They generally do great work at reasonable prices. With regard to tire pricing, depending on who you get to help you, you may have to push for competitive pricing. Shop around and take it back to them to beat. Staff is always friendly. Great place for routine service or repairs in addition to tires. Their computer system leaves something to be desired. It doesnt keep you tire details in your order history. That just seems so antiquated.

Terrible experience! Poor customer serviceI took my car there for state inspection. First other shops do it on the spot. They took an hour or two and unfortunately the test didn’t pass and wanted to charge me $80 to change a little $9 bulb. I fixed the issue and had to come back again two times and they said they didn’t had an inspector. Finally gave up and brought it to another shop. They just don’t care about their customers. I’d recommend the Lube Express on Justin Rd and Highland Village Rd. So much better! Great service. Never disappoints.

I wants to give a shout out to the Goodyear service guys. I was told by another not to be named shop that my tire could not be repaired so I called Goodyear and had them order the tire. When I got there they said they could repair it. They would have made a great deal of money replacing my expensive tire but instead repaired it for free! So great to have honest guys out there! Thank you Goodyear!

You always have that feeling that they can tell you that you need something and you just wouldnt know. In this case, I was positive they would tell me I needed an alignment with my tire instillation.Quite the opposite, the manager stated everything was fine...Honest business!

These guys were so helpful with my nail in the tire experience! Danny, Justin and Logan took such great care of me and told me the truth after I spent all day at the dealership, and other tire stores being told something different at each place. They were quick and responsive and took the stress out of a stressful situation. Will be back soon to purchase a few new tires from them :)Thanks team!

When my truck failed inspection they said it was because of the license plate bulb being burned out. They wanted to charge me the book rate of $29.95 to replace the bulb. Thats right, a $3.00 light bulb. I drove to the auto parts store down the street, bought the bulb and replaced it in less than one minute. Id hate to see how they take advantage of the people who believe what these guys tell them. Im sure they love the soccer moms and the little old ladies that use them. Im sure they are easy targets for Goodyear.

We have been taking our car here for years for oil changes. Something must have gone down hill somewhere because we make an appointment, come back two hours later and the car has not been touched. Had to go somewhere else. Just went there today again to give them a second change to get the oil changed in my wifes Explorer. The sticker in the window is from this store so we know they are the last ones to touch the car. My wife goes to pick up the vehicle and they tell her the oil dipstick handle is broke. Not that they broke it, accidents can happen, but they act like it was already broke. They did not make a big deal out of it and when I checked it later in the evening I actually found the broke handle jammed into the wires and cables near the dipstick tube. Absolutely done with their business. If they just admitted what happened and offered to purchase a new one for us it would of been a different matter.

Ladies, if you are looking for a trusted place to take your car this is it!!! I went in for a normal oil change but it seems that the last place that did it, messed up my oil plug. The gentleman brought me out to my car; gave me a through explanation of what happened to my car and how they were going to fix another garages mistake. They were very kind and treated me AMAZINGLY from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left. They went above and beyond to give me the best customer service possible. This is the only place I will take my car from now on. I give it a 12 out of 10 and 8 out of 5 stars

A bit late for my appointment for my routine service, they greeted me with a smile took me and you got me out in a timely manner.

I had a flat tire and was far away from a nearest Tire Shop. I called Lee and explained my situation. He told me he would be out there, put my car on a spare tire and asked me to drive to Goodyear. He took care of me and recommended that I needed to change the other 3 tires in the future. This man went beyond the call of duty. If I could nominate him Manager of the year, he has my vote. Terrible service. As a female customer it is extremely insulting to be overcharged for repairs and treated with such disregard. When I declined the $2200 in repairs (later repaired for $700) and asked for the complimentary shuttle. The technician was notably annoyed and said he would send someone out after they picked up parts. I called back 3 hours later to ask what time I should expect the shuttle and was asked to wait 20 minutes, they were on their way. They closed 30 minutes later, no shuttle or phone call. Thank you Goodyear for leaving me stranded and unable to go to work. I will be sharing my experience.

Depending on what you need this place can be okay. A bit of an old school, uncomfortable, somewhat dirty waiting area. They will upsell you on things you dont really need. There are better options for tires and auto repair in the area.

When I first went to this place it was good. Since then, they failed to notice 3 huge oil leaks, lost a piece my engine, and failed to make anything right. I had to take my car to another mechanic to get it fixed. Dont go here, your better off figuring it out yourself or taking it to another shop.

Typical chain auto shop trying to take your money. Took in my car for inspection twice, both times they found something wrong with the car that was working befor bringing it and magically no longer worked there. Luckily they only charged me the second time for a failed inspection. Service was rude and difficult to work with throughout the whole process. Avoid and go to a local shop

Two things... 1) - The people at this shop are competent and very friendly. David and Danny did an excellent job and got me in and out fast. 2) - I cant say enough good things about Goodyears Fuel Max tire. My previous set were rated for 65,000 miles and they still had 3/32 tread after 80,000 miles. All of their Assurance tires are a safe bet. I made the mistake of switching from the Fuel Max to Bridgestones Ecopia tire (my dealership talked me into them when I went in for service once). The Bridgestones were supposed to be rated for 70,000 miles, but, upon reaching their second rotation at 10,000 miles, the Ecopias had already lost almost half their tread, and they were completely bald by 35,000 miles. Lesson learned... Im back on the Fuel Max tires and Ill never buy anything but Goodyear ever again.

Wasnt very impressed i went just to get a check up on my brakes it was a sunday they were one of the few open they called me to show me what was wrong with my car mind you i dont know much about cars was told that it was going to be over 2,000.00 of work done they wanted me to leave my car overnight when i said i have someone who works on my car they made it seem like they didnt want to let me have my car said it was to dangerous to drive well i ended up getting my car towed home took my car to where i go to get it worked on it was only going to cost me 200.00 to replace my brakes and roters.

Got a repair here and was overcharged by about $200 for the part they replaced (almost twice the retail cost). Now my insurance company wont cover the repair since they overcharged me by so much. If you have time (I didnt) find out how much a part is retail before they replace it.
