I’ve been a Sublime HVAC ann AirDuct Guild customer for 3 years and have been happy with all the technicians that have been sent out, but Kevin is top notch! He was super personable, knowledgeable, honest and offered great advice! He also kept me in the loop on his ETA with calls and texts, which was super helpful and allowed me to run errands close by while waiting for him to arrive. I am new to the area so I did a google search but chose to call Kevin as he had a 5 star rating and was fairly local. He had a few calls before me but promised to call 20 minutes before arriving. Kevin has a one man operation and is a down to earth, hands-on type of guy. He did a thorough check of the system explaining as he went. He got the heat on and wanted to do a final check on the the thermostat, where he found a loose wire that may have been the true problem all along. Highly recommended!!

We needed to replace the furnace and central air in it. Kevin came out for the initial estimate and was on time, professional, and took the time to go over several options with us. When we had the new system install Kevin also did the installation along with Dave. They were both great. Very friendly, completed the installation efficiently and explained how the system worked in an easy to understand manner. We were highly satisfied with our experience.

I contacted Sublime HVAC Guild for some electrical work. It was among the four companies I had contacted and they had the most reasonable quote so I hired them and Im so glad that I did! Dave did an outstanding job! He found ways to alleviate the need to cut into the drywall - I had multiple areas of recessed lighting installed. He checked-in with me often to make sure he and his team were doing the work how I wanted it, they were as clean as could be, polite, professional, etc. I had him come back for another job about a month later and was very happy with the piece as well. Sublime HVAC Guild definitely deserves their five-star rating. I had them come out to replace my gas furnace and found the whole process as good as you could be expecting. They were quick to return phone calls and emails, and the job was done on. After this experience I plan to use them for my yearly maintenance and any future work thats needed. Dave and Sam came out today, really amazing guys! Sam was amusing enough to squeeze behind our dryer and not disturb the dryer hose too much to access the outlet for their work needs. We are unquestionably recommend using them! Cost was right on-par with other places but the service was remarkable!

Sublime HVAC Guild do decent, straightforward job and only do whats necessary. Dave cleaned and inspected our decade-old furnace and didnt try to scare us in to replacing it, as some other companies have done. He found one part that needed replacement, but still assured us it wasnt urgent. We opted to replace the part to avoid a future issue. It was a pleasure working with him. Keep it up!

I lately devoted in both a new furnace and air conditioning, and I greatly recommend Dave from Sublime HVAC Guild! On the day of the installation - his crew was effectual, outgoing, and they all went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the outcome - but Dave kept me up-to-date throughout the process and only collected payment when the entire project was complete to my satisfaction. I would absolutely do business with Dave and Sublime HVAC Guild again!

Kevin was the specialist that came out to clean our ducts. He was quick, professional, and outgoing. He went above and beyond and gave me tips on maintenance of my system that I could do on my own. He showed me some rusted spots in my ducts that he had scraped, but told me I could further protect them with rust oleum. I highly recommend Sublime HVAC Guild and Kevin - they do quality work and have incredible customer service!

Technician was very experienced, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained what causes heaters to have problems, how to avoid the problems and what to expect from the heater in the near future. Had a malfunctioning furnace. It wasnt producing hot air. I contacted Sublime HVAC Guildand got a response within few minutes. Fast response and very professional and detailed work. Very useful company. Even when they are busy with clients they take the time to listen to your problem and see if it can be solved over the phone. Had them perfectly repair my A/C unit. The service technician called back later to ensure the unit was working perfect, as he would have passed by if it wasnt.

Could not have been more pleased with these guys. I contacted them on a Sunday at 10PM when my AC broke down. A serviceman was at my house by 10:59PM. Problem was detected within minutes and by 11:15PM everything was done. I definitely recommend.
