Willetta S. Larry my tax preparer.. is INCREDIBLE!..She was patient with me and made sure I understood every step of the process..She is thee ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY.THE OFFICE WAS CLEAN AND NEAT AND ALL COVID-19 practices for safety and hygiene were in effect.

In December 2017 I regretfully moved back to my hometown where Im originally from. When the 2017 tax season came around I was anxious to find a Jackson Hewitt branch just around the corner from the my resident, in highland park on Woodward. When the time came I was excited to have been the first person to arrive with no waiting only to find that I was 5 mins early and had to wait outside and was extremely cold. Opening time came and the tax preparer lady (Ms. Willetta) was slowly taking her time to unlock the door, I thought to myself geat shes probably gonna have an attitude problem. Im pleased to say that Im very apologetic to have stereo type her in anyway considering I now know her to be up beat, down to earth, quick, friendly, and our conversation is like were old friends. Nevertheless Ms. Willetta has been preparing my taxes now for 3 years and she has become my favorite tax preparer associate and I hope that I can continue to look forward to another year to have our annually conversation. Ive been with Jackson Hewitt for 15 years, this is my 3rd visit at the Highland Park office same franchise I just follow them everywhere theyve moved an the person at the Highland Park office Willetta is great, shes professional engaging an does an excellent job. I like her coming back that following yr knowing shes still there is a relief to me, I like knowing its the same person Im familiar with instead of having a new person everytime. Shes great the office is great an I plan on going back to see her.

Never going back to the Highland Park Michigan location. First I go to the location and the door is locked so as I’m reading the sign they put up on the front window the lady comes and opens the door. I tell her I have an appointment to file my taxes but she tells me she has to file another persons taxes first even tho I’m the only customer there in there. I asked when is that person coming she said any minute. She then tells me I have to pay $2 dollars a page to print out my W2s when I was told I could email them to her. She was extremely rude almost as like she didn’t want to help me so I left. Back to H&R Block I go because I will never go back to Jackson Hewitt after my first impression .

The tax preparer are fast and friendly.

At this location you have someone there that will greet you everytime you come into the store. Also what i like is that of you have questions about anything the preparer finds a way to answer your questions. Also what i do like is that if the preparer is with a customer theyll say hi welcome to jackson hewitt Ill be with you shortly.
