our house the first day and another 2 the second day and even double checked everything with an environmental engineer too.
