Very friendly and was a smooth process gave me a very clean sanitary Corolla still had X M radio made me want to upgrade my car and glad to see how cars are advancing. Also was hard to leave a great conversations and caring people are hard to come by. Last payment was easy and even though I paid for the gas option Carol let me go fill it to save money.

This is my sixth trip to Denver in last two years and we have always used other rental companies but budget offered a better deal so we thought we would try them. . We had to make a change to our reservation last minute and at first I was a little upset I was not able to get hold of someone at the site directly. Your calls get routed to a corporate answering service. They made the change quickly and accurately without hassle. It was very easy to pick up my car and I wasn’t pressured to add features and the staff at the counter Boots was friendly and efficient. Looking back it was definitely better to have the calls routed so the counter staff didn’t have to answer calls while dealing with a customer as with other rental companies.

I searched all the rental companies. Budget had the best price. The staff at Budget is friendly and helpful. Budget is a little tricky to find unless you know they share a building with Avis.

These people are trashy and unprofessional. They didnt have a single vehicle ready to go and needed cleaning in the afternoon and they werent even busy. Then they run my card which caused a block. When I get the block off,they claim they cant win it again in 24hrs. Then when I offer to have a card eun over the phone, she claims it has to be swiped, which is a bold face lie, since I did it last year. So Im stranded w no vehicle, because of their unprofessionalism.

Ive rented here many time for business and personal purposes, and can say that the owners of this franchise are committed to clean cars, superb customer service, and on-time performance. The prices are consistently reasonable, and theres no reason I wont be back.

Certainly the best price but worst customer service. Agent had attitude would not let me finish a sentence. admitted there was a problem between online and their paper work... i booked unlimited miles... thats not what they had, even though i called to confirm 2 days before the trip. i also changed the pick up time, the car wasnt ready. they were supposed to call when it was ready but never did. It was ok. We found a delightfully pleasant, accommodating agent at Enterprise. Horrible experience at Budget on the day of our trip.

I rented a car from this location and the change oil light was on. I called and this particular location had no cars available for me to switch out. They sent me to the next closest location with cars for me to switch mine out, which was still a 40 minute drive in rush hour traffic. I went to the counter at the other location and the lady refused to switch it out for me even though there were tons of cars in their lot. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Should have learned from the previous experience with this place but it was the closest budget location. Sayran is a complete jerk and not friendly at all. You also have to watch as he will try to give you a model for the cheapest car even if you pay for an upgrade. They will also try to scam you by adding a MISC charge when you get return the car. Be very careful and check your bill. SCAM Alert for sure on this location.

Best service that I ever got in the US!!

I reserved a car 3 days in advance and went to pick it up and they had given the car to someone else. Meanwhile I waited in line for an hour to find this out. Because it was Sunday, all other locations were closed and our trip was ruined
