We have been using this cleaners for many years. The owners are very sweet. They are an organic cleaners and do a wonderful job on our cleaning. They clean my husbands work shirts, my drapes, comforters, coats....just about everything! A little pricey, but worth it! they also do alterations!

Very careful and helpful. They have reasonable prices and are very good about ensuring they remove stains and repair broken buttons. Items are always ready when they say they will be ready. Friendly owners. Ignore that other review and use them.

Im sorry to say, DONT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS - Unless you dont mind having the owner arbitrarily dictating the method by which you pay for his services.I recently discovered this business and was very happy with the cleaning, price and customer service Id received over the past month or so - until today.I stopped by after work to pick up a couple shirts and drop off a couple more for cleaning. A gentleman Id never encountered before (who apparently is the owner) told me he would not accept my credit card for payment and I could only pay in cash. His explanation was that he didnt make any money on credit card transactions. I explained that I wanted to pay with my credit card. And I even offered to pre-pay for the cleaning I was dropping off. He refused.When I starting going there, I was never told of any policy of a minimum amount for credit transactions, my credit card has been accepted for payment every time until today, and there is no visible notice that I am aware of indicating there is a minimum amount for credit transactions. If he doesnt believe he makes any money on credit card transactions, perhaps he should build the transaction cost into his overall price - or simply not take credit cards at all.I asked if he was willing to lose a customer over this. His response was telling me to take my cleaned shirts (without paying) and then pushing the shirts I wanted to drop-off back at me telling me he didnt need my business. Ok. He wont get it any more. And Ill be telling everyone I know this story and recommending they dont give him their business as well.If you like patronizing businesses that have absolutely no customer focus, then by all means take your laundry there.

Stay away. I moved in to the area a little over 2 years ago and these guys are close to my house. I have used them consistently over that period for my families clothes. Both my wife and I are business professionals and use dry cleaning services quite a bit, and full load about once per week. They are friendly but have a serious inventory control problem, meaning clothes go missing. At first I thought it was me, and that I was misplacing suits, shirts, sweaters, etc. Event hough that has never been a problem for me. At one point about 9 months ago I knew they had lost a business suit and I went in to have them find it. The woman, owner I think, went through every piece of clothing hanging in the store and could not find it. Fast forward 9 months, I went in early to pick up 7 pieces ( I now keep every single receipt showing when and what I dropped off) and magically 30 plus pieces of clothing materialized with the current order. Some of these clothes my wife had been missing for a year and a half. I was glad to get them back, and thought maybe they had figured things out. Today went in and 4 pieces of clothing magically werent there. The hard part is that they are not open to this and will do everything to prove you wrong. However, based of the results, they do not have control over their inventory, and they are not open to seeing it. Also- generally speaking they do a good job on clothes except for mens dress shirts. They are consistently shrunken.... Im done.
