Be aware of this agent ! If I could give him zero stars I would. I tried getting ahold of him multiple times to cancel my policy however he was unresponsive. I kept getting billed every month for services that I did not want to pay for. Once he finally stopped billing me, charges magically appeared on my credit card account two months later. I ended up canceling my credit card so he would stop billing me. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as Eric apparently only cares about his monthly commission that he get from his customers than actually helping them.

Eric Mathews State Farm is a great agent! State farm has always been good to me so I try and stay with them if I can. So when I found eric he was so helpful, professional and accommodating. The staff there is simply amazing!! I cant say enough good things about Ana. She is outstanding! She has been with me since day one two years ago and has been so helpful, understanding and patience with me even though Ive been a pain in the neck the hole time lol. I love these people. I recently got engaged and needed a policy that covered my new ring. Turns out that the policy was cancelled in October (four months ago) because Eric never sent over the appraisal - which I sent to him numerous times. He ignored all of the notices saying the policy was going to be cancelled if he did not send the appraisal AND all of my phone calls requesting that he send it over. I finally started with a new agent today, who said he will need to start from scratch on my personal property policy. What a waste of time.

Eric is always responsive, timely with any request and caring.
