Detail was great, customer service not as great. They didnt call when it was ready. Estimated time was 4 hours but I called them after 7 hours and they said it had been ready. I think they lost my contact info. The detail itself was very well done though. Also, I didnt realize until after I left that they had broken my license plate frame. That would have been worth mentioning...

Called around looking to get windshield crack fixed. Only place that answered the phone. Receptionist was very nice. Drove down and cracked fix immediately and well. Everyone was nice. Will definitely try going there for other car needs.

Great job! Fast as well. Plus, they even vacuumed up the crumbs that always land between my seat and the console without asking.

Cleaning was mediocre and about worth the price I paid. However they put a DEEP and noticeable series of chips on my drivers side door...all the way through the paint! Ive never seen a chip so bad from a carwash. Its like they cleaned it with a screwdriver. Im really upset and will never, EVER return.

Walked in on Dec. 23, 2020 with a reservation. But they are closed today for the next 3 months. They are doing renovations. Website still taking reservations but they are not open.

Not what I expected. Full interior detail was spendy., I never expect to point out areas that were over sprayed and not wiped down. Spots on the main running boards were not wiped off. Carpets were soaking wet. I dropped it off at 9amwhen they opened and showed back up at 2pm. No one called and I assume they never would have.Fellas doing the work were happy to finish what they missed but attendant checking us in and out was not happy to be there. I asked if they could vacume the headliner and they said no, just wipe it down .$160.00 full interior detail and cleaning was not what I expected.

We just moved across the country so our car was pretty disgusting after our long trip. Then we adopted a puppy who gets car sick. So our car was extra disgusting. We were seeing $200+ prices so when we saw that Magic Rabbit started at $125 and capped at $155 for interior detailing we decided to give it a try. Our expectations were low... And then when they told us it would even be even less than what we saw on the website we were even more skeptical. But our car looks and smells absolutely amazing! We are so pleased with the price and the results, we will definitely be back. Also the staff was really nice too!

I had asked if they had only detailing on the inside and the employee kept trying to push me for the whole car. After I heard the prices I decided to look other places. The employee hung up on me after I said wow that price is up there. He was very rude.

My car was detailed on July 3, 2020. When I arrived I was asked to complete a questionnaire with one of the questions askinf would you like your engine cleaned and I circled yes. I picked my car up they instructed me to leave my windows down as my seats were still wet ( more like soaked) that took 2 days to dry but okay. I getvmy car home leave windows down and walk around my car to inspect everything looks okay and then I open the hood to inspect and to my surprised everything is dirty not only didnt they clean my engine but its obvious that they didnt even look under the hood because there were leaves still in there. I called and left a message however today is Wednesday, July 8, 2020 and not so much as a phone call back. Im very disappointed in the lack of professionalism they have shown considering the amount they charged me.

First had our 2005 Lexus detailed and they did an excellent job, inside and out including the engine. Since that was so good, I took my 2011 F150 to them and it was also done great. I feel like Im driving a brand new truck. Very well done jobs. Detail is the right description.

The entrance is horribly marked and theres no signage anywhere. The employees are pretty indifferent and not super friendly and there were definitely spots on the exterior and interior that I saw were missed right away. Its fine not great.

Fantastic job Magic Rabbit Car Wash!!! I love the new exterior express lane! Its very convenient when I am in a hurry to pull up and pay right there for my outside wash. I was able to stay in my car the whole time and drive it through. When I came out the tunnel they were quick to dry it and good quality!

Paid for the most expensive car wash to come back to get my rims cleaned properly which I feel is one of the more important parts of a car wash. Came back and they “cleaned” them again. I went home and cleaned them properly in 5 minutes. I expect a clean car and rims for $40

New to the Highlands Ranch area. Used to go to a place downtown but quality went down. Now that Ive moved I tried Magic Rabbit carwash and notice a familiar face who ran the downtown carwash. Santiago is the manager and has a great crew working under him. They are quick, have great customer service, and most importantly take care of my car. They also have the most convenient exterior Express lane Ive seen around. They allow me to pull up to an exterior lane, I can pay outside and drive my own car through the wash and get it dried all while staying in my vehicle through the process! Highly recommended!

I had a spill in my car a year ago. I called this location to see about a spot shampoo for the spill area. A man said they charge $65 for that, so I took my car there and they cleaned it for $65. I had another spill on Saturday, and I called to see if the price was still $65 for a spot shampoo. A woman on the phone said they have no idea what they will charge until I bring in the car. I believe they now want to get a look at you and your car to see how much they can charge you. If your exterior is dirty its the same price to clean every car. They should have the same price policy for cleaning the interior. If your car is dirty, they do an ok job washing it. If your interior needs cleaning, take your car somewhere else!

I took my mother in laws truck to get it washed because it was nasty. Like seriously the floor was covered in dirt and stuff. Please understand how bad it was seriously... it was bad. They took their time and cleaned her truck 3 times and kept vaccuming it to make sure it looked nice. Im not making this up, her truck was so bad. Hair spray was everywhere, it looked like a cheap tint from inside the car. Thanks Magic Rabbit.

I have 3 cars I take there all the time, a BMW, Audi and Suburban. I get one of the biggest packages before every road trip on my suburban. I think its called interior supreme. Theyve always done an excellent job. I had windows tinted on the BMW, and they look amazing. My Audi is old, so I had the headlights restored, and they look like new.

Have used this business three times now to get their highest level interior cleaning and exterior wash. Its really close to having your car detailed. The attention to detail is excellent. Be sure to save your receipt, in case it snows or rains within 48 hrs of your wash. Great prices, really fast washes, and friendly people.

My brother returned my car after the Super Bowl party. My stupid brother threw up inside my car but tried to cover it up. He did a horrible cleaning job and I could smell the vomit. Denver area experienced several days of sub-zero temperature. I called around and Magic Rabbit is the only place that answered its call. I had no choice but to take it there. Even though the weather was bad, they had a few cars in the detail bays. The manager Shirley told me that they are well known for their auto detailing and won some awards. She went out of her way to assist me and picked me up from work when I could not find a ride. I did a thorough examination with her after they finished the job. Wow, they did an excellent job!! My car looks like new and the smell is gone. With such a great service and wonderful job that they did to my car, they have earned a repeated customer.

Paid to have front mats washed. They ended up stinking up the car for days. Had to wash and scrub by hand, dump entire box of baking soda on them. What a pain... all for mats that i wanted spruced up. Never again

Metro Denver has a once in a lifetime rainfall last week. I waited a little bit too long to clean the water spots on my specially equipped Lexus SUV. I heard about Magic Rabbit through a friend and gave it a try. The manager checked out my vehicle and said I can fix this. I had a good feeling right away. The manager said it was going to take them 3 hrs. or so. I didn’t have anyone to pick me up. So the manager drove me to the mall and then picked me up when the car was ready. That is what I called great service. When I picked up my vehicle, I could not believe the beautiful job this shop did. The van actually feels like it runs better. Im Very Happy!

I pulled in and thought it no..........what a long line and I drove almost an hour and a half because a good family friend suggested it, but within a few seconds the greater glanced over and let me know that he noticed me. A few moments later he was at the window and was very helpful in explaining the wash and detailing services, I decided to get the supreme. I asked th young man about how long it would take yo complete my wash and he quoted me a time of 35 or so minutes. I soon realized that while he was helping me we already next in line to be vacuumed 27 minutes later............sir your car is ready. When I arrived a different employee greeted me as he was touching up a few drop marks from under my mirror housing as he explained it to me and said thank you do joining us today. I looked and even noticed that the crew of employees seemed to be happy to be working and when I asked the one guy to wipe a few spots down that I thought could use just a little TLC for me the employee didnt catch a name but he has dreadlocks said not a problem with a smile and went back to it for a few seconds. All in all I spent under 40 the wiped down the interior finals, and plastics...... plus conditioned my leather seats with a great wash on the outside and special attention to detail (wiping off the small water droplets from the mirrors) made me feel like I was on top of the world and seeing your reflection in the shiny paint (due to the flashwax) lets you know youve been to a great top tier wash. And I left with the feeling that the ticket man cared about my vehicle and fulfilled all of my expectations and then some. way to go magic rabbit wash. Keep up the great work I have already started recommending this place to everyone and let them know this is the place to go for value quality and when your short on time its worth the shot I was impressed.

Ive been to multiple car washes and this one is the best by far. I went to get a full service wash and was pleased to see the end result when not only did I get the full service wash but extra done. The workers were friendly and made sure that I was happy before I left, definitely plan to go back.

My car came out dirtier than when I came in. When I asked about it, no one spoke English so I waited 10 minutes for a “manager” to speak with. He also spoke broken English and was extremely rude. He had zero interest in listening or fixing the situation. I will never return to this car wash. They are also more expensive than every other car wash in the area.

I used this place on Friday for the most expensive wash and waxing. I was charged over $100. Simply put, I was not satisfied with their service. After I came home, I had to spend over 30 min to wipe off dirt and dust inside and outside. It was as if they went for the world record in time. I am feeling silly having given the amount of the tip. I hope they improve their service so that they will CLEAN rather than just going through the motion. Im not sure if I go back there again.

Horrible Experiences the past two times!!! I am totally disappointed in the way they handled breaking something in my car. The manager told me he would be getting into contact with me and took my name and number and I have called 2 times since as well and NO call!!!Beware you really are at your own risk of someone breaking anything in your vehicle it will not be taken seriously and you will get no compensation for your property!!!!!

I used this car wash fir years . Service is going down . $50 you expect better water marks all over my truck vacuum is so bad never gets back floor . Used to be good but service sucks and if you say something make you feel like your being rude about there work . Dont go there as much in less I have to but I need my truck clean for clients. I have heard lots of people saying its getting bad service and rude works that always say yes yes but dont do work its sad . You feel bad, upset and mad when you have to do it with there rag or ask them to redo . Sorry but truth

Paid $50 for wash and mini detail. Mini is right! When I went to drive away, none of the items they said would be done were. Spots inside and outside on windows, steering wheel still dirty. Asked several times to redo. Go to Jazz cat wash instead and get much better service for less money. Ralph Shomp uses Magic Rabbit. Youd think it would be a quality place. It isnt.

Worst Manager and irresponsive, we just paid 110$ for the shampoo wash but still the seats remains unclean and when reported manager said this can be done to this extent, i would have done on my own for this stupid car wash shampoo. If this is not addressed properly i would post my complaint in all review channels about this worst service. First treat your customers good.

I used to use Magic Rabbit for washing my fleet. Not only did they consistently do a poor job of washing and detailing, they double charged my credit card for $300 and didnt even have the courtesy to assist in making it right. Im very disappointed in the service and specifically Shirley the manager. Im disputing the charge, but it doesnt make up for the lack of courtesy. I do not normally write reviews but the service here was bad enough that I wanted to make others aware, especially those with fleets. Now I use Suds Factory and they do a phenomenal job.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Had a gift cert for $200 for a complete detail (which is what they quoted my husband when he bought it) They then said it was $240 for the complete detail. When I returned to pick my car up the had not cleaned off the front of the car with bugs. There were bugs still all over the front grill and side mirrors. They also had not cleaned the side of the car where tar had splattered on it. When I looked the car over and brought this to their attention the woman blamed me for not telling them about the areas that needed cleaning. You would think that a complete detail meant ACTUALLY cleaning the vehicle. So the guys came to clean the car and used a scratch pad that is used for dirty dishes. I asked them not to use that because it will scratch the paint and clear bra on the car. They said it will be fine and ignored me. This list goes on and on, but the bottom line is do not take your vehicle to this business. THEY DO EXTREMELY POOR WORK, HAVE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A DISHONEST PRACTICE!

A long winded review is not needed. My wife took our SUV to be washed. End result after $25, not good. Took the car back the next day and the guy at check-in could give a rip. Show him the areas missed inside and out. RAINCHECK... outside wash only. Wrote RC on my receipt and threw the receipt at me and turned his back on me. No exaggeration. The cashier inside apologies for the little Filipino guy at check-in (her description). Yep, thats him. A-HOLE! Manager approaches me and agrees to rewash and redo the $25 wash. Manager personally wipes the car down after the wash. Unbelievable.... still muddy around the windows, trim pieces, bumper. I swear, Im not that picky. Manager was really nice about the situation but I paid for a service and the service frankly sucked. Attitude and wash service. Ill never go back.BTW.... couldnt help to notice the ripped awnings and how dirty the overall condition of the facility was. The place looked like and people acted like a perfect episode for the MSNBC show The Profit. This place needs some help.

Lost my floor mats, never replaced. I went in to have a full detail of my 3/4 Dodge Ram. It needed some work since I had been running it around on a farm for about 6 years. They didnt try to up - charge me and in the end the job that was done was okay at best. Elbow grease people! What ruined the experience was the fact that they LOST all of my floor mats. The manager looked for them for about 20 minutes to no avail. He offered to replace the floor mats immediately with either some that they had in the store or by ordering a factory set. I chose the latter due to the lack of selection for a bigger pick-up. This was all well and good and I can understand that things like this happen, so as long as I had replacement mats it was water under the bridge to me. The problem arose when they called to let me know the mats arrived. I went to pick them up and they were the wrong color. No problem I thought, they can just get them in the right color. When the manager and I went to reorder the owner got involved and was adamant that they were the correct color. When we put them in my vehicle and the mats (black) didnt match was because the carpet (tan) had faded. I told the owner to reorder the mats in the correct color. I went back 2 weeks and a month later and nothing had been done. Use this place at the risk of your cars floor mats.

This wash uses rotating flaps that may cause damage to parts (antennas, trim pieces, bug shields, etc.). My vehicle was damaged in the wash. A chrome trim piece on my window was pulled away and bent. Unfortunately, I did not notice the damage (it was on the passenger side) and the detailers did not point it out to me. When I called later to report it I was told that I had to prove that it happened in the car wash. I asked how to do that and was told that I would have had to report it at the time it happened. I was also told that I should have inspected my car before I left the premises. Seek another establishment for your car washing, and avoid car washes with rotating flaps.

Read the reviews. The only happy Magic Rabbit customers are the ones who got a detailing. If a simple car wash is extremely slow, how long will detailing take? They have a punch card to get your 11th car wash for free. After 4 washes, I threw away my punch card.

I paid 40 bucks for an interior detail.... 40 bucks... as i watched them clean the inside of my suv, they had no routine or pattern to it. They Left dust and in between my seats were dirty. My mats were soaking. All in all... never going back. Dont waste your money

I just paid $50 for the interior supreme car wash and I am now vacuuming my truck myself because they did such a terrible job. They didnt even clean the cup holder well enough to remove the penny stuck to the bottom. Will not ever return and I dont recommend it to others.

I was expecting a little more for a $30 car wash. Exterior clean was ok, interior clean left a lot to be desired. Dash was still dusty in many spots, back window dirty and tonneau cover still dirty. Ill go to metro express next time for a $10 wash and do the interior myself.

Terrible!!! Ive been taking my truck to Magic Rabbit for a year or so and the service has been OK. Today I took my truck in and got it back with a pretty decent sized gash on the side. I immediately had the GM take a look, and while sympathetic, came up with every excuse why there was no way they could have done that. Listen - I know what my truck looked like when I drove over to Magic Rabbit and the gash wasnt there. Its is big enough that it stands out like a sore thumb... something I would have noticed before going to the car wash. Bad rabbit!! Never going back.

My family comes here and so I decided to give it a try. I paid extra for the super wash to have my interior cabin and windows cleaned. The exterior was washed but the interior were untouched, the dash was dusty and windows streaky. I tried to find someone to address the issues but no one was around to be found. As I drove away, several staff members were hanging on the side of the building and left the car wash unattended.

Paid for the highest wash, 45 min later I get my car back. People that paid for the same service well after me got done before me. Very inconsistent service, I would never go back.
