My entire family goes to the Highland Village location. The staff there is wonderful and they never over treat or over charge (which has been an issue with other dental offices in the area). My youngest is a very strong-willed child and has had several cavities that needed to be filled. The dentists and hygienists have been patient and work with him to ease his anxiety. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a great family dentist.

I always have such an amazing and safe experience with Dental Depot. Their staff is informative, knowledgeable, friendly and walks me through the entire process as they do it. They always keep me up to date on my appointments as well as the friendly staff who will be helping me.

I have been coming to the Dental Depot for approximately a year. Every time I am there everyone is friendly and helpful. Yesterday was no different. I have had lots of work done from replace crowns and implant when all done was perfect. Dr Abbott is the best. He likes to sing 🎶 while working. Hahahah.

The charge for two small fillings even with your dental insurance plan seemed excessive. I would have appreciated a receipt with the procedure listed and the charge. I forgot to ask for 1

My 22 month old daughter loved her experience at Dental Depot! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. She was comfortable enough they were able to polish, floss, and do a fluoride treatment even! In fact, she cried when we left the trains. I have dental anxiety myself, so having somewhere my kid is comfortable means everything to me. I highly recommend this office to anyone, either for themselves or their children!

Dont let the train depot theme fool you....its a seriously, friendly and highly trained dental clinic suitable for all ages regardless of the service required. I know after 15 years of all types of dental work received for my family of 4 beginning with Dr. Kana. From cleanings, fillings and crowns over the years to my first implant today performed by Dr. Abbott (zero pain BTW), I feel compelled to post my first and only review ever...here now! Looking forward to completing the crown on the implant in a couple of months. I am 65 and actually love the trains too!

I felt very comfortable throughout my visit, and totally trust him with my upcoming dental work. I saw Dr Abbott & Keiry today for some dental work. It was honestly one of the easiest appointments Ive ever had at a dental office. The procedure was explained to me & I didnt feel ANY pain. Even when Dr Abbott numbed me (which we all know is the worst part) I felt nothing! Everything went so smoothly & the entire staff was very nice. Recommend 100%. Thank you guys!!

I recently saw Dr. Patel to replace an old front filling. He is an amazing doctor. The shot was super and the drilling was great. I had no pain with anything and the filling is beautiful. He is a brilliant doctor who cares very much for his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone with any type of dental issue. You will never be disappointed. Dr. Patel is the best!

We love the Dental Depot! The staff, hygienists, doctors, and the dental assistants are amazing! We have an easy check-in, short wait, and they always try to insure the clients comfort. My experience at Dental Depot Highland Village was INCREDIBLE. I have a lot of anxiety around dental visits and the hygienist, Hayley, made me feel so comfortable. I appreciated how she walked me through each step, explained everything she was seeing, and she was so friendly! Doc was the same--informative, helpful, and friendly. They were able to get to the bottom of some pain I was experiencing and fix it on the spot. This is the first time Ive walked away from the dentist feeling really good about the experience and ready to go back!

Hayley is the BEST Hygienist I’ve ever had! I highly recommend her. She is gentle and thorough and talks with me plainly about my options. I always leave feeling cared for and my teeth feel great!! No sore gums with her cleaning and I’m so thankful for that. Also, I hate to swallow my saliva and she is very mindful of that for me!!!

My 9 year old bumped his mouth on the edge of a pool and was in a lot of pain. I called the office and told them we had some trauma to his teeth and that we would be there ASAP. When we arrived, the staff was ready and prepared to attend to him immediately. They took X-rays and examined the area thoroughly. Thankfully, his teeth were ok, and the staff was wonderful at reassuring us and giving us a plan of action until our next follow up visit.

I have serious apprehensions about going to the dentist — my experiences have been, well, borderline traumatic — but the staff at Dental Depot did an excellent job at putting me at ease.It may seem silly for an adult, but the Victorian Era train station decor of the facility is certainly an inviting aesthetic, especially when compared to many of the other cold, clinical dental offices around. It’s fun, really, which at least in my case, helped bridge the anxiety and make me more comfortable.The staff is certainly attune to the specific needs of their clients, as evident by how professionally and personally they worked around my neuroses. They told me straight what needed to be done, but not in a way that felt, well, indifferent. It sounded like they were actually invested in my care.The hygienist, Hayley (I hope I spelled it right), was among the people I met at Dental Depot who made me feel comfortable in an environment that has historically been, well, horrifying. She was knowledgeable, sweet, and talked me through every step. Even with tools poking and prodding and scraping my teeth, she did an excellent job contributing to a positive, productive dental experience.I have more work that needs to be done, and I’m happy it’s being done here. I used to think Dental Depot was at the top. The past few years they have gotten to big. There are still a few people that work there that are but most are there to collect a paycheck and in my opinion should be sent for an attitude adjustment. Others are put in place to sell you something you don’t necessarily need.Like I said there are few that are good but the rest I could do without

They are always super friendly and helpful and today was no different. Had a filling replaced and it was super fast and most importantly...Pain Free!

Zero StarsPretty terrible experience actually.1. Dentist was very condescending. Did not take time to understand my concerns or thoughts.2. Front desk girl seemed annoyed to have to assists patients. They were not honest about their pricing.3. The price I was told was different then my receipt.I left feeling defeated and frustrated. I should have know better than to go to a cool place. Off to find another dentist, one who cares about people and oral health, and not just running people in and out.

I had a broken tooth that I had had for about 6 weeks. They got me in right away and got a plan together to get me fixed up. I hadnt been to a dentist in over 12 years and prior to that my only dentist was my uncle. They really made me feel at ease and even had me laughing during a root canal if you can beleive it! Dr. Rosie Nguyen is a joy as a dentist and really has a way to make you feel at ease while in the chair. Finally found my dentist in the area and dont plan on seeing anyone else!

I was very nervous and apprehensive, but prior to being sedated I was comforted with laughs and constant reassurance that I was in the best hands. Dr. Kana and Dr. Patel have both done extensive work on me. My smile is not poster quality but they keep me married. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were excellent with my son.

My 8 year old son has severe anxiety. Dental depot has always been great with him. This past fall they went above and beyond. The dentist was engaging with my son and he also noticed that my son was grinding his teeth and had enlarged tonsils and adenoids. He recommended an ENT for us to see. We made an appointment with the ENT he recommended. While my son didn’t snore the ENT talked about mouth breathing, bed wetting and other signs of sleep apnea. A sleep study was scheduled. Sleep study showed significant sleep apnea and he would need both tonsils and adenoids removed. Surgery was in early January. He sleeps so much better and he is not nearly as hyperactive as he was or as irritable. Lack of sleep can cause a lot of behavioral problems. I am thankful for the dentist looking at the health of my child. Definitely would recommend this facility.
