Did not fix issue I brought vehicle in for. Replaced parts on vehicle unrelated to issue. Poor communication and indifference about issue. Management did not step in to resolve issue when I brought vehicle back about issue, but allowed receptionist to handle complaint. Overall poor communication and unprofessionalism from management and technicians, indifference, and did not resolve issue but charged for something else. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, like it had never been cleaned. Poor customer service and feel disgusted for giving them my business.Very sorry I came here.

I went on for an inspection, my tires was worn I knew of it. Fast Lane informed me about my two front tire and a missing lug nut I opt for the tires and lug nut. They didnt take long had me inspected, with fresh tires and new lug nut then on the road riding in no time.Thanks,Abner L Manley

Mechanic work can be an expensive service no matter where you go, so you might as well take it to a place you can trust. Plus, they usually have some awesome hot rods to look at while you wait for your vehicle to be finished.

Took my car there on 3/13/20 for rear brake pads spent 45 on brakes 75 on them to put on 120 total they failed to let me know the calipers would need to be changed. Which now the caliper has worn the entire new pad down just after 3 weeks of being put on. Now i have to replace the caliper and put new pads on again within a month complete bs.

I took them a set of tires and wheelz, (2) Mickey Thompsonz mounted on Convo Pro wheelz, I, quit my project, I had to go into the hospital for cancer and didnt want to leave them unattended in my garage for to long a time, well I didnt die, they sold the wheels but wont pay me for them! They gained $2000 I lost $2000, it wont last forever, For every dime they took from me. Our creator will charge the greedy Muthafukaz (Father, Son) a dollar! Patronize this low life, only if U want to be the FOOL!
