I know the reviews are good, but after using them all I can think is the good five star reviews only come from their own family, friends, and influencers. I never leave reviews and by never I mean this may be my first. I would not recommend care cleaning! They are way overpriced for the service they offer. I have had tons of friends and neighbors ask who I use to clean and if I liked care cleaning to let them know. I was not impressed to say the least and have told them all to not use this company. I asked for a quote ahead of time and just was given a standard brochure of their policies, etc. I read through their brochure and what I received was not as expected. To be honest they do a comparable job to most companies quality/service wise, however, they are at minimum three times the cost. I was absolutely shocked the time they said they cleaned my house and the amount they charged me. I know what it takes to clean my house with one person cleaning let alone several people and the amount of hours they put was ridiculous (truly ridiculous). I feel like they are way way overpriced for the service and quality they offer. If you want to overspend go for it. I mean I doubt people who ask for cleaners weekly or bi- weekly spend what they charge and if they do they are spending more than a basic mortgage a month just on cleaners that are average. Also, I am all about the natural products but feel what they use is just water and towels, they couldn’t even tell me what cleaners they use so I don’t even feel like they did a good deep clean. For me I don’t recommend and would never use them again.

I only trust Care Cleaning to clean my home! They always do a phenomenal job, I’ve hired them a few times. This time I was desperate for a move-out cleaning and they fit me in two days before! They do not miss an inch. Inside of cabinets, perfect carpet lines, the bathroom sparkled. Never looked better! I will always use them! Can’t wait for them to clean my new home one day.

Care Cleaning has been awesome! As a full working time busy mom it feels so good to come home to a clean house. And when I say clean I mean clean! We just had Care Cleaning come for the first time, had no expectations, asked them to focus on blinds and living area since I gave them a time frame didn’t think much could be done within that time, and the girls literally blew my mind, they were able to clean my entire house including blinds, baseboards and all that detail stuff, and they were also super sweet and we’re not bothered by my little one that wanted to chat the entire time. They left the house spotless took all the garbage with them, oh and the best part they bring their own cleaning supplies even vacuum. I had the best experience with Care Cleaning. They did such an amazing job. My house was so clean it truly sparkled, my 5 year old even noticed and commented on how clean the house was. While living out of state, I hired them to clean a home I had purchased in Utah County. They came highly recommended but I was highly disappointed. When I moved in, there were crayon marks on walls and doors, caked on messes in a toilet, thick layers of dust on all ceiling fans, things caked on walls like silly string that had not been cleaned off, dirty window tracks, and more. I paid $595 and it was not worth it. The only things that look like they actually cleaned were the bathtubs and stove top. Contacting them was a little difficult too. It took a few days and multiple messages. They did refund $52, and did apologize which is why I’m not giving just one star. But I still don’t feel what I paid was worth what I got even with the refund.

I finally hired Care Cleaning to come clean my house after months of thinking about it and I’m so glad I did! The staff was friendly and quick to get me on their schedule. With 4 small children and a full-time job, I’m so glad I have them to take the load of cleaning off my shoulders. My home hasn’t been this clean since we moved in 5 years ago! Truly amazing. Hire them; you won’t regret it!

We were referred by a neighbor and asked Care Cleaning to deep clean our house after finishing our basement. Our house was covered in a layer of dust and had been neglected on regular cleaning. They were at our house for 5hrs and cleaned every surface. Our house hasn’t been this clean since the day we moved in. We have started scheduling them for a regular monthly cleaning. Definitely recommend for a one-time cleaning or a regular cleaning.

Very poor communication and they rescheduled several times. The cleaning was low quality and overpriced.

I had no idea that move out cleaning (cleaning a home that is 100% empty) with this company ranges from $500-$1,000. Just seems like with a fee like that the customer should be told ahead of time rather than blindsided afterward with such an enormous bill. We had several of the walls repainted before the cleaning and the painter gave an estimate and completed his work within the estimate. Don’t let this company blind side you. If my mother hasn’t just died I would have done my due diligence and checked reviews. I’m not the only one complaining another the move out cleaning fees

The Care Cleaning team was great and so nice to work with. They did a wonderful job! I love that they asked me to check if there was anything that needed to be fixed before they left but everything was perfect!

Carecleaning went above and beyond cleaning my home. I’ve used other companies and was always underwhelmed with the results but both of my neighbors use them and so I thought I’d give them a try and my house was sparkling! It smelt so good and I could tell they were really attentive to all the little things. My bathrooms and floors were immaculate!

I really hate to leave bad reviews and rarely do but I’m so frustrated. Scheduling an appointment took forever, I had to contact multiple times before they responded. When they came to clean my house (which is not big) they took FOREVER! I was charged for 14 cleaning hours (spread out between multiple employees) It cost me 500$ and when I did a walk through after they left there was still dust on the living room furniture and window tracks and blinds were still dirty (even though they said they did them). Other areas were cleaned well but I feel like they wasted time and over charged for the quality that I received.

Literally the worst company I’ve ever used for cleaning! Pretended that they were at my house for longer than they were with more staff than they actually sent. Trying to charge me $1000 for maybe $300 worth of work. Do not under any circumstance use them there’s so many better places out there that give you an estimate before hand and are honest and upfront about how long they expect to be there. They said they were at my house for more hours than what my neighbors security camera showed.

Oh my goodness Care Cleaning was FABULOUS! I was able to talk to someone quickly and about all my needs. My home is updated in the basement but not on the main level so I never feel like my top level looks as clean but WOW they did such an amazing job on baseboards, bathrooms and all the little spaces! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We’ve used another cleaner for years and while they did an okay job I always felt like it could’ve been a little better. I decided to give care cleaning a try and I am glad I did! The service was amazing. The girls came and made my entire house sparkling clean and smelling great (but not overwhelming). They even made my basement pool table neat and tidy! My house is the average sized house built in the 80s. Small bedrooms, small kitchen, small living area. I let them know that I had my sons birthday party later that night at 6:30 and asked if they could be done by then during scheduling. They assured me they would be. Care Cleaning had 4 employees at my house and they took 4.5 hours to clean. They originally wanted to stay an extra 1.5 hours until 6:30 but told them I had a birthday party. They wrapped it up in 15 minutes after our conversation. What in the world would they have done more of for 1.5 hours?? They charged me $465 for this clean. With 4 employees, it shouldn’t have taken that long. Unless you have cameras in your home and can monitor what they’re doing in that time, I wouldn’t recommend them.

I hate writing bad reviews... I contacted them through email and they sent me a check list of everything they do and said “if you would like to continue email us your information” I emailed them my info and they never responded. I emailed them 3 more times and they still didn’t respond. I sent them a DM on Instagram and finally got a response. They asked me when I would like for them to come clean my house and I told them what day I would like them to come. Once again no response and left me on read. I wrote them again and they left me on read again. I wrote them one more time and they left me on read again. They have very poor customer service and I would not recommend them. I would give them zero stars.

Contacted them several times to schedule a cleaning. I’m in salt lake country- but south west. Finally got a hold of someone after emailing several times and was able to schedule a date. The day before they were scheduled to come, someone contacted me and said they didn’t have enough people cleaning the next day and they’d have to reschedule me. I said ok, no problem and asked when they could come. No response for a week. I emailed again asking when they could come. No response. Finally reached out on Instagram to see what the issue was and they said they don’t come to my area. Real professional 🙄. First, don’t schedule with me if you don’t serve my area. Second, don’t put on your website you serve salt lake country and some surrounding areas if you don’t.

I had family visit last week and had 12 people in my house. We had such a blast, but I was stressed about cleaning after they all left. So I hired Care Cleaning to help out! I cannot believe how detail oriented they were!!! Even the hard water stains were gone out of my toilets!!! They were so careful with everything and so respectful of my house. If you read any of the other bad reviews you can clearly see that this isn’t a company that anyone should use they are crooks. Their staff sits in your house and do nothing for half the amount of time that they are there and then they charge you double what they told you they were going to. They have horrible customer service and take no accountability for anything. Unless you have a camera in each one of your rooms do not hire them unless you wanna pay $600 for two rooms to be cleaned it’s cleaned is even a word you can use.

Absolutely do not trust this company with a deep clean, they will rip you off. They took three days to clean a one year old house that we pre cleaned before they got there. They then charged us for three deep cleans.

I’ve used care cleaning 4 times now. I initially received a gift card for their services and have them come monthly now. I’m a mom of 3 kids under 3. I need all the help I can get. They’re always on time and so sweet. It looks brand new when I get home. I always look forward to them coming! Clean products, best quality, and focus on what you need/want done. 10/10 recommend.

Care cleaning has been great! I used another local cleaning company for a couple years and they seemed to always be missing little details. I have been using care cleaning for about 4-5 months now and have been so impressed with them. From the beginning I first noticed how prompt they were. Love Care Cleaning! Attention to detail is superb! If you want an OCD cleaning company, this is it! They bring their own non toxic supplies and use rags that are solely for your home. They’re able to get bathrooms and kitchens sparkling! It must be magic! Pricing may be slightly higher than others, but it’s worth it to me to be able to trust that what Care Cleaning does in my home is what they’d do in their own. Don’t know that I’ll ever use anyone else!

Cleaners were kind and on time, but while I was quoted for a 3 hour window of cleaning I was charged for 6 which meant I paid 2-3 times more than I had expected to. For that cost I expected it to me cleaner and more attention to details. I feel like within that timeframe I could have cleaned just as well. I did find a few spots that had not been cleaned and texted photos to them, which they said they could have someone come back the next day to fix it but I did not have time to let them back into my home. The products they used made my house smell nice but for the cost I will not be using this service again.

The owner Bailey is adorable and gives some really useful tips for cleaning the home with natural products and always has ways for people to purchase what they use. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping other people. I was beyond thrilled to book an appointment with them and they did not disappoint. Her employees were as sweet as could be. They were extremely thorough and had a checklist of items they checked off once it was completed. Our house is spotless and it smells great. I signed up to have them come once a month and I couldn’t be happier about it! I highly recommend them!!

I’m not even sure where to begin... I paid $205 for “1 hour” of listening to 5 girls chat! Ok..they cleaned 2 bathrooms and vacuumed my upstairs.. plus, they charged me for their transportation and rags they used. By far the worst cleaning service we have ever used! Don’t be fooled by their Instagram page! Complete rip off!

Care Cleaning did and amazing job. They were easy to communicate with. Also they were on time and finished quickly and efficiently. My home smelled wonderful and the girls worked hard and were very pleasant.

The reason for my review of Care Cleaning is that I feel the buyer needs to beware. There were a few things about my cleaning that were surprises. The owner sent me a checklist with all of the things they do during a clean. This was very deceiving. The checklist I was given after the cleaning actually stated that the girls had cleaned items that clearly werent cleaned. When I texted (which by the way was the only form of communication I ever had with Care Cleaning) about the items that were not cleaned I was told that I misunderstood the items being cleaned. They cleaned the sinks in the kitchen but the stains remained because they do not use bleach. The checklist showed they cleaned the outside of my kitchen cupboards, yet there were food spills all over them, and apparently when they say clean they mean dust. Baseboards are dusted, not cleaned. It stated that frames were dusted, but was told after the clean that didnt mean wall hangings, only pictures frames sitting on desks, tables, etc.I had them clean my kitchen, master bath, master bedroom, 1/2 bath, living room and family room. I asked them to vacuum the stairs and two landings in the house. This took 4 girls 2 hours and 20 minutes (9 1/3 man hours). For that amount of time my house should have been sparkling but it was not. There were spots all over my glass shower doors. I dont think they were ever cleaned. The Checklist said they cleaned my doors, didnt happen. I took picture of a few of them when I got home and then cleaned them myself and took another picture. They couldnt have been touched at all by the cleaners. The glass tables in my living room had fingerprints on the undersides of the tables.My total bill for this cleaning was $350. For this kind of money and the space that they cleaned my house should have been sparkling. I am 57 years old and could do a better job cleaning my own house in the amount of time they took! I had planned on having them do a monthly cleaning but cant afford a 9 hour clean once a month. Because of deciding not to continue future cleanings with Care Cleaning I was charged the full amount of $35 per man hour.On some things they did an exceptional job, but overall a big disappointment. I really could care less about my shampoo bottles being cleaned. I should mention that the cleaners did come back the next day and attempt to fix the problems that we agreed should have been done better, but overall the clean was much less than my expectations, especially after reading the reviews.I just want people to be forewarned about this company. You may not get what you think you are getting and the amount of time it takes them to do a mediocre cleaning is ridiculous.

This was my first time having cleaners come to my house and the experience was AMAZING! My house has never been so clean! I’m excited to continue using Care Cleaning :)

My house is always spotless when they leave! I can smell the clean when I pull into the garage and get out of my car!!! Super friendly and great to work with! Definitely recommend!!!!
