We went in for a quick trip picking up some 2x2 lumber and screws. We found the items quickly on their neat and well stocked shelves. The 2x2s were bundled in packages of 4 though if you wanted fewer, I would just cut the plastic straps holding the bundle together. I like the fact that they were tightly strapped together because it help keep the wood from bowing but, I think they should have at least some loose pieces available. Not everyone carries a pocket knife to remove the straps and going to look for an employee to cut loose a 2x2 is a time consuming inconvenience. All in all, I like Lowes because their merchandise is orderly, and the store is neat and clean. I dont get that hectic, overwhelmed feeling of finding a needle in a haystack while shopping there vs shopping at HD. The price of my wood was a tad bit higher vs HD but worth it.

Lowes the store is great. But do not order lumber online and expect their truck delivery to be on time or anybody there to actually answer the phone when you call! The order I have been waited on for 5 days still did not arrive, even though I was told Tuesday by a person on the phone that it would be delivered that day (today is Saturday afternoon). On Wednesday I got an email saying it would come on Saturday. Waited around all day for it. Nada. Poor communication, poor customer service. Multiple days waiting around for a delivery that never came. Finally I made an account and logged on to their website to see the lumber is back ordered. If so, why keep telling me it would be delivered? I wont ever order their truck delivery again.

Disorganized as all can be. Misses 3 cabinet deliveries, set up will call, then when you arrive, they spend over 90 minute pulling your order. Were doing the best we can. Hate to see your worst.

Super easy and quick. Needed a new washing machine, Mike told me the one I wanted was in stock, got it, dollied it up to checkout and then loaded in truck. Super helpful and friendly.

I definitely found the plant holders and toilet seat screws I was looking for. Any time I need anything for my house, I can just about find it all here. Thanks Lowes.🙂👍

What type of words should I describe Lowes theyre friendly honestly they dont got the parts that I needed and the things I needed was the piping valves and a faucet honestly if you want parts and that type of order to find somewhere else if you want wood if you want planting go to Lowes other parts find somewhere else my opinion but who am I just some guy

Stood at in store pickup window for a few minutes. 2 female employees came to register and discussed how change each register needed, got a change pouch from that register and then walked away - was never acknowledged. I completely understand not being able to help but at least an acknowledgement that I was standing there would have been appreciated.

Picked up bags weighting 100 lbs each. Ask for help and the response was great!

At the Highland location on Greenspot, Gabriel (with the blue hair) helped me and my fiancé purchase flooring. He answered ALL of our questions and when he rung us up, he suggested opening up a Lowe’s card to get a discount (which we did). He was so friendly and it seemed like he really likes his job!Edit: When we went to pick up our flooring, my fiancé had some trouble getting someone to help him, so he saw Gabriel, and asked him to help, and Gabriel totally saved him.

I got some stakes and rope and potting soil for the garden, water filter for the kitchen, air filters for the AC, exterior caulk for the windows, all in one store. Very convenient.

Had 5 pallets to deliver 1 by 1 to a job site and it took at least 30 minutes for each time the employees had to load a pallet. Mari at Pro Services was very nice and patient but the people loading my truck took forever!!!!

Employees are nice and helpful, they actually seem like they enjoy their job to an extent and actually know where things are and offer help or ideas for projects, parking lot is big so parking isnt an issue and they stock their sleeves consistently so the items you are need are easy to find

Lowe’s is always a great visit when I go. Today I got above and Beyond customer service by Larry. He helped me find a restroom faucet that I saw online. It said that it was only available at store. We couldn’t see it no where. I had given up and told him it was find and went to the rest of my shopping. About 3 minutes later he popped out of no where, he did not just find the faucet he went an searched for us to give it to us! Can you say customer or what?! Thank you !

Lowes is great but they dont give Veterans discounts Thats why I gave them a 4.

Jesse at the highland paint dept. Should be the store manager. The guy went out of his way for over a hour for my paint order. Remind you it was 12, 5 gallon buckets. Then ordered my paint at the apple valley store because I needed 4 more buckets they didnt have. Mind you he checked in the back. Jesse earned my biz away from home depot. Ill be back again and again!

Honestly a really good location, staff are nice but hard to find someone in the right department sometimes with how spread out it can be. Usually well stocked, though online ordering and pickup can be very slow and past the standard time. Not much bad to be said though as its all figured out in the end.

We frequent this store often, and really like to shop there. The store is clean, fully stocked, and have great products for the money. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the current seasonal staff - that in the last month seem like customer service doesnt come with the job..lol. (This doesnt reflect the overall staff though... ) Ive had some great experiences here, and will always use this store for my home needs ;-)

Clean inside, products on shelves were out of stock on few plumbing items. Employees werent around to help the crowd of customers. Grab what you can and try another visit. Working in retail for over 25yrs. Its nice. Even if not needed. When your asked if your finding everything ok? Or need help? Its common courtesy and is what part of customer service is all about! This Lowes is one of the very few Ive been to. Where all the employees are extremely helpful and polite.Everytime I visit for a purchase. Whatever I may need is in stock. Which is a tough feat. With todays goings on.Definitely worth the stop for all your project needs.

Trying to purchase appliances and some furniture cabinets but you have to order them out of stock that takes about a month maybe more cant just walk out of the store with him due to the law of supply and demand I guess Warehouse is our staff full enough to take up the orders

The store was clean, I went through garden and lumber and during the hour I was there no one asked if I needed help, the cashier was on her phone the whole time not paying attention, and when I did ask for help the one person just said Im not sure, sorry and walked away. I use to come to this store all the time and the old crew in garden was so nice. I gave it 3 stars because they had more product then I expected and I was almost able to get everything I needed except a few things I couldnt find.

Its ok. Went there for a washer and dryer this week and floor models were not even in stock. Online they said they were. Ended up paying way more for a model they did have just because I needed a new set quick. The set I have is about 10 years old and has been breaking down. Waited a while to get helped too.

Rarely has what is needed, employees not helpful, and they dont restock shelves. Went for PVC fittings, employee said they were out, but they were just up on the storage shelves. Long lines, and only one or two cashiers.

I was a home depot fan for over 21 years. But recently I found it disturbing how some employees have dropped the ball at the store. I decided to check lowes and I am in love! Store is much cleaner, staff were super helpful and even the lumber here was better than at my old home depot. Time for a new project with lowes.

I usually love Lowes but yesterday was an exception. The microwave oven I had ordered the day before was ready for pick-up so I traveled the 26 mile windy mountain road down the hill to pick it up. A few minutes before I arrived I received a text from Lowes stating that they canceled my order!I went to the store anyway and asked what the reason could be. The clerk at customer service said it was probably because it wasnt in stock. Strange, since the day before, when I ordered it online and paid, the store showed one available. The clerk suggested I go to the appliance section to inquire further. The salesman in the appliance section had another customer, so I waited...for 20 minutes but still no indication that he would finish with his customer soon, or call another associate to help me. I left frustrated and without a microwave or the matching gas range I had planned on adding to my list. I will purchase the same items at Best Buy for the exact same price.

Reasonable prices but what I love the most is the garden dept.

I honestly think I prefer Lowes over home depot. They actually have pieces for wainscoting and aesthetic wood accent pieces. Which Im obsessing over right now. Home Depot doesnt have any pre made pieces at all. Plus I have had better luck at Lowes, with getting an intelligent answer when asking an employee about an item. So 5 stars.

Unhelpful employees, event when I ask for help 2 times

I found my Char-broil grill for $229.The lines were long but they have sense of urgency to get people out.I dont normally shop here, however I looked online for the grill and found my right one there. It was also on display which pushed me to buy it. Had 12 in stock, and that was nice that it was stocked.

Store workers not very helpful or maybe not experienced in their departments

They were really busy with a line out the door with customer service. There was only one person for curbside pick up. I waited in my car for about 45 minutes. I exited my car and went inside. They were courteous and explained to me the hold up. The person who loaded my purchase was very polite and helpful. I know the hold up wasnt on purpose but they couldve called to let me know what was going on. I would still shop at Lowes.

The store manager Jim Riley is excellent. He helped me the other day. You can tell how well this store is run by the quality of the management.

Today at lowes store in Redlands off of 5th street I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. I had them put them in my truck..two employees made me wait over 30 minutes then whined about having to load them, the older man kept stating he couldnt help, the younger guy did all the work while complaining about his low wages.they refused to help me tie them down..stating it is against the law.. I called a friend to help me..I complained to the the manager, but he didnt care, now Im a 70 year old woman.. Ill never go back there..

Terrible shopping experience. No shopping carts in store. Had to get one from parking lot. The mailbox I wanted was on top shelf. No employees in sight to help. Had to climb employees only ladder myself. No soap in bathroom. Signs everywhere say they are doing a lot to keep us safe during pandemic. Start with soap in bathroom! Cashier was very nice at least.

Had more than what Home Depot could provide. Home Depot carries very few fuses for your breaker box. This is a huge mistake to say the least. However Lowes pulled through on a most critical situation health-wise.

Went in looking for a lawn mower. Sean, an employee, guided us through our first time buying process on products, he is knowledgeable in his craft. We went in with one product in mind, came out with a much better product and saved more!Thank you Sean for helping us with our purchase in mowers! We left with more knowledge than we came in with and better products.

Had exactly what I was looking for!

Have visited several times and always find they are out of stuff. Also tried to order a fridge form them and they kept pushing back the delivery date and customer service kept telling me they wouldnt change dates again. It has been almost two weeks after the original schdeuled delivery and I have received no fridge and had to cancel the order.
